Breakfast very good Location excellent for the beach. Local transport nearby

Evening meal not until 7.30 pm Same menu 2 days running. After 6 days starts again When we arrived man on reception had little idea as to what he was doing

Breakfast was great, excellent variety. Room was abit small bit met our needs. Swimmingpool is smallere than pictured. Staff was very helpful, even with late check-in. Quite far from airport so plan accordingly if you want to visit FAN. Airport bus goes passes through a 'town' that could be nice to check out restaurants.

The DJ/music could be better

Service personell , set-up Hardly space to breakfast outside witth more then 2 persons ! No Chairs available ! We had to organise every morning an extra chair to breakfast together ! ery good chair assistance !

No chairs at breakfast ! Need to organise every morning on extra chair. Same as June last year. I already complained but no positive result so far ! WHY ??

Junior suites could do with being upgraded as are now a little dated compared to the other rooms which have been refurbished. They are roomy and very comfortable but are looking a bit tired now.

Location, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff

Cleaning/tidying of room was a bit haphazard. One day the bed was not made at all and towels weren’t changed. The sheets were not changed at all during our 4 night stay. This seemed very unusual in our experience of other hotel stays.

Comfortable, spacious and great staff,.always could get a subbed.5 minutes to bus stop to get around local area, Palma and the airport.

Although quality of food was excellent the evening meal menu was limited and repetitive

Very nice room we booked sea view junior suite, breakfasts good, staff very helpful and friendly, This was my 3rd visit to the Hotel I will be booking again in the future

Evening Entertainment very average

The hotel is located right on the beach, rooms feature Nespresso machines, bathrobes and a scenic balcony. Bed was clean and comfortable. Sounds of the sea - mesmerising. Right next door, a 100+ year old restaurant on a small island with equally scenic 360 seating views. Way too many retirees - an island wide phenomenon.

The SPA area has seen better days. Prepayment requirement and small sized swimming pool, with early closing hours. Breakfast- average, too plain for Spain 😉

The quality of the service, facilities and location make this adults only hotel a perfect choice. The pool is lovely and there are ample sunbeds and seating areas and you are steps away from the beautiful beach.

It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the 5th floor corridors.

Great lucion very nice stuff helpful they changed towels many times with a smile on their faces , breakfast is very good not much of choices but very good quality of ingredients and very tasty, very clean rooms, the parking is problem but with a little walk it's solved.
