I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in Camp de Mar, Mallorca, and I can’t praise it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable service, making us feel right at home. The location is simply perfect, nestled in a picturesque bay with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach is just a stone’s throw away, offering crystal clear waters and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the island. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, including a fantastic pool area surrounded by lush gardens, a well-equipped fitness center, and a spa that offers a variety of rejuvenating treatments. We particularly enjoyed dining at the hotel’s restaurant, where the food was exquisite, showcasing local flavors with a gourmet twist.

Stunning location, superb views (upgrade to the top tier room view option, it's so worth it!), staff very friendly, nobody bothers you by the pool to get involved in any of the entertainment, it's up to you if you want to, the sea is amazing for snorkeling (spotted jellyfish, octopus, many different fish) and was warm, everyone very respectful of the 'dont reserve sunbeds' rule and we still managed to get good spots at 10;30/11am each day

We personally didn't fancy the evening entertainment, but by the looks of things it wasn't too popular anyway. The only thing I was a little overwhelmed by was the music blasting from the pool bar all day where most other parts of the hotel were quite peaceful, was a bit of a jarring difference!

This Hotel was amazingly beautiful property, it had cozy nooks to read or just relax amongst the beautiful coast and trees for plenty of shade. There is plenty of shade just to take in the beauty of Mallorca. Great restaurant (Campo de Golf Stigenberger) next door for food and drinks for dinner. You also have to take advantage of the massage and wellness relaxation rooms they have. They had a saunas and pools were perfect to get some R&R. Breakfast is really good something for whole family to eat and dinner was also good, tasty. The staff was very attentive to get dirty dishes out of your way. There was also DJ in the evenings if you don’t want to leave hotel. It was honestly the most beautiful location, breathtaking.

End of September, so the hotel wasn't too crowded, I guess that earlier in the summer it wouldn't be enough place around the swimming pool. The free cocktails included tasted really cheap, it was a better choice to go with sangria or beer. It was nice for a 4 days stay but I wouldn't have stayed there 8 or 10 days because we began to see the menu from the firsts days coming back. Yet the choice wasn't that bad - Great breakfast however! The room was quiet but too small. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. Covid test (pcr or antigenic) on site for an affordable price.

May be location, it's far from everything, nice to have rest but don't count on visiting or doing something. (there are yet other bars & restaurants around the hotel). Extra additional charge to have a lounger near the beach on a platform in concrete and not a beach... just in front of the hotel (where it was free of charge)...

The location is amazing! The rooms and the view are perfect. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. This was all staff whether it was reception, entertainment, bar staff, cleaners, they all were brilliant. My daughter loved the slushi's, we loved the cocktails. It was only a short trip from the airport and easy to book a taxi back to airport at the end of the holiday. My favourite place was sat on the balcony looking at the most amazing view. This was the first visit but definitely the first of many.

There wasnt any bad parts to the holiday although with a daughter who is lactose intolerant it would be nice to have better labelling of food.

The choice of food (they had different vegeterian options and even some vegan for dinner), the views in the area, the wellness centre which inlcuded two saunas, pool and jacuzzi (it was really fun as you have to click different buttons for things to work and it was really empty so could enjoy it on my own), the rooms were clean, different entertainment every night, game room, staff was friendly and helpful. All was great! Would really recommend it for everyone. I think we came there at a perfect time as there weren’t too many people but the weather was perfect (26-28 degrees). Would recommend updrating to all inclusive as it is affordable and you have so much food (and drinks) included that you won’t need to buy anything else.

The doors to the bathrook didn’t have a lock and sometimes they would open with the wind. The smell around the area sometimes wasn’t great. The price of the massage is different on their app and in person (in person €67 euros for relaxing massage for 50 min, which seemed quiet high).

Everything perfect

The location is amazing. It’s a private cove so a lot quieter than what you’d expect out of Mallorca but still close enough to everything. Great for relaxing! The room was nice, clean, comfy, and had good views. We didn’t spend any time at the pool because the beach is right there but the pool area is nice! Some good hikes around as well. Staff were all friendly.

The food was good enough - we were only there for a few days so it was fine for us but could definitely get repetitive. The key was to go to the cooks where were making stuff fresh :) The Apple juice was awful.

Nice and clean. Not overcrowded: full at max. 50% because of governments' соvid policy: "less people, more oxygen". Next to a public beach. Good wi-fi. Tranquility policy: animation ends at 23:00 or earlier. Good house wine, especially red. Good cocktails. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff doing their best despite the draconian "соvid measures" these nice people were forced to implement (and they did).

Restaurant was not 10/10: meals were often undercooked, as if the cooks were always in a hurry. Glasses and dishes needed to be controlled by us every time before use: they were badly washed sometimes. The hotel needs to check its dishwasher.

Near the beach, generally friendly staff with two exceptios. You have great variety of drinks available in all inclusive. Great food with burgers, squids, fish...

Pool is open only until 18:00. I think you should have it open at least until 22:00. There are two extremely unfriendly employees. We were trying to avoid them but one of them was working with the afternoon snacks (burgers and fries) and it was impossible to avoid. It was painful experience. Expensive compared to similar hotels. Please add more cocktails to all inclusive offer. For example: you already offer all the ingredients for the long island ice tea in all inclusive (gin, vodka, rum, tequila, triple sec) program but you charge for the cocktail itself. The workaround is to order each spirit individually and mix them together.
