There are a lot of pros to mention here. The kind staff, the cleanliness (they attend to your room multiple times per day if you wish), the spacious rooms. But the things that stood out most were location, the breakfast, and the options for children. The location is perfect for beach proximity (we enjoyed Playa del Duque), eating, shopping, and supermarkets. The area isn't particularly busy and loud despite its location. The breakfast is absurdly amazing, with a massive staff and food islands of almost anything you would ever want...with a children's area and play zone attached where you can comfortably eat while you watch your child(ren) play. One of best breakfasts we've had at a hotel. The children options are fantastic. Multiple pools, play rooms, activity centers, breakfast play nook, nightly concerts and shows from 830-10:00, welcome basket of colors and stickers, and much more. Fantastic spot for families with kids of all ages.

This is a much shorter list. The only negative we could think of is a lot of things begin LATE. Dinners on site begin earliest at 630-700 pm. This can be hard for young kids that sleep early. Also the kids concerts are great, but they are extremely loud and can be heard every night from 830-1000, particularly if you are near the stage. I think this is a simple fix as the volume seemed unnecessarily loud as it was uncomfortable to be near the stage when in attendance. Otherwise GF Victoria was wonderful all around and highly recommend. We will definitely be staying here if we return to Tenerife.

The pool areas are beautiful and the breakfast buffet was great. Staff very friendly. The water and chocolate provided each night was a nice touch. Free parking was a real plus we did a few trips round the island. Donaire restaurant was absolutely wonderful really worth the extra ££

The pool side restaurant was very expensive for what it was in comparison to the local restaurants. Coffee capsules were chargeable after day 1. Room fridge was not very cold our sons milk went off extremely quickly in it.

Pool area with Bali type beds were fabulous. The best part however, was that we were originally put in a room that we did not book. The reception staff and guest relations folks were wonderful and were able to change our room. The room we ended up with was PERFECT and exactly what we were hoping for - great view, perfect set up. We were very happy and grateful and appreciative that they were able to make some adjustments for us. On this fact alone, I would highly recommend this to others. The rooftop bar is excellent - the cocktails are fun and creative and added to the atmosphere. I also appreciated that they really did keep it to 'adults only' and anyone under 18 or parents with small children were redirected to the other bars and restaurants. Location is IDEAL.

We travelled with a 13 year old and didn't really realize how many families with small children would be at the hotel (although the facilities and options for families are amazing - if my kid was 5 years younger they would have LOVED it, just like all the kids there were :-). This was a mistake in our thinking, not the hotel though. It would have been nice to have a quieter place for breakfast, away from some of the noise.

We were a couple expecting a relaxing holiday. The hotel was like a creche. I have never been to a hotel with so many babies and young children. The lobby and breakfast room were a nightmare of screaming kids. There was a small section for adults at breakfast, but it was full most mornings. Also, we were in a beautiful room right above the breakfast room, which had a baby outdoor area, so every morning, we had screaming children right below us from 8.30 am Believe me, we do love children! But this was a different level. .

Staff are absolutely amazing and the hotel itself is perfect and extremely clean , definitely got value for my money and I’d come back over and over again. receptionist by the name Isaac was heaven sent and if there’s an award for best customer service it should definitely go to him. Isaac helped us so much and I couldn’t be more full of praise he made our stay and experience unforgettable. 5* in every way the hotel and the roof top is PERFECT

Travelling with 3 kids, pools are all heated. Kids area is fantastic, they had a lot of fun. Staff is really friendly. Playroom and kids area at breakfast was really useful 😀 lot of fun at miniclub and babyclub. Arrived at hotel 8am. They sent us at breakfest and 9am our room was ready. Also no problem with late check out. Senior suite was too small for family of 5 so we changed it in the middle of our stay. Harmony suite with jacuzzy is amazing. Just love it 😍 Food is good, Service is exellent. Room cleaning could be better. We extended our holiday and was looking other hotels also to visit, but after checking them, we decided that Gf is the best option in Costa Adeye. Big shopping Mall is just outside the hotel. Beach is close. So overall, deffinately would visit again 😊

Room was excellent and particularly nice as I had a room next to my daughter and young family. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. Very clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was very fresh and appetizing. Pool was very good. Special thanks to Oksana on front desk who was particularly helpful to me. Thank you.

Great breakfast buffet and a separate area for children of which we had 2. They loved their own coloured plates and cutlery. Grandson went to the healthy breakfast club with games afterwards great idea. Had 2 bathrooms which we did not expect and a fridge and coffee machine. So much for the children to do loved the slides in the pool and waiter service around the pools. grandson went to the kiddies club he is 5 and enjoyed crafts colouring and the racing cars. All the staff were so friendly to the children especially and they were well catered for.

Nothing you can do but it was very hilly and quite a walk to the beach and shops I am disabled and had Difficulty on the hills. Prices for drinks and meals expensive but it was all good and what do you expect in a 5 star hotel. Our 5 year old chose this hotel because of the slides etc in the childrens' pool we will let him chose again. I was worried that sometimes the lifeguards were not paying attention to the children in the pool.

Lovely pool area. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Food at restaurant was fantastic. Room was very nice and comfortable.

the noise from the fountains outside our room. Especially the motor. It should have been relaxing but much more peaceful when they were off. The child care for under 4's was not very convenient as suggested in the website.
