Very good location. Great reception staff, who were proactive, friendly and helpful 24/7. Super clean and great facilities. Great beds. Amazing atmosphere overall, with beautiful exteriors and interiors.

A bit noisy room, not sound proof. Could hear elevator and neighbours next door. Dissapointed in kitchen staff, of which some were unwelcoming and rude. At breakfast, there is a sign to let them know if you want fried eggs. I wanted a fried egg on both sides as I cannot have runny egg yokes. They refused to make a fried egg on both sides, saying it was too difficult and complicated, and after questioning the reasoning they accepted it, and came back with an egg which was way overfried. They were also rude when placing it on the table, annoyed and eye rolling. This happened for two days, before I gave up asking them for eggs.

I highly recommend staying in Ca’l Bisbe hotel in Sóller. The rooms were extremely clean, breakfast was delicious with different variations of local pastries each day and the pool was cozy but spacious at the same time. The hotel is located in centrum and has its own parking only 400 meters away (at the entrance of the city so you don’t have to try to fit your rental car through those tiny streets). I also have to point out that before our stay we have received detailed instructions how to get to the hotel and how to access the parking. The staff was also extremely accommodating when it came to our early flight. Highly recommended!

A perfect hotel. Everything is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Information about the area/trips/buses etc refreshed daily. Excellent buffet breakfast with many options for vegetarians. Friendly bar staff - drinks available by the pool; lunch; evening meal. High quality food. Large rooms with balcony/s, large bathroom, huge bed. Fridge and kettle in room. Very big pool with many sunbeds. Friendly hotel cat. Excellent position to explore Soller town: just a short walk down the road. Close to bus stops and the Botanical Garden. A small gym but well-equipped. We didn't use the sauna/steam room but they were available. We were able to leave our luggage in a secure room on arrival day.

A lovely location and just what we needed for a relaxing week. Pool area was nice and quiet with a good atmosphere from staff, who were always willing to help. The hotel is a short 5 min walk from the centre of Soller's main square that has the beautiful cathedral and a bunch of restaurants and bars and is also close to the bus stop that takes you directly to the Port. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel also has a great restaurant!

We had some rain on one of our evenings which made the pool dirty and dusty - obviously the staff can't control the weather but the pool wasn't clean the whole next day. Not much of an issue just worth noting as it stopped us having a dip in the water that day!

Hotel was in a great location, just 2 mins walk to the centre of Soller. The car park is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. It's easy to find just off the roundabout on entering Soller. It has a large security gate, so your car is safe. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Staff very kind, polite, and helpful. We had a room on the ground floor with a small terrace, which was nice. The room was quite rustic but comfy. We were on a walking holiday and there's lots of great walks in the area. Both from the hotel or a short drive/tram ride away. We were not disappointed. There's also lots of very nice restaurants in Soller

The pool isn't heated, so it's freezing to swim in, in May when we were there. Such a shame cos it's lovely. The bathroom leaked water from the shower screen, so the floor was wet every time you showered.

Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. Complimentary breakfast was incredibly tasty with lots of options, including gluten free alternative baguettes and pastries. Pool is very well kept, and the shelter around means it’s not windy which is perfect for sunbathing. Very good service at the bar, who come and bring you your drinks to your sun loungers. Location is fantastic, 1 or 2 minute walk from the heart of the town, and the tram station which takes you down to Port de Sóller. But it is far enough away that you don’t hear the hustle and bustle. The car park is about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, but the car park is in a very good location, sheltered by orange and lemon trees so it doesn’t get too hot. It is just off a roundabout that puts you onto the main road to Palma / Valdemossa / Deià / Port de Soller, so it is incredibly convenient. 10 minute drive to Port de Soller which is an incredible spot for dinner and relaxing on the beach. We checked out of our room at 6:00am, which was too early for breakfast, but the kitchen prepared us a breakfast baguette to take on our journey which we were very thankful for! Cleaning service every day, so the room is nice and tidy when you get back to your room, which is a big bonus too.

The breakfast is amazing, the location is insane. We we almost in the heart of Soller , but same time we got to chill and relax by the pool, staff is so friendly and kind. I just loved our experience. The views when we went to parking is just breathtaking, I love how the hotel is in the centre - centre, but same time in small , silent , beautiful street with your the most beautiful lemon three by the pool.

The only thing what I could meantion, I think there is school very very very close to hotel and I think next morning they had some kid activities, it didnt bother us, but if there would be somebody who want to take pool day that day it may be very loud for them, but hey we are in the heart of the old city - it can get loud :)))

Centrally placed 4* in Soller, their own parking 400 metres away. Reception very helpful and nice, with advice re restaurants, buses and local sights. Nice pool and adjacent bar with attentive staff. Stunning views of the mountains.

Road access is a bit complicated. Google maps and satnav should be ignored in favour of their informal but detailed instructions on how best to get there. We went with Google maps and had to drive down streets so narrow there was 3” clearance each side. Marginally avoided hire car damage and the stress levels hit the roof!!

Breakfast excellent, wide choice, my wife provided with a variety of gluten-free bread and pastry each morning, as requested. Really great views of the surrounding rocky and wooded hills. Staff courteous, friendly and helpful to a fault.

We had been before, five years ago, and liked it so much we decided to go again, so you will understand why I really can’t find fault. However we did miss being able to have dinner there, as we did several times on our first visit, where my wife got superb service in helping her cope with her dietary issues. But that isn’t the hotel’s fault, I know they were let down on this issue early this year.

Nice hotel, though the rooms need a good renovation, staff was nice, breakfast was your usual continental, had pretty much everything you need. Pretty pool but colder than the sea...

Waaaay overpriced, for this money there's many 5 stars hotels with more advanced amenities, I stayed in many countries at 4 stars hotels and this one wasn't the best, even though the fee was double! The only reason I booked it was because it was the only one left available. The bathroom needs a mosquito net and also a ventilation system. The light by the closet didn't work. For some reason the entire area was overpriced, though doesn't differ from other parts of Spain, more like Amsterdam prices than Spain prices.
