If you're looking for somewhere sedate to stay - not in the heart of all the "Tenerife Craziness" - then this place is ideal. You can walk 10 mins in one direction and find yourself in the heart of Playa de las Americas or 10 minutes in the other direction and find your self in the heart of Los Cristianos. It's less than a 7 minute walk to Las Vistas Beach (the best beach in the area) and the Mercadona (supermarket), is less than a 3 minute walk which is fabulous if you are "self-catering". A multitude of buses stop outside the hotel and there's a number of (calm) bars and restaurants virtually next door. The apartment itself is spacious and contains everything you would need if you were self-catering. The cleaners come in every second day and they do a marvellous job of cleaning. There is a decent sized swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers/parasols but, be warned, if you're here in the winter months, the pool is not heated. There's a vending machine in the foyer if you have a snack-attack in the middle of the night but there's no shortage of bakeries, cafes and little corner shops within seconds of the hotel.

We were here in November so it was comfortable enough to sleep at night with the patio doors shut but I can't imagine how anyone copes here in the hot summer months as there is no air-conditioning. The alternative is to have the patio doors open but, the hotel is on a main road so it can be noisy overnight.

We loved the location, easy walk to las americas (15min walk) and los cristianos (20min) it was nice&quiet at nighttime and had a pool table&table tennis by the poolside that we enjoyed. The room was cleaned every second day which was grand too. The staff were excellent and always ready to help. We loved our stay here

There was no breakfast available in the hotel directly, however it was available next door and in multiple cafes near by that are very cheap and cheerful. The beds were also a bit hard and firm but perfectly sleepable in.

Friendly efficient staff, within walking distance to beach, supermarket, shops etc. We requested a kettle & toaster which were provided the next day. A fan was also provided free of charge as no air con in aptms and pool towels were also provided free of charge. Beds were comfortable also. Pool area was lovely, small but not impersonal like the larger complexes. Any query we had was dealt with professionally and friendly.

Booking.com stated apartments are cleaned 5 times a week, this is not the appt policy. They say rooms are made up every 2 days, sheets changed every 4 days and towels every 2 days (towels were only changed once, we had to request clean towels, sheets were not changed in the 8 days we were there & free toiletries were only provided on 1st day)

Udalla Park is perfectly situated between Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The apartment was a decent size and was ideal for a holiday. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of sun loungers to relax.

There are only 2 real complaints. The rooms that overlook the front of the property receive a lot of traffic noise from the busy road (which is the main bus route into Las Americas) so it is not really possible to leave the balcony door open at night. This leads directly to the other complaint which is no air conditioning. AC units can be hired but I do think providing a couple of small fans would be inexpensive and greatly improve the holiday experience.

We stayed in a studio apartment on the first floor, it had everything we needed and was very clean on arrival with the option of having your room cleaned, fresh towels etc every second day. No a/c but we got a fan at reception. Full equipped kitchenette, hairdryer, iron etc supplied. 2 comfy single beds (and a pull out sofa bed available - which we didn’t use), mirrored slide robe wardrobes with plenty of storage space. All members of staff were lovely but particularly those at the pool bar! Reception staff very helpful with taxis etc. Always sun loungers available, clean pool & great variety of drinks & snacks available at the pool bar. 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the main veronica strip, 15 minutes the other way to Los Cristianos. A great stay over all.

Some parts of the rooms / hotel could do with a refurb The room next door to us was getting work done the first few days of our holiday so a lot of noise & drilling No walls between balconies - no privacy No bar (other than pool bar) or evening entertainment etc

2nd time staying at Udalla Park. Excellent location in a quiet area and walking distance to both Los Christianos and Las Americas. Staff always professional, friendly and helpful. Entire complex is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of shops and restaurants on same street and a shopping centre only 5 minute away. Ideal location for a relaxing holiday with all the Hustle & Bustle only a short walk away.

The beds are still a bit uncomfortable, which could easily be improved with mattress toppers and the rooms can get very warm as there is no Air Con but staff promptly provided a fan upon request. Overall, there are more positives than negatives and look forward to returning again.

No air conditioning

Spacious for the 2 of us. Swimming pool looked nice and clean although we didn’t use it as we were new to tenerife and are very active so we spent little time at the apartment. Nevertheless the little bar on the floor with the pool was handy and the staff were lovely. The balcony was really nice when the hotel lights went of too with a lovely view of the mountains over the shops. Thank you for having us guys and girls. We will be back!

Nothing much about the property. Just the walk down and up the hill next to the mercadona whenever we went to the beachfront but that can’t be helped and also is was a great shortcut to the beach anyway.

Location is perfect for a stay in las americas and los Cristianos. We arrived 2 hours before check in, but the man on reception still completed all our paperwork and allowed us to use the luggage room until our room was ready. Room was well equipped with a good selection of utensils in the kitchen, very clean and comfortable beds, plus a huge bonus of a little coffee machine and a welcome gift of some small drinks and snacks. We were only there for 4 nights and think we missed out on a towel change but I didn’t bother to ask as we didn’t need them. Room was cleaned while we were there. Didn’t use any of the hotel facilities but did have a quick look and all looked nice. Could have had more information about hotel facilities like meal times and charges etc. on our last day, checkout wasn’t until 12pm which is absolutely fantastic. It meant we were able to have a relaxed morning and really enjoy the last hours of our stay without rushing. On checkout, we were then able to again leave our bags in the luggage store until we left for the airport, which was really appreciated. Staff we encountered were all very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.

The balcony lights switch off at 11:45pm and we were plunged into unexpected darkness - but we just took this as a signal to go to bed! There is really nothing I can say about this hotel that I didn’t like. Good value for money, great service with the check in and check out, nobody barging into your room at any point (have been in other hotels where maids come to clean at 10am!)
