A little gem of a hotel. Such a friendly and welcoming bunch of staff, I was made to feel like a film star! The hotel is spotless and my room was stunning. i loved the wooden beams on the ceilings, the bathroom is very well stocked with luxury toiletries and the bed was very comfortable. breakfast was excellent, good choice and freshly squeezed orange juice is a must.

The hotel was charming, very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. All staff members that we dealt with were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and I also had lunch there one day, which was excellent as well. The location was perfect, two minutes' walking distance from the main square, lots of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool area and the patio in front of the hotel. It was nice and quiet, too; I was worried that there would be noise from the trains since it's right next to the station, but apart from a bit of clanging and rumbling every half hour, it was no problem (you can't hear anything if you're in your room with the windows shut; it's only noticeable from the terrace/pool area). We also used the jacuzzi and sauna, which are free to book. We're very glad that we chose to stay in Soller and not Port de Soller - it was a much nicer town, and you can still easily access the beach.

Perfect location - central and everything in town within easy walking distance. Great breakfasts! The building itself is old but well decorated and furnished, with very effective air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with nothing too much trouble for them. Reception staff were very helpful in finding a good parking place and giving directions and information on getting around Soller and the rest of the island. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates this kind of elegant hotel with a history - and staffed by lovely people who made my week so much more pleasant than I expected. I will very happily return when I get the opportunity.

The only thing missing for me as a lift to the second floor - and because I was recovering from a knee injury the stairs were difficult. However, the staff very willingly carried my luggage up to my room, and to the ground floor when leaving. Bless them!

All the staff were so friendly, and made sure we always had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was pleasant and it was always spotless. Lovely breakfast, a small selection available every morning and plenty of everything to go around. We ate lunch at the restaurant twice, and although it wasn’t the nicest food we had on our trip, it was still extremely tasty and very good value for money. Location is ideal, being a stone’s throw away from the tram stop and a short walk to the centre. We only used the spa room for showers before leaving, and wished we’d booked time in there during our stay - it was lovely!

There is a rather unfortunate smell that wafts through the hotel every now and again, possibly from the pool? Doesn’t last long, thankfully, but certainly long enough to crinkle the nose. Also a shame that the room didn’t have a balcony - looked like there were only 2/3 that had balconies available and due to the location of the hotel they were only small! Nothing that stopped us from having a lovely stay here.

I must say, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Conveniently located next to the Train/tram that serves Palma and Port De Soller. We had the room looking onto the mountain and over the pool (206) and I think it must've been one of the better rooms in the hotel. The room and bathroom were massive compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Fortunately our room had aircon and a ceiling fan, so we stayed nice and cold during the bout of hot weather for the area. We stayed here on a HB basis. The breakfast was decent, but I feel there could've been a better fruit selection out and the scrambled eggs were a little dry, but apart from that it was lovely! We stayed here for four nights and as you can imagine the evening/lunch menu could get boring, but it didn't. My partner and I don't eat fish, and being on an island, fish dishes are a plenty. But the people serving us throughout the week were able to offer substitutes. Goats cheese salad for lunch instead of fish. A chicken paella which was not on the menu. In addition, because the restaurant is closed on a Thursday, we were able to transfer our Thursday evening sitting to Saturday lunch. our servers were Chelsea and Fran, they were fantastic, and a credit to the hotel. The pool area was lovely. With it being a salt water pool also, you don't smell of chlorine. The shower for the pool seemed to be hit and miss though. House keeping we're lovely, attentive and friendly. Check out was simple and speedy. Because we were leaving at 4am, we paid the bill the night before and were offered a sandwich and coffee for our departure. the sandwich was lovely!

Centrally located nice hotel. Welcoming staff. Pretty basic but clean room with a lovely view to the mountains.

There was quite a lot of hassle with the parking even though we had reserved it beforehand. On our arrival we couldn't fit our car in the indicated slot in the nearby parking area since someone had parked his car so that it took two car's space. After running back and forth, we were guided to another paid parking further away. This one was fenced and accessible only with a key. The hassle did not end here. On our departure the center turned out to be closed for traffic due to a market day. Thus, we carried our luggage some 10 minutes to the car, after which we had to find a public parking space for it in the fully packed town in order to walk back to hotel to return their parking area key before walking one more time back to our car to continue our journey.

A truly fantastic holiday at possibly one of the best hotels we have visited. The staff were fab, welcoming and could not do enough for you. The room was great and the pool amazing. The food was truly exceptional. A welcome drink on arrival and the ability to leave bags in the hotel as we had a late flight was so helpful. Amazing place if you book you will not be disappointed.

Nothing to dislike.

Reception staff were brilliant especially 'Brid'. The overall ambience of the property was lovely and situation perfect being yards from the main station and the wooden tram line. The restaurant serves authentic Mallorcan cuisine, fairly priced for its quality and generous quantity. Will definitely return one day.

At the time of our visit the island was exceptionally hot with daily highs of 30c and very warm nights. Aircon was essential for a good nights sleep but for some reason the system in room was centrally controlled and not sufficient for us despite keeping windows and curtains closed. Something needs to be changed before I think about rebooking unfortunately.

The bathroom was light and spacious. All very clean. The staff were polite and helpful especially in helping us plan some walks. Courtyard very pretty.

The location was amazing but as a consequence much too noisy for us. Our room had no outlook at all.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was really clean, beds super comfortable with extra pillows if required. It was lovely to have a mini fridge and tea / coffee making facilities in the room. From an environmental perspective it is so frustrating when hotels display signs saying that they care about the environment so if you don´t need your towel changed hang it up and then they take them anyway after 1 night. Here they totally respected your choices so a "thumbs up" for respecting those choices and caring about the environment.

I really cannot think of anything negative.
