The wine and fresh fruit waiting in our room on arrival make us feel welcome immediately. Location is perfect - direct access to the promenade one way, and the other way a street with taxi rank. Many shops and restaurants are very close by. The resort is low rise with apartments on two floors only - it looked like most of the upper apartments at least, had some sort of sea view, and with a private veranda too (with extendable canopy). The kitchenette is quite adequate, with fridge, oven, hob, toaster and kettle amongst other crockery and cutlery. All staff were friendly and helpful.

A double bed would have been better than the two single beds pushed together, although the latter is common in Spanish hotels. The food was sometimes a little disappointing, I would have liked better quality breakfast cereals (although the cooked breakfast items were excellent) and more seafood in the dinner options. Milk for cereals could only be obtained separately from the bar (a bit odd) and was not refrigerated. A drinks and snack bar more convenient to the pools would have been welcome.

The complex is in a great location close to supermarkets and restaurants. The kitchenette was well appointed. Rooms were very clean and kept clean. Two pools were also kept clean and tidy and lots of beds available. The room we had overlooked one of the pools and had a good sized veranda. Local beach was easily accessible.

We had a downstairs room without air conditioning. This made it very difficult to sleep despite the ceiling fans in each room. We did not realise that only first floor rooms had air con. Had we known we would have opted for this. It should be made clearer on the website. This stopped the holiday being excellent.

Warm and welcoming staff who were obviously well motivated to ensure you had a good experience. Excellent location just yards from the beach. A good breakfast with an omelette and fresh fried egg station. We had an evening meal there a few nights and the food was good, if a little bland at times. Desserts could have been better but we didn't go hungry. Taxi to the airport from a few metres away was just €25

Sunbeds could have been comfier, food could have been more exciting. We didn't take the all inclusive option which would have given us lunch which we weren't bothered about but it did mean we weren't allowed to get water from the water cooler which was a bit petty.

Location. The property was well positioned with lots of restaurants, shops and bars in the immediate vicinity. Property. Our room had a very good balcony which overlooked the promenade and beachfront.

A little noise in the evenings due to the closeness of the promenade but did not go on late and didn't stop us from sleeping. A small number of the restaurants were not as they were cracked up to be on other travel sites.

Location is amazing, facilities great, access to anything else super easy and available. Also calm at night!

Premade cakes and fruits too old! Some logistics to be improved in the food service to make easier and clear to all

The property is in an ideal location near to the beach and many bars and restaurants.

The coffee at breakfast was unpleasant the rest of the food and drink exceptional. On our last day we booked the complimentary room to change but we were told we had to use the showers in the gym which wasn’t ideal. Given the hotel excellent standard this was disappointing.

The apartment was decorated lovely with modern features! Very bright and airy. The pools wind around the resort making the different sections feel almost private with loungers scattered everywhere. Very relaxing feel compared to the typical chaotic resort! Super impressed with the atmosphere The location is perfect. 20 second walk onto the beach front and 2 minute walk to the supermarket. There are plenty of restaurants and mini shops surrounding the hotel. Had a great little view out onto the pools via a large balcony with table and chairs.

There’s no aircon which is a big shame- but we knew this signing up so it doesn’t effect the ratings There isn’t a lot of sun loungers so it’s a bit hit and miss whether you can get them as the buildings put some into the shade till the afternoon The trollies used to transport everything around the resort by staff are SO noisy on the cobble paths which creates loud noise starting from 8am which woke us up every morning. You could reduce the noise by using rubber wheels maybe?

The resort location was perfect and our apartment location within the resort was very good,with a view of the upper pools area. Buffet breakfast was very good, but half board only worked for us by taking lunches, rather than dinners.

Whilst the food options were fine for lunches, they did not suit us for evening dinners, as they were somewhat bland and limited. This did not detract from our enjoyment, as there are many very nice restaurants nearby, where we able to have dinners in nice surroundings.

Great location near the beach. Nice pool areas with plenty of sunbeds( not all reserved by 9am!). Central for Fanabe beach and facilities , lots of nearby walks and water sports . Good buffet breakfast - worth paying extra for .

Our accommodation we were allocated for overlooking the side street which can be noisy with bars / karaoke etc …. We had requested sea view - beware you have to sit in corner of balcony to see the sea at an angle . We asked to be moved and they kindly let us move to an apartment overlooking the pool and distant sea view which was acceptable . The accommodation was not so clean when we moved but we waited for cleaner the next day( after speaking to reception).

Great location, almost at the beach which was really nice. Nice pool complex, delux room was great, with an ocean view, cleaned every day.

Juices from the machine. The breakfast was very good but after a few days it lacked veriety. Used only breakfast option so no opinion on rest of the meals.
