The room was great, even in the basic configuration. There was a large closet, a small table with two chairs, the bed was extremely comfortable with down pillows and egyptian cotton bedsheets. The air conditioner worked well and the air was super fresh (I didn't have any allergy issues while sleeping with the air conditioner on). There was a large balcony with a nice view (colorful lights at night on the Mipo port side, but the beach side is probably even better). The counter had a coffee machine with capsules, and there were crystal glasses of different sizes in case you needed them. The curtains were automatic and made the bedroom 100% dark (good for sleeping), and there was no noise whatsoever. The bathroom was spacious and had nice amenities (the soap and shampoo smelled like perfume). I only had breakfast a few times because it was not included in the stay, but it was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. The items were prepared in small quantities and constantly replenished, so everything was super fresh (perfect croissant and eggs, crunchy bacon), and there were also other cuisines available (the fried rice with minced beef was the best I've ever had). There was no freshly-pressed juice, but the fruit selection was good. The service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and efficient.The cleaning lady was very friendly and would come at 6pm to check if I needed more water bottles. The lounge staff helped me with printing a train ticket, and the reception staff was patient in explaining how the tax refund works.

There was no large overhead shower, only the hand shower that is adapted for that. The TV size was good, but it could be upgraded to have YouTube apps, etc., instead of only supporting mirroring (which decreases the playback quality).

The property is terrific, as you can see in the photos online, but, I would like to give feedback regarding my experience there. This was my first time in busan, and they gave me a warm welcome, even before I walked to the entrance, throughout the stay and even after I checked out they still took care of calling taxi for me. They also took care of my request and gave me the room with the view I wanted. I’m super grateful. As for the room: -the view of the haeundae beach is stunning -super comfy pillows -dessert table with daily desserts -bath salts -nespresso machine +coffee capsules As for location of hotel: -it is at the left end of the beach, you can use the beach entrance to go to the beach -has 2 metro stations withing walking distance (haeundae station & jung dong station) -near other attractions like busan x sky, blueline skycapsule, sealife aquarium, knotted cafe

The aesthetic design of the whole hotel is really pleasant, very sophisticated, delightful classical and jazz music everywhere, super professional and attentive staff, Diptyque toiletries, premium bedding, free tea and sweets every day, happy hour at the lounge with a view, outdoor infinity pool is amazing with a stunning Hyundai Beach view, food is exceptional at the View breakfast and dinner buffet.

The bathroom could be improved with water splashing every time we used it and there was a strong sewage smell in the shower, the Mapo View was from the side, if we knew in advance we wouldn't have paid for the room with a view.

fantastic hotel with an unbelievable view on Haendai beach. nice room with seaview and a big terrace. great beds and equipment; also the breakfast was superb. we were also surprised by the free champagne between 17 and 19h and the nice atmosphere during apero time, good vibes

very disappointed that the dinner was so expensive 150000 KRW is really over the top for a buffet restaurant, so we decided to go elsewhere. The a la carte resto was even more expensive in the hotel. also the location is a bit outside the center and the access to the beach is not optimal

The reception and concierge were incredibly helpful in setting us up. Food was a large part of our trip to Korea and they constantly nailed their recommendations as well.

The interior design of the corridors felt a little cold (like a hospital but not anywhere as bad) and could do with some adjustments.

Breakfast was great with Korean and western options. They have a barista on hand for specialty coffee drinks like cappuccinos and lattes, plus a full service made-to-order egg station including omelets and eggs benedict. Our rate didn’t include breakfast, but we got a 20% discount as long as notified the front desk by midnight the night before. The rooms are very comfortable, but I would opt for the Ocean View Room as it’s truly a wonderful view. You can get the same view from the heated outdoor pool (although it’s shallow, it’s a really nice ambiance). Exit the hotel toward the beach side and there is a beautiful walking path with many restaurants within about 500m-1km from the hotel.

The view of the ocean was good, the location to the beach was convenient, the pool access was enjoyable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the common areas were worth exploring, and the room was spacious

The lack of access to shopping was inconvenient, the wine room was not very beneficial, the restaurants were not attractive nor appeared worthwhile in terms of value, the signage was poor and information was lacking to surrounding areas. The external areas appeared a little worn down and tired.

Room was very spacious. Bathroom was also spacious in particular the shower and bathtub area. Bathroom amenities are fabulous. There is even floral teabags for soaking in tub. Fantastic view of the beach and lovely balcony.

Breakfast was only so so. Very predictable and same everyday. There is only 1 sink in the bathroom with limited vanity space. The tap was too high and so water keeps splashing out making a mess all the time.

The harbour view twin room was really nice, cosy and well designed, much better than the other room we booked, which was the ocean view deluxe room with double queen beds, which had the same view as the harbour view room but was much pricier and only slightly larger. Nonetheless the rooms were both great. The service is great at this hotel, and the staff were very helpful towards foreign guests. The business room was good but ran out of printing paper. My other family member said the food here was better than a top 5 star hotel like Shangri La in Hong Kong. Especially the Chinese restaurant. I didn’t really like the location personally because it’s far away from everything and a 13 minute walk to the subway. You pretty much have to taxi everywhere. But I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. From the room to the staff, we couldn’t have asked for more. We didn’t know it beforehand but there is a free snack / beverage (including sparkling wine and champagne) buffet from 5 to 8 pm, which was amazing. The staff was really great and there before we even knew we needed something. Would highly recommend.

The only thing is that Haeundae beach is a little far from other neighborhoods and the hotel is 20 minutes away from the subway. It is however close to a few bus stops.
