Lovely hotel, located right on the main square of Soller, loads of charm and character, we had a room overlooking the square and it was just gorgeous - great for people watching. Room size was fabulous, and I loved that we had a fridge for our own use. The a/c worked well - and the shower was lovely! Ruben on reception was super helpful.

Not much soundproofing from the room door to the corridor outside, however it wasn't too much of an issue - just one family was quite loud when they arrived at night and it woke my children up. Breakfast is served at the neigbhouring restaurant - the choice on the menu is not brilliant, however a simple question asking for something different and they sorted it for us - so 10 / 10 for the service - and the food was lovely.

The location was great. Our room was simple, but big enough. The bathroom was great. Big shower with excellent water pressure. the Hotel is right in the Centre. There was a good parking lot within walking distance. The Tram to the Port was literally across the square. The Hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are numerous excellent options close by. If you like Craft Beer, you will find a great spot right across the alley.

Not a big deal, but we could not use our room safe. Luckily, we didn’t have anything inside, because after three days, the staff still could not find a way to open it.

The location is perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a great stay in Soller. There’s a parking close-by in town, don’t park in the parking they tell you: it was so far.

The breakfast was a bit pricey; there should be a special discount for the resident. I understand it’s a busy season, but the waiters should learn to smile more often.

We arrived on a Saturday when the market was in full flow, which made it in almost impossible to reach reception area. Car parking facilities, 500 m away from hotel in an underground car park. Not the end of the world! We had to have an early checkout on the Sunday morning, however reception staff were Available at 0930?

Very very clean. Excellent and comfortable beds. Quiet when windows were shut at night. Generally easy and swift communication with the host.

Host was friendly and answered questions. But somewhat confusing that you never knew whether he would be in reception. And when you asked specific questions about e.g trekking, he didn't really listen and try to answer, but just sent his own standard documents. Breakfast was not available despite the fact that both the homepage and booking.com said it was.

The hotel is very cosy and nice, both in the room and in the common areas. Perfect conditions for the rest – it's quiet, the curtains completely cover the light and the air-conditioning is quiet. The hotel is right in the centre of Soller, just stepping out into the central square, but on a quiet street. I would love to come back to Soller and to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel right on the square in Soller . Rooms were comfortable and stylish with fridge and coffee making facilities. Friendly , helpful staff and informative staff who gave good local information and emailed recommendations, timetables etc. lovely bathroom , great shower . Would definitely recommend a stay .

Our room looked directly over the lively square. This was noisy (as to be expected) and obviously out of the hotels control. However bear this in mind if want peaceful night as noise went on till 1.30 am .

Location and room-value were top: clean and fully equipped with essentials. The property looked newly renovated and was very welcoming. Access to parking was also quite helpful! The hotel is ideal for a proper Sóller experience and a good launching point to explore the island.

Unfortunately our stay coincided with a weekend festival that featured live bands on a stage right below our window until 4AM all three nights. Bad luck on our end and next time I will request a room in the back just in case ;)

The property was perfectly located in Soller town and the bus route into the port was in walking distance. The room was spacious, bed comfy and had everything we needed. Staff welcoming on arrival.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest - the bathroom specifically, but we didn’t mind too much since we spent little time in the hotel. We also had early check out but were not made aware of what to do in the event of no staff being around (which there weren’t). It was a little unclear.
