Spectacular views, clean apartment, great location. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms with washer dryer, Jacuzzi bathtub, modern amenities. The person who checked us in and and showed us our room explained everything very well.

No shampoo/conditioner provided. Alarm went off and couldn't deactivate without getting password. Beds too firm. More furniture in living room would be better. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful. She barely spoke English, looked at you with a blank face and made no effort to understand or help, even when she saw we were struggling to get a taxi during a storm.

Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great as well. Very spacious and sleek apartment with accommodating staff. The view was exceptional. Variety of lighting options and good air con accesible by an easy to use smart home panel. Smart Tv with netflix and youtube as well. Great location just to the side of the beach for a more relaxed vibe. Though unused there is also a full service kitchen. The wine fridge was shut off though. Was a beautiful stay and had a wonderful time!

The check-in process was only a little confusing as the entrance front desk is only for residence and not associated with the rental/hotel portion of the building. Also wish there were extra pillows for the additional mattress topper provided. Once run out of the complimentary toiletries provided the rest is an extra charge. Just a note, but most of the information and correspondence provided will be in all Korean unless using the kakaotalk channel.

This hotel / apartment is the most comfortable, spacious , and downright luxurious place I have ever stayed in. I loved that there were 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and views to die for! We felt like high flying celebrities staying in such plush surroundings. We were so very sad to leave this incredible hotel and leaving Busan.

I'm not sure I can think if anything at all that we did not like!

Great view! Clean apartment with all the comforts of home! It’s a great location. It’s literally a quick 10 minute walk to Haeundae Beach, Haeundae Traditional market and lots of great restaurants!!! Starbucks and McDonalds are 1.5 blocks up from the hotel! Would definitely use again when visiting Busan!

It is a bit far from the nearest subway station. Given the amount of luggage we had, we ended up booking a car service from Gimpo Airport to LCT and then car service again from LCT to our next hotel in Busan on the Nampodong side.

Amazing amazing amazing apartment. Great location. Near the beach & the lively street in busan. The best you can ever find in busan. We took the apartment with 3 bedrooms. It was very big , super clean, very comfortable. Once you get there you’ll be guided to take the 4th floor for the reception & register. It’s the second tallest building in Korea so it’s very well known by taxis.

The apartment is very clean, luxurious and spacious. The location and view are great. Most importantly, the price for all that is super.

Very weak electricity and internet. No way to speak to the reception (no telephone). Check in is late (4pm) and check out is very early (11am) and if you want to stay for a couple of hours more you have to pay around 80$. When you check out they'd send 2 people to inspect everything (every cup and glass). Not sure if this is ok, but I'm more used to hotels that trust their customers.

The view from the residence was breath taking - we resided on the 60th floor facing Mipo harbour. The residence is truly well located and allowed us to move around Busan effortlessly. The spaciousness of the room was something we truly appreciated.

Everything was in Korean. We couldn't understand what was being asked of us with regard to instructions.

What they don’t tell you is that you are staying in the second tallest building in Korea!! We were on the 88th floor with the most amazing views. This is the same building as Busan X

No real balcony though it was listed. renters do not have access to the resident only cafe, gym, and pool.

I enjoyed that it was within walking distance of bars and that many restaurants are across the street overall an enjoyable and convenient experience especially since I was just staying at the LCT Residence because of a work trip.

The check in process was a bit confusing because there are a number of entities using the same check in process but after that, it was smooth sailing, from walking us to our room and explaining the amenities to a simple contactless check out process. The view was also great and the amenities provided were excellent, including the in-unit washer and dryer.
