Beautiful room with views overlooking charming plaza. Lovely decoration. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Complimentary coffee machine. Wonderful local market (fruit, vegetable and clothing) in the square on Saturday morning. Great bakery and restaurants close to the hotel.

The downside to overlooking the town square was that it was quite noisy even around midnight (as there is a restaurant below with tables on the terrace and we happened to coincide with large groups celebrating birthdays). Although not a problem for night owls! Parking a little tricky in that area. Narrow streets so best to rent a small sized car!

Lovely room with a great en-suite and cute little balcony. Great storage and beautiful stairway. Easy to find and to get in to late at night when we arrived. Communication with the hotel was excellent and it was great value for money. Alaro is a gorgeous little town and perfect for what we wanted; lots of great restaurants and bars, lovely little shops and super handy for cycling. Its location right on the town square was great in this off season (March) although I probably wouldn't want to be there in the height of summer when people are outside of bars and restaurants until later.

Obviously being on the main square there can be noise from outside but also it's about 50yards from the church and the bells ring. All the time. The only criticisms of the room would be that the fridge wasn't very cold and the bed squeaked really badly even with a tiny movement. A bit of sound proofing of the windows would go a long way.

It was very clean. Everything was new and pretty. We had a very nice terrace /balcony. heating/air condition was working well. we had a little fridge which was very helpful. the kettle and the capsule coffee machine in the entrance hall were helpful tools as well. I liked the bakery and coffee place next door. and the big choice of restaurants for dinner in walking distance.

everything was good! i would come again. improvement opportunities: a table in the room. bowls for breakfast and a minimum set of cutlery would be nice. an email with the entry code would be helpful upfront. i had to call (3 times) to finally come in and had to wait in the rain on the arrival day.

Cati is a great host, communication is perfect, the location on the main square of the beautiful village is very idyllic and quiet.

We had the small room - the other rooms were booked - and it is indeed small. It was ok for us as we were out all day and for just sleeping it's ok. If you want to spend some time in the room I strongly recommend the really beautiful larger rooms.

Beautiful room and balcony, big and modern bathroom. Coffee machine downstairs, would be even better in room but wasn’t an issue for us. Right in the meson square, view of mountains! Alaro is great, beautiful town, great places to eat, not touristy at all in November

Windows and door to balcony wasn’t soundproof at all. Not the owners fault but lots of roadworks/building work happening in square that was very loud in morning. Church bells ring throughout the night, I loved it but be aware

Size of the room and the location.

Two things, the wifi in the room 2 was not good. Very slow and intermittent. If you stay in the corridor then the wifi is stable and with good speed. The second thing that we didn't like was the smell coming from the bathroom. It was too strong and we had to keep all the time the bathroom door closed. I think there's was an issue with the pipes or the sifon.

Cute room with a soul. The fridge works great, a lot of sunlight. The room overlooks the square and the little balcony is so interesting. The staff is very nice. Parking is 200m away so it wasn’t really a problem.

Thin walls and doors.

The free tea and coffee facilities in the entrance hall.

On arrival it was confusing because,as you can see from the photo, there is no number and the name is Vila Hotel not Vila Alaro TI.

Style and decor, cleanliness and location within Alaro. Middle of Mallorca for easy reach to Palma or Alcudia with a car 25-30mins either way.

Not the property but parking in the area could be problematic.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Being able to have 2 rooms that could be connected was ideal for us travelling with 2 young children.

Only small downside was that during our stay the drains smelled very strongly in the bathrooms.
