Your staff was so awesome about accommodating our family all on one floor. We had older senior citizens in our group that needed help so we could all help by going to their rooms and leaving doors open and going back and forth to help when needed and no one person in our family having all the responsibility of helping so it was so much more helpful than you may realize when your staff was so kind to put all together, it was very appreciated!

I wish there was a place in your hotel for our family to gather and enjoy food. There were 14 of us all together and we were told not to eat in the lobby or in the seating area in the cafe, it would have been nice to have a place to sit and plan our day or talk about the day in the evening while enjoying coffee or snacks, we had donuts

The location is so central to all major tourist areas, from shopping to historical places. Lots of cafe and restaurants, either traditional or modern cuisine, around for your breakfast to dinner. Everything is accessible by walking. Going to and from the airport is a breeze with the service of limousine bus that stops in front of the the hotel. I would stay at the hotel again.

We put the green tag on the hotel door to indicate the bed need to be made up without changing the sheets because green mean environmentally friendly. But the housekeeping didn't ever once made the bes and they're quite stingy about toilet paper. You got three rolls during our 4 nights staying.

The location is very central, with easy access to transportation, shops and restaurants. The wifi is good, the bed big and the room was spacious.

There wasn't a window in the room, which was compensated by the room being quite big. The cleaning detergents used were quite strong, so the room had a strong scent. Bathroom was a bit dated, with streaks from leaks on the floor.

Loved everything about New Seoul Hotel. Location was center of all transportation modes and near several attractions. Facilites were top notch. Best of all was the staff, very friendly and courteous. I was allowed to leave my luggage here in the morning as check in is only after 3pm and the items were securely kept at the lobby area.

Nothing. Nothing to complain. Nothing to warrant bad review. Minor details would be hotel is undergoing renovation currently but it did not disturb your sleep, plus noise was kept to a minimum

It’s about 10-15 mins away from Lotte department, Myeongdong shopping street, Deoksugung palace, City Hall train station, Olive Young, No brand burger, Mcdonald’s, several convenience stores, cheap delicious Korean restaurants, local coffee shops (ex. Ediya coffee), 3 Starbucks stores, Cheongye stream, Egg drop, and Airport Limousine bus stop. Then about 20-30 minutes away from the Gyeongbokgung palace where you can get in free if you rent from one from the Hanbok rentals nearby.

The other bed is pretty old and not that comfortable.

Great value for money and had everything we needed for our stay. They provided water every night of our stay and extra clean towels and sheets which was great. The staff were really great during our stay and spoke excellent English. We had a windowless room but the lighting was really bright and it didn't feel like there was no window at times.

There was a lot of noise from other guests quite early in the morning; the doors seemed relatively thin. There were ongoing works at the hotel which we were only made aware of on arrival but this had no impact on our stay.

The location was amazing.very in the centre, easy to find, next to the underground station easy to walk to the small river bank and to two palaces, they provided every day a bottle of water, coffee sashets, tea, and they had an iron for the clothes which we used, it was very helpful. We do could leave our bags the next day for some hours. Definitely recommend it

The room we expected to be a bit bigger, looked like it needed renovation.

Great location - 2 minutes walk from City Hall station so an easy journey from Incheon airport (need to change at Seoul station). Also very close to Cheonggyecheon stream, and walking distance (15-20 mins) to various sights including Gyeongbokgung Palace, Myeond-dong shopping area. The family room was enoemous and more than enough space for a family of 4. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Sound proofing in the room could have been better (could hear movement upstairs), but otherwise this was a great value option for a short stay in Seoul.
