Hotel Cleopatra Palace

The location is really good, close to the 3 nice beaches. The food options were good and usually tasty. The pool and facilities are not very good but you can use the 5-star hotel facilities and pools which are nearby. Everything was very clean. The reception is very helpful regarding any questions or calling taxis.

At night, it gets loud due to the hotel being close to the open-area bars and clubs. They charge even for water except for the breakfast. For the double room, beds are two single beds and the cover is separate for the beds, which is not ideal for couples. They come in even though there is a don't disturb sign at the door.

- Amazing location, right in front of Playa del el Camison beach (great beach!) - Good breakfast, champagne for breakfast every day:) Fish is only twice a week, could be more often. Food quality is superb. We also really enjoyed live piano music - Nice hotel layout, a lot of space, hotel is walking distance from everywhere - Staff was able to accommodate different requests, including non standard ones. Kudos:) - Dinners offer lots of seafood and roast beef - Overall one of the best hotel in Tenerife I believe , looking forward to seeing it after renovations

- jacuzzi a bit cold. In colder days both swimming pool and jacuzzi cold and hardly possible to use - indoor pool for extra charge and can be used with kids only once a week. 50€ for a family of 3 - marble floors everywhere, not the best floor with the kids running around and wet surfaces - construction in the Mediterranean Palace next door , noisy in the Cleo’s building next to it. it was Ok for us but for some people might be a problem. overall not great sound isolation in the hotel , could hear rooms next door - no drinks (even water) for dinner included

The location of the property was perfect! literally the beach at your door step and behind the hotel is the main strip where everyone seems to migrate towards. Shops, restaurants, supermarket all within a minutes walk from each other. Beautiful breakfast settings with an amazing pianist to start your morning everyday.

Nothing bad to comment about the property. Just a bit of advise for those planning to spend time on the beach…bring foot wear! Although the beach is sandy, there are big rocks that will ruin your swimming experience and if it wasn’t for the crocs protecting our feet from the sharp rocks in the water. We probably wouldn’t have spent soo much time in the water.

The Cleopatra Palace is situated in the centre of Playas de Americas next to the beach and is part of the Mare Nostrum resort. I defy anyone not to be impressed with the architecture within this hotel. We had a fantastic room with an enormous terrace with our own splash pool, sunbeds and table and chairs. We enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Cleopatra.

There was a kettle in the room but no cups, teabags, milk or sugar. We were a little disappointed in the food, not quite up to the high standards that the hotel showed in other departments.

The club Mare kids staff was amazing and we really enjoyed the activities, there was also yoga for adults. pools were great but the water was not warm. breakfast good. location perfect

We had to change the room twice, first one was too noisy, second room at 1. floor had ants and the last room was ok. Decor need to be updated and there was mold in the bathrooms. I heard that the hotel will be renovated totally soon.

Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Location just by a sandy beach. Many superb restaurants in this location, just a stroll away.

Thumping music at times kept us awake at night (nearby establishments?) and were played unnecessarily loudly for morning exercise group with instructor trying to bellow over it (with a microphone!) Was thus not relaxing to sit on the balcony to read a book or chat.

I tried to book the VIP room for our 40th wedding anniversary celebration. Which was on the web site but it wasn’t available because of renovations, it was very disappointing, there was a lot of confusion and a lot of emails back and forth but unfortunately it never happened anyway .

We liked everything about the hotel, from the cava served at checkin to the wide range of facilities. we had half board and the food was nice with lots of choices. Everything was clean and efficient. Really good, WiFi.

The rooms do not have coffee making things, which I missed as I had to work a little during the holiday

Everything was good except the beds. The room were really outdated but clean and that matters the most.The breakfast is really good and location is great. Its our second stay at Cleopatra Palace and we would come back. But wouldn't necessarily come here with young kids.

Swimming pool was cold, did not use it. Should have an indoor one too.
