Location and spacious room. 7eleven and gs25 nearby. Neareast subway station is city hall. Myeongdong and Namdaemun market walking distance (10mins). To get to the hotel is easy from Incheon airport by taking bus 6701 stop at City hall plaza hotel and 5mins walking distance to Thomas hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Requested early check in with additional charges.

located at the main street/centre place and many nearby restaurants. near to Gwanghamun and Gyeongbuk Palace also convenient stores like 7E on both side of hotel and GS25. all can access by bus and subway which only 3 minutes away. cleaning lady clean and change towels every morning. have a lovely stay in here. also there’s a korea post office nearby like only 2 minutes for those that over-shopping and need keep their luggage light. I posted mine by EMS (express post) only took 5 days from KR to MY. use hotel address and number (asked permission from receptionist). overall everything was great!

During our trip to Asia, we stayed twice at this place, and at the second time arriving there, we felt like coming back home! :) The hotel is in a very lively part of Seoul, which means it is very easy to find great Korean restaurants just around the corner. The hotel is also very close to the City Hall metro station, from where you can go pretty much anywhere. Better, the hotel is close to one of the palaces (Deoksugung), and you can take a nice 15min walk to reach the largest palace (Gyeongbokgung). Talking facilities, I was really impressed, because the superior double room was super spacious and well equipped. The shower was great, and we felt really comfortable in our room. It was a delight! Finally, the staff was also very helpful and nice! They booked taxis for us, and they also kept our luggage for us after check-out for a couple of hours. Maybe one quick trip: it does pay off to learn to use the express train from the Incheon airport to the hotel (connecting at Seoul station through line 1), it is quite straightforward and it will cost way less than the 85,000 won the international taxi charges!

The breakfast hours were too early for us. We would had loved to try it, but the last order was at 8h30! I would suggest to extend it until 10am. Another small issue we had was regarding laundry. I find it nice that the hotel offers machines that you can pay and use, but it would have been a better experience if the hotel also provided (or sold) the soap charge. We had to buy a HUGE package of soap for one single go, and we ended up abandoning the product there. We would had gladly paid for the charge of soap at the reception to avoid the hassle of google translating at the convenience store to find the product + buying it in large quantity.

Location: - Very convenient and very near to City Hall station. - Many nice eating places just within walking distance. - Quite a few convenient stores like 7-Eleven and GS25 are located near the hotel. Staff: - Asked for extra pillows (too flat!), and they were brought to us. - Requested to fix the toilet bowl, and it was done immediately. Room: - We booked 2 rooms (triple and double), and every day, the housekeeping cleaned the rooms without fail. Very neat and also provide 2 bottles of water every day. - The toilets are very clean, and the bedsheets are clean. - The size of the rooms are big for Korean hotels standard.

Staff: - I asked for additional 1hr late checkout and was told the rate was KRW11,000. I asked of this could be waived since I stayed there for 7 consecutive nights but the reply was a "NO". Very inflexible. - I asked the staff for help to call taxis but he refused, saying that I should download the app and do it myself. However the app was in Korean and it was a challenge for me. Quite disappointed that the staff was not helpful and wasted 45min of my previous time. - Should also train the staff to speak English since many guests are from international.

The hotel staff was extremely nice, helpful, and well-versed in multiple languages. Our rooms were always tended to, and the free daily water bottles were very much appreciated. There is a café conveniently connected to the lobby, but we stayed during the Chuseok holiday, so it wasn't open. Breakfast is cheap and filling, if your reservation didn't include it for free. You just have to go to the lobby and pay for your breakfast tickets there. The microwave, ice machine, and cheap laundry on the 12th floor were very useful as well. You can get laundry detergent from the vending machine in the lobby for cheap. The currency exchange machine in the lobby has a great and cheap exchange rate. There are several restaurants within walking distance and are foreigner-friendly. For more basic needs, there are three 7-Elevens around each corner of the hotel. The hotel also has a shuttle you can use. The subway entrance and bus stops are very close by, as well. Overall, this hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel for those staying in or visiting Myeongdong.

Japanese style toilet but button a bit fidly, still can't figure out flush button but it auto flush when u get off. Washing machine n dryer is around 3000 won each. The credit card payment need better explanation. Basically you actually need to press on the screen the "3000" then it will ask to ok the transaction so u press the option on the left. Then it will process the transaction n u choose Ur machine setting before you press start. Location is close to cafes, restaurants n station. If u gt big luggage then there's only elevator on exit 2 of City Hall station so u need to walk a bit further n use the crosswalks.

It's just me but the handwash bottle dispense quite a lot everytime I squeeze so I feel like it's such a waste. Pillow is too soft for me lol. But no complaints for my stay.

The room was very modern. It contained a smart toilet, which I always appreciate. It was one of the few hotels that provided body lotion as well as shower gel. The bed was a bit too hard for me, but my girlfriend appreciated it more than the softer ones, so I guess it depends on your preference. Another thing I appreciated is that the room had blackout curtains, so that helped us sleep in when we had some jet lag issues. And the last thing to mention is that it was quite sound proof, don’t remember hearing anything from the hallway, other rooms or outside noise.

It didn’t have a full body bath, it was more like a 2/3 kind of size. The other thing is about the location, which the hotel can’t do too much about, but at the City Hall station there are no escalators at the nearest exits to the hotel. There are a lot of stairs and only one elevator that doesn’t go all the way down. So, we had to carry all our luggage up and down. Which was not a pleasant start to our stay, but the hotel itself provided a very pleasant stay.

The location is really great! 4-5 min walk to City Hall station and about 10-15 mins to Myeongdong. It also has 3 7/11s within 30 seconds which was so handy! It was clean, comfortable and the room was the perfect size for 2 of us. Staff were friendly and we were able to pay for a late check out. They were also kind enough to let me ship a parcel to them to keep for me. Excellent service! This is our 3rd trip to Seoul and, if we were to come back, we’d stay in this hotel without a doubt.

Centrally located. Walking distance to Myeongdong, City Hall Metro Station and most importantly, there is a airport limo near to the hotel.

Room was a good size, with space for 3 medium luggage’s and enough table room for charging multiple devices. Bathroom is also full size with a tub and large counter space to store all 3 sets of toiletries. Bidet toilet was nice too. 12F has self serve laundry, water dispenser and microwave!

It would be better if there were more microwaves for guests to use, other than this minor detail everything was great.
