Location was excellent, just a few steps from the bus stop, and a hundred meters away from Myeongdong Walking Street. The rooms were small but modern and clean. The staff were welcoming. Thank you to Lee Jordan (front desk), Sharon and River (Nook restaurant) for being very accommodating and warm and helpful.

The motion-sensitive light in the walk in closet of the Breezy Suite was extremely annoying. It was not sensitive at all so it kept turning off while we were fixing our things. Just install a regular light bulb there please.

Perfect location in Myeongdong, all shops and the street food market closely accessible. Really comfortable and clean room, modern hotel.

For the price I would have wished for a bit more service. There are no room service options, no mini bar and when I asked if they could organize something for my boyfriends birthday there was nothing they could offer, not even for sale so I expected a bit more service in a 4 star hotel.

This is my first time visit to Seoul and first time stay in Aloft Hotel. I have booked 2 rooms on 11th March and stayed for 7 days. On our arrival in Seoul, my youngest grandson was down with fever and sore throat. The front office lady staff is very kind and said will try to expedite 1 room first for my grandson to rest. The other male staff is so kind that he provide me the children hospital location. Front office staff are fantastic. As for the room, it was spacious for 3 of us. We have a city view room. The location is extremely convenient to Namdaemum Market and Myeongdong. There is a bus stop and subway shopping too. Will be coming back to stay in this hotel in June 2023.

The location is excellent. Literally next door to Myeongdong Night Market, Lotte and Shinsegae department stores and lots of transport options. It was very easy to walk, bus or subway it to most major attractions in Seoul.

The room was slightly basic and not that large for what I paid. Wasn’t too bad as a solo traveller but would be a struggle for couples and larger families if you don’t book larger rooms.

The property manager should promote the person named Jordan who is working in the front office. He is very professional and helpful. His english is impeccable as well. he also managed to extend my checkout free of charge, which was very much appreciated. A well deserved compliments! The hotel location is spot on. Room was very clean and surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels I stayed in. The bed was super comfortable and actually “King size” And the most important thing for me in any hotel is the lights. This hotel actually respects humans and wants them to be able to see in their rooms. :) Laundry room is always a plus.

Great location, just walking distance to Myeongdong walking street and other shopping centers. Also close to train stations. Hotel is just opposite the airport bus station, so it is very convenient. The room is big and clean. I have a good view to Seoul streets from my hotel room. The staff is also helpful and friendly.

the staff were very helpful in booking taxi or ordering food or even give recommendations where to go or what to visit in Seoul. the Room view was good. the Breakfast was good the overall facility was good. and the location is pretty good.

Convenient location with Myeongdong shopping street just around the corner. Namdaemun market and Myeongdong station sub-way just 5-7 minutes walking distance. Lots of eateries near the hotel. Rooms were quiet, comfortable with adequate amenities. Highly recommended!

great service, hotel is in one of the best locations in Seoul. Very accessible to all types of transportation, shops, and convenience stores. very accommodating staff and rooms are always cleaned well.

bathroom shower heads need a little fixing. 2/2 rooms we stayed in had minor issues with the shower head.
