Perfectly located. A minutes walk from the town square with beautiful cathedral, cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and the room and communal areas were very clean. It was a 10 minute drive from Soller to the Port with more beautiful cafes and restaurants and of course the tram goes directly there too, which is a must do when you’re staying in Soller.

We were advised there was some parking nearby for €12 a night but we didn’t ever find it. Other car parks in the town were €6 for 14 hours so we were fine to use them. Some were a bit of a walk from the hotel, 5-10 mins, which was fine generally, although a slight challenge dragging a case over the cobbled paths. Only had to do that twice though and I would expect parking to be like this with such a centrally located hotel in a small town. Worth being aware of though.

The location was lovely, central but on a quiet street. My room had everything I could need! Staff were kind and attentive and helped with all of my requests! Dinner was nice too. Pretty faultless stay!

My room was slightly below ground so I couldn't really open the window as the road was next to it. I also was in a separate center from the main hotel which meant it felt a bit disconnected and I didn't really go to the hotel to eat breakfast. Not a huge deal but worth noting.

The property was in a great location and very close to bars in city centre. The room was spacious and very clean.

The beds had very hard mattresses which made them uncomfortable which was a shame. The lighting in the bathroom was atmospheric but not practical for applying make up. However, the shower was excellent and towels were changed regularly which was great.

CLEAN, CONFIE, NEW RENOVATED BUILDING. The location is very good, staff in the hotel next(that owns this hotel) is not friendly, should be more according to the place

staff, unfriendly people working in this hotel, no any feeling of enjoying their job. basicly is better no to have qnybody to talk to overthere......

The proximity to downtown Soller is great. The facilities were much cleaner, newer and nicer than we expected. It’s a very quiet property which is nice.

The lack of parking, and the difficulty to find parking with a mile of the property. The city has many one way streets so I wouldn’t bring a car next time.

Location is central, room is spacious and well renovated.

No elevator so not very practical with luggage. No parking. However, there is a parking right outside of the hotel but you have to pay every 2 hours + not that many spots. Also, really not easy to access due to all the “non entry signs” in town.

New and clean with thoughtful and stylish decor and convenient design. Was lucky to get the room with double aspect windows and the view of the back of the church. Location just off the main square. Only two rooms in each floor, so quiet. Good soundproofing from the street noise. Great shower.

No lift - which was also a bonus as no noise and some extra exercise ). No reception in the building as such - the receptionist at El Guia was extremely helpful though.

Very good rooms, essentially an extension of the hotel. Excellent shower, but tap was loose on sink, toilet OK. Can be a bit noisy at times in the night, scooters etc, but probably like that in most of Soller.

The rooms were spacious & clean. The location was excellent.

I thought I was going to be staying in a hotel - not a separate annex! There was absolutely no atmosphere, no dining room, no bar and as well no lift and I was on the 2nd floor!

The hotel is just round the corner from the main square so v easy to get everywhere , 10 mins walk to bus stops to port / palma; 2 mins to tram / historic train We didn’t have breakfast / meals at the hotel but it looked lovely
