Stayed here in May (had a few issues) so decided to stay again in June to check if I`d just been unlucky because the view is lovely and the appartments are a good size. This time the appartment was very good and will stay there again. Tip- if you do find something missing (plug for kitchen sink) don`t waste your`e time at reception-they don`t want to know. Ask the maids as they are wonderfull and will sort out any problems. Supermarket Dias at the rear of building and Consum up the road are very good.

Nothing much but the reception staff can be a little offhand and unhelpfull depending on who you see hence my score. I did find that an occasionall small shopkeeper complained if I didn`t speak spanish . I must try and remember the spanish for garlic. Maybe this is the way in Aguadulce. Staff in the supermarkets are very helpfull.

A lovely spacious room, always clean. Ideal location as it's only a short walk to the beach and harbour and shops.

There is never enough plugs for the sinks, you need one for the kitchens sink, the sink in the bathroom and one for the bath. Also upon our arrival we asked about the swimming pool, we was told the pump was broken, it had broken in September.. we arrived 9th October this was a bit annoying as it was a facility we expected and wanted to use and paid for. We was not offered a refund!! we had to go to the beach and hire the sun loungers which cost us €10 each time!!

Good size appartment with large terrace. The view from the terrace is superb. The maids clean the appartment every day and are very friendly, cheerfull and helpfull. Great bar called Los Charros close by with reasonable prices,free tapas and pleasant staff.

The first appartment I was given had an electrical fault which reception new about but they still rent it out. The power kept shutting down and returning which caused the air conditioning to "Beep". Try and sleep with that. On complaining the next day a different receptionist told me it needed two cards in the light socket so gave me them. This seemed to cure the problem until Just after midnight then "Beep" "Beep" all night long again. On complaining to yet again a different receptionist I got my wish of a different room and a good nights sleep. There was no security with this room as the patio door didn`t lock. Decided not to complain again though as I was leaving in two days and wary of what I got in another room. Appart from that I enjoyed my stay, the view making up for the negatives.

Location is great, easy access to the motorway to visit other places but also within short walking distance to the beach (approx. 6-7 min). Also very close to the port where you can have dinner and then a drink. Beds are very comfortable and the room is very clean. Staff is friendly. You also have free parking spaces underground. The pool is small but OK for refreshing.

Everything is great, I don’t give 10 points just because it may be a bit old.

Everything was great as usual but for a first night with a noisy and not so clean neighbour. We told the reception in the morning and they were super friendly and understanding and changed us to another room, which was prepared quickly. The hotel is pretty close to the see, restaurants and the port where you can chill, eat, dance or do some water activities. Still lovely in winter!

Great location and our room was even bigger than expected. The hotel catered to our special requests and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The space was very comfortable and the bed was too. Very clean as well. This was amazing value for the money. You will likely need a car to access it as we had, I imagine public transport would take a long time

As we came in winter, we would've liked to have a small space heater so it wasn't as cold. The street can be quite noisy so earplugs for light sleepers. The bed came as two separate twin beds as well, we would've preferred a singular bed

Very spacious appartments. First there's a hallway, which ends at the bathroom door. Then there's a living, with a relaxcorner and dining table. The bedroom is kinda seperate from the living. There's a seperate small kitchen and a balcony with ocean view. Depending on the floor, the balcony is large or super large (third floors are largest). Fine beds and pillows, shower and bathroom also good. If you're lucky, you can park on the street for free. Otherwise, there's a parking garage (fee). A restaurant with great breakfasts is attachted and reachable from reception. Shops and restaurants are closeby, and the beach and marina is a short walk.

Rooms are a bit noisy, you can hear furniture from other rooms move. Also, it's not easy to close the front door gently - sorry neighbors.

The staff here are 10/10. Pedro at reception was so friendly and helpful, and great advice. The cleaning staff is superb, possibly the cleanest hotel apartment I have ever stayed in. The decor is a little dated but it’s so clean and well maintained. The bed is really big and comfy. The balcony sea views are awesome. The kitchen is not very well equipped for long stay, missing a few more pots and pans but perfect for a short stay. Parking nearby but you have to search. 3 min walk to the beach. Supper market downstairs. We will definitely visit again.

Could do with more pots and pans in kitchen. But otherwise everything was great.

The view from our private, spacious Patio, overlooks mature trees and an avenue of clipped trees with white plastered townhouses on either side, and then on out to views of the Ocean. Very pleasant.

We couldn't understand why, the Hotel placed other guests, above us, and to either side of us, when there were many empty available apartments adjacent to us.

The room was a good size and cleaned every day. It had air conditioning and a fan, which was great, Bed was very comfy, a big balcony and a lovely view. The staff were very nice and friendly, especially Dana and Carlos in the cafe.
