That bed was simple but it was awesome. I have problems with my back but during our stay there I had no pains when getting up. The was huge for me. The breakfast buffet was awesome and had a good variety of choices. Check in and check out was fast and quick and location is great. Close enough to myeongdong street vendors but quiet enough from the hustle and bustle.

Could have been a little more space for our luggage and clothes and things to unpack since we stayed for 7 days. But, we made it work with our suitcases. Lighting in the bathroom was a little dim but was still efficient. Had a little problem with our tub leaking water but that was fixed the same time.

Lack of clothes hangar and towels. It was rather noisy on a particular late night. Not sure where the noise came from given I am staying on level 16. Not sure - it will good to have a basic gym.

Convenient location in Myeongdong within walking distance of 2 metro stations and bus stops. Simple modern design. Sleek, no frills. Friendly and accommodating staff. I was able to check-in early. Convenience store around the corner. Very comfortable room with good amenities.

The slide show that the TV shows in the room features hotel facilities that are not available or not open to the public (business centre and rooftop). There was a light by the room door that could not be turned off and stays on all night. It didn't bother me much but I know people that can be annoyed by it.

It was a great location, staff was always available and helpful, the room was quaint and as described, and all the facilities were clean. Housekeeping came regularly, and we were able to indicate whether the room was ready to be cleaned or to not disturb us with a simple button click on the wall. There is also coin laundry available in the basement and a currency exchange machine in the lobby.

The room was overly warm, even when we turned the thermostat down to as low as it was allowed to go. We had the window cracked most of the time we were inside in order to be more comfortable. Elevators can also be a bit slow, as there are only three of them.

Location was great, near many major attractions, bus stops and train stations. Convenient for day tours too as most day tour depart from myeongdong. Short walk from main myeondong area (ard 10 min frm Lotte world and 15 frm night market in the cold). Laundry at the basement was very useful though it got really crowded on one night (think it was too cold so everyone stayed in to do laundry). Well designed room esp the line friends room, with colourful pictures and features to keep entertain the baby. Was wondering if the pictures will fall off the ledge as there was a sudden earthquake warning. Clean and no bed bugs! Friendly concierge, but my Korean isn’t good so had to use quite a fair bit of google translate. Thank you staff!

Room was small, esp the line friends room. The huge bear was so cute but it took up half the sofa. Can’t leave luggage open throughout as there isn’t enough space on the floor. Triple room was slightly better, but no gaps between beds. Pipe at the wash basin sink was leaking, housekeeping kept placing the towels near the leaky pipe, towel absorbed water which not nice.

It is located the quieter side of myeongdong and near alot of attractions and ammenities such as Namdemum Market, Gyeongbogung Palace, Myeongdong shopping street and shopping centres such as Lotte, Lotte Young Plaza and Shinegae. Also to nice chimeek places like Kyochon and Kbbq restaurants.

Automated Kiosk for Currency Exchange should have a timing - e.g after 12am will be on downtime. As me and my sister needed to go to airport early and needed to change money for the airport transfer.

location is convenient between myeongdong and cityhall. Very near to Seoul station, is around 10mins away cab ride.

I paid for breakfast once. Can be improved.

The people in the reception are very friendly, and the hotel was clean every day. I forgot once my hotel card inside the room I stayed at, and the staff helped me kindly to solve this problem. When we also checked out at 12:00, we still had some hours left to spare before going back to the Incheon airport. We asked if the staff could help us to take care of our luggage, and they assisted us with no issue. If I come back again to Myeongdong, then I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again!

Only one thing to point out (unless it was me who did not manage to figure out), is that the room have 2 lamps and one main light inside the room we booked. The lamps seem to be connected to only one button, so e.g. if we wanted to turn off the lamps but not the main lamp, then it was not possible since all lights would turn off. It is possible to dim the main lamp though.
