Paradise hotel is the only hotel I stay whenever I go Busan in the last 8 years. Location is awesome near the beach by walking and lots resturants and shops nearby and famous local market and subway station near by The Cimer is the best place to relax in the hot jacuzzi over looking the ocean and the pool is very big and nice. Rooms are spacious and clean and room service is number one

About the Cimer I prefer they dont allow young kids and children using, coz many guest are high class vip and many honey moon couples and single people and foreign tourists coming to relax and want peaceful and quiet atmosphere. So with the noise shouting of the kids and splashing water everywhere and occupying the massage water in jacuzzi instead of the adult guest . I first came stayed in 2015, those days kids not allowed and it was much better than now

Second visit since last August. Unfortunately, it was rainy during our visit, but the spa was beautiful even in that weather, so we were delighted. The speakeasy bar, which seemed new, exceeded our expectations, highly recommended. All the staff we met, servers, concierge, receptionists and housekeepers, were all very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the main building this time, which was quite different from the Annex. We understand the building is old, but it needs some upgrades. The wallpaper was peeling. The lifts were very slow and shakey, and one was out of order. Often we had to wait over five minutes for a lift and could hear others complaining as well. Would go back, but stay in the Annex.

Such a beautiful and wonderful hotel with helpful and pleasant staff! Great breakfast! Comfortable bed with a great view! Great bathroom! Also very good room service with a hotel bar with great cocktails! Easy access to Haeundae Beach which was great to watch sunsets from. In walking distance from the night market as well as many bars and restaurants!

We were only there for two nights and unable to use any of the facilities(minus the pool) for the one full day with had because they were closed for inspection. Check in the day prior was at 3pm so we were only able to use the facility services for about a half a day. We weren't told of the lack of services until we had gotten there and it was a little disappointing because we booked the hotel specifically to use the sauna and hot springs.

The pool, views, and spa were amazing.

The elevators are not enough for such a big hotel. Taking the elevator at any time was a completely nightmare. I witnessed many times the concierge had to escorted guest so they could leave on time because they were not elevators available. For the spa-outdoor pools, keep in mind they will charge for kids even if they're included in the reservation. Very disappointed that I have to make reservations for the lobby bar if I want to sit and have a drink, especially if it seems empty at the time. And I had no idea the beaches open on July 1st, so not sitting or enjoying the beach during our stay. Hopefully, they will offer seats and umbrellas after that time.

Top location directly on the beach at Haeundae. we had an ocean view romm with balcony, chairs and table. 2 minutes to the beach.

We also had two rooms with city view, strangely, those balconies did not have chairs or table. One of the three lifts was broken during our stay, and you had to wait forever to finally catch a lift, which then was also full to the brim with people. This did not really imprve when the third lift became operational again.

Our stay could not have been better - the rooms and facilities were excellent, really spacious and comfortable. The gym and sauna were exceptional and a real highlight for our stay. The hotel is right on the beach and next to some lovely restaurants. It’s a bit far to central Busan but honestly the location is so lovely it’s a minor thing. Also, the staff were fantastic - the reception and porter team (it seems unfair to call such professional and helpful people porters but I don’t have another word!) were so kind and did their absolute best to assist us with anything we needed. We can’t wait to return!

Great location. Right on the beach with heated pool overlooking the beach. We were able to see the fireworks on Hyundae beach from the pool. The kids play area was awesome. One admission to the BMW driving experience and the PlayStation game area was included per night so the kids got to enjoy every evening. The heated outdoor pool didn’t have a swim cap requirement which was nice because my kids aren’t used to wearing them. The staff was all very friendly, polite, and eager to assist. I also had a delicious cocktail at the bar. The cafe also had delicious and beautiful treats for purchase.

I was misinformed about the Cimer rooftop tubs. Check in told me that children weren’t allowed so I didn’t try it until our last day when I had someone to watch my kids and found children in all the pools. Wish I had known children were allowed so I could have enjoyed the facilities.

Staff at check in did not help us when we asked for help regarding having something to eat in hotel - we checked in at 20:00, tired with teenaged son, so any info would help us a lot. Instead, lady at front desk said that restaurant should be booked a day in advanced. Next day we found out there is a bar with snack where we could easily eat something a day before. You can use Spa and pool facilities once during day, perhaps this is common staff in Korea but I did not expect this in five star hotel.

Their breakfast buffet was superlative. The amount of options, coupled with their quality and presentation made it easily one of the finest perks of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is located on a quiet and impressively clean beach. No foul odors or smells from the shore, allowing us to lounge on our deck with our doors open to the surf and soak in the beauty.

The city view on the street side of our daughter’s room left something to be desired, but it was not noisy or loud. Just underwhelming compared to the ocean view room we had.

Love the views from my room. Sunrise at the balcony. The sea is just right in front of you. It's a short walk from the main street of Haeundae with lots of eateries. The seafood market is located there too. I enjoyed the sauna, which has hotspring at different temperatures, steam room and sauna but it's chargeable. 50% discount for guests.

Too many people using the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa pool. We didn't join in, in view of Covid.
