The service is of amazing quality, with every attention to the detail from the personalized reception service up to the room cleaning and the employees warmth. We were always positively surprised! Really really top class service. The location is superb, just 20 meters away from the beach, close enough of the busy Av de Las Americas but far enough to be completely quiet during day and night. The exception is a snobish beach bar outside the hotel which insists in loud music from around 16:30 to sunset - but it is quiet during all the rest of the day.

The air conditioning is noisy but if you turn it off is totally silent, which is unusual in most hotels - and during the night, even in July during a "heat wave" that we got, we didn't really needed the ac turned on at night as it was a mild 22-23 degrees.

What an amazing stay, the staff were so amazing. You really do have that luxury feel here, Very tranquil. The breakfast was great and made us things that were not on the menu and nothing was an issue for them. They are all a credit to this hotel, a special shout-out to the room attendants, they were amazing!!!

The only thing I could fault was there not being a gym on premises there was an option to go to a neighbouring hotel but I had wished this was on premises.

The quiet relaxed atmosphere with very friendly professional staff. The location, could hardly be better, the sound of the waves, but adequately secluded. The breakfast, everything hot, cooked to order and a lovely cold buffet and champagne for self service. The waiting staff were exceptional. The room, a good size, spa bath and an exceptionally comfortable huge bed. The pool, clean, warm and great support staff Next time I may upgrade to the rooms with a rooftop private pool area. The room cleaners, 👍 extremely efficient and wonderfully interactive as they go about their duties I shouldn’t say more……it will be difficult to book again 😊 Thank You to all at Sir Anthony

Breakfast was very good a lot of choice, buffet or from the menu. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The receptionists, waiting staff even housekeeping was top.

Everything was great.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and did everything possible to meet our requests. The gardens were lovely and very well cared for. Beach proximity was also excellent.

The breakfast seemed to focus on healthiness rather than taste and lacked variety. Some of it was great and appreciated the effort to accommodate us.

The hotel has a beautiful interior and is in a great location. The staff and the service is impeccable

The hotel is located right in front of the beach, it would be a great addition to the services to have a couple of sun beds and umbrellas there as well

The staff were phenomenal and helpful. The private plunge pool was awesome. Cleaning staff did a great job with nightly turnovers. Appreciated the prompt room service and sangrias. Eduardo was the best!

Some things were more outdated than I expected and a bit rough around the edges. Bed was extremely hard. Pillows were very flat.

mostly adult couples. small and personal hotel although joined to a large family hotel which you can also use. quiet with a great pool area, next to a sandy beach and it has a very good restaurant.

It is having a 6 month refurbishment between Jan- June 23, that’s good as in places it looked a little tired but always very clean.

Location excellent facility pool area was comfortable sun lounges umbrellas and the staff so helpful..the presence of a young family was entertaining the young boy enjoying time with parents and baby sister. Staff and manager very helpful

Beautiful oasis in the centre of a lively resort. Excellent location. Walk out of the hotel and you are on the beach. Wonderful, friendly staff.

Don’t go here if you are looking for lively and vibrant. This is a peaceful, quite hotel. Suited us down to the ground.
