Spotless hotel, really nice and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful - called the second day to make sure everything was okay and to see if we had any questions. 2/3 minute walk from the main cluster of restaurants and 5/10 mins from the beach - really good location. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable!

There wasn't enough loungers for everyone beside the pool - for a hotel that’s a little bit pricier I definitely expected this wouldn’t be a problem. If you’re not at the pool before 9.30am (latest for us anyway) you won’t get a bed, this was the only negative feedback we really had, you could just get up early but we were on holiday and obviously wanted to avoid that - by 10am there was always 5/6 couples walking around looking and there was no beds left for them. The beds for the rooftop pool also had to be reserved for €20, you do get this €20 back via drinks but again not something I would have expected to pay for!

The hotel is in a good location, only 20 minutes from the airport so you can definitely get a taxi. It’s only a short walk into the main centre of the resort but it’s nice as it’s not too noisy. The food was amazing, I was so impressed. There was so much variety. Breakfast had everything you could imagine, from full English, continental, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, pastries, an omelette station. Everything was so fresh and it was always being topped up.The evening meal was great too! Again so much variety and never the same each night, it was all so fresh and plentiful. You could go up as many times as you liked. it was fantastic! I usually find hotel food very repetitive but this was outstanding.The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. They even put a bottle of fizz in our room for my birthday which was a lovely touch. The room had a fridge which was super handy for water. The hotel has two pools. one on the rooftop which is great. You have to book a bed on the rooftop for €20 but you get that to spend at the rooftop bar on food and drinks. It’s a real treat. The main pool is great too, although people do reserve sun beds they do put warning notes but there was always plenty of beds. The live music in the evening was great too! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Maybe tea.coffee facilities in the room would be great. But couldn’t fault the hotel otherwise.

Great atmosphere, the room was always clean, staff were lovely. Lots of entertainment. Pools great. Food alright. Location was perfect.

We were there 4 years ago and you can see how tired things have become. Place really need some love, bit of fresh paint and some power washing was needed. The sunbeds are so worn out that you're basically laying on the bars underneath. They were so sunken in it was uncomfortable.

Comfortable beds, hot shower, great buffet for breakfast and dinner and lots of choice. Evening entertainment daily and helpful staff. As requested the rooms were away from the noise and there were hand sanitizers everywhere. Everyone wore masks which was very good. The beach was quite close by and although it was a bit cold for swimming, we could sit in the sunshine and have a coffee.

Songs chosen for evening entertainment were quite dated - 80s and 90s. We took 2 trips arranged by the hotel. the second one to the national park was not value for money as we were whisked to the cable car station and given time there (nothing to see other than the shop) rather than near the rock formations or in the glorious sunshine and the hills. The transport was late in arriving and we spent 4 hours in the coach rather than wandering around and soaking up the atmosphere. So avoid the brochure trip and use public transport which is pretty good.

Staff were amazing and facilities are excellent. Standard and choice of food was exceptional. Clean beach towels supplied daily. Great day activities and nighttime entertainment. Option for late check out. Very clean and safe. Great poolside cafe/bar. No children present was a gift. All age groups present, great diversity.

Biggest downfall was that there is not enough sun loungers for the number of residents. Drinks not included with evening meal, including water, tea & coffee. Plates are removed before you digest your last bite. Rooms were basic but clean. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Would recommend bringing your own hairdryer.

Everything about this place is superb; its staff, food, facilities and location. The entertainment at the pool and bar creates an easy and sociable atmosphere, while privacy is also respected, when desired. The little touches by the staff made the holiday even more enjoyable. Breakfast and dinner offered a wide choice and delicious food. A special thank you to the staff for making my stay memorable and comfortable. Also, it attracts terrific clientele. Thanks you. I will be back.

I was in the Tigotan when Spain went into lock down, so spent most of my stay in my room due to the Covid restrictions. Given that the staff were going through the same concerns about what was unfolding, they remained focus, helpful and informative. My recent stay didn't disappoint, with the whole team from reception, housekeeping and catering all amazing.

Couldn't get a place around the pool most days but not an issue as the beach is so close.
