The property is well maintained and well located. Many malls and restaurants nearby, and is very close to the beach too. The only downfall is that the hotel doesn’t “own” its private area on the beach, it’s only a public beach. The pools are amazing, with salt water, at perfect temperature and plenty of lounge areas surrounding them. The spa is magnificent and the staff is very friendly and always happy to accommodate. The breakfast buffet is good and offers large choices of everything.

At first, they gave me a room that wasn’t the one I paid for (downgrade) and I had to request the change. Of course they knew they “made a mistake” and changed it right away the next day. I find this technique to be wrong however 😑 The food isn’t the best, except for anything with fish & seafood. (maybe my Standards are high because I’m French? 😅) Lastly, charging 50€ for a late checkout (3h extra) is a bit much, especially since I’ve stayed a full week in a suite and already paid a lot for it.

The room we had was AMAZING! We had a view to the right as well as to the left of the hotel building, so we could overlook more or less all of Costa Adeje. Plus, the jacuzzi was awesome too ;) The staff was very friendly and helpful, we even had one staff member cone and bring our luggage into our room for us and greeted us with a welcome drink :) The hotel has many facilities to use and explore as well as live music entertainment each evening at the bar. It's very close to many shopping and dining locations which is a big plus :)

The room could've used another bin in the bathroom and it would've been nice if the floors in the rooms were cleaned more thoroughly (I oftentimes had dirty feet when walking barefoot on the floor).

In general a good hotel in great location with nice pool area. Buffet variety and quality is very good and the breakfast and dinner service is excellent. Reception staff is always willing to help and the hotel manager Cristina is always looking after guests.

We had some issues with food and cocktails at the pool. Especially cocktails weren’t great…Sleeping on a sofa (as we have a child) was very uncomfortable (hard and noisy). If you don’t give away the pool towels until 6pm, you have to take them to the room which is very annoying especially when you have a child.

This was my second stay and it’s a lovely situation with close access to white sandy beach and high end shops. The hotel is elegant and rooms beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

Very well presented hotel. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and attentive staff. A good restaurant serving lunch, snacks and drinks throughout the day. An excellent buffet breakfast. Good location with a nice small beach nearby but only a nice walk from the longer beaches and activities of the town

unfortunately there were some construction work in the rooms next to our, so it was sometimes noisy.

The location of this hotel is brilliant so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff are all so friendly and the service is always very quick, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the pool area with different pools to chose from and the loungers were very comfy. Great selection for breakfast and again the staff were quick to help with anything we needed. It certainly felt luxurious! We enjoyed the gym most days and appreciated the offer of daily activities such as water aerobics, yoga and table tennis.

Beautiful balcony and views but the way balcony was situated meant no sun which was such a shame! Our room was very spacious however we did hear a lot of doors slamming and peoples movements from the room above us.

What an absolute dream of a hotel. Stunning decor and facilities, the staff are absolutely superb and the breakfast is fantastic. A huge choice, everything is delicious and the staff are non stop to make sure you get plenty of tea/coffee to go with the massive buffet. They even cook fresh crepes, omelets and eggs despite all the "help yourself" stuff. Loved every minute, from the check in to check out! The pool area is superb too and location is excellent. All the staff were superb but particular thanks go to Joni who was at breakfast most mornings, Matias the Lifeguard who was an excellent Spanish teacher and "poolside host", and Laurena at the poolside bar.

The only down side to the lovely rooms is the open plan layout. This is great for space and looks stunning but not so great if you're sharing with a teenager/teenagers. Privacy is non existent as most rooms don't even have a screen separating the bath and sink area from the beds and even the toilet is a frosted glass screen door. This would have been lovely for a romantic getaway as a couple but sharing with a 15 year old girl who takes forever to get ready and "needs her own space" wasn't so great 😆. We knew this before booking though so was worth the gamble

Staff are very Courteous and attentive, the hotel is very clean and spacious, the hotel is perfectly located next to the beach which we found wonderful. The restaurant staff and excellent as was all the food on offer, the buffet was very reasonably priced.

The most disappointing aspect of the hotel was the amount of Salt in both pool, I mean seriously salty, twice as strong as the sea. This made swimming less appealing and less refreshing that we would usually expect. We loved the hotel the location the staff and this would be the only consideration when booking again as the pool is such a big part of the holiday experience with the children.
