Amazing location, huge apartment. Everything close to hand. Fabulous balcony with amazing sea views. Fabulous bakery underneath, 2 supermarkets very close by. Restaurants close by were lovely. Security 24hrs, always made to feel safe and secure. We were a group of 10 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday. The Apartments were so peaceful and quiet - a great place to return to after being out at the bars and restaurants. I miss sitting on the balcony with my cup of tea and the end of the day, listening to the waves.

Location is perfect, staff very friendly, rooms are with AC and have everything we needed, WiFi was fast.

The room was not sufficiently cleaned, we found a few hair on the floor or on the mirror after checkin, one of the sunbeds was really dirty and I think it needs to be exchanged. We had a room with seaview but the plants on the balcony were blocking all the view when we sit or lay. Would be good to have a TV in the bedroom as well. The water pressure in the shower is not very high. We had lots of stairs in our room, could be a bit annoying for someone with knee problems like me.

Property was very spacious, two toilets , two floors both with balconies. Sea view. Very clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and secure in both the property and the area. The area is lovely right by beach, shops walkway. The staff were lovely ,very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely go there again. I didn’t have time to use the pool.

There was nothing to not like . It was far better than I expected and much better than than the hotel I was using as my main base elsewhere on the Island!

The location is fantastic. The beach is just in front of the building. We also booked the sea view; the evenings and mornings were exceptional, with enjoying the view and ocean sound. The apartment is big enough to feel that you are at home, apart from home. Also, the kitchen has all essentials to cook.

For the price over 100 euros, we think breakfast could be provided. Also, upon arriving, there should be at least welcoming a couple of bottles of water.

Location was amazing, we stayed in 3 bed sea view Apartment with huge balcony, loads of space in apartment including 2 bathrooms which was perfect for us as a group of 6 females!

I would give it a 10/10 my only issue was the pool /lifeguard, he was very unfriendly and would have an issue if u left your towel on lounger for any lenght of time, he had reception ring us to complain when I was at the pool and had 2 extra towels on loungers beside me even though at least 6 other guests had done same and were gone most of morning , other guests also to to move all there items if they went for lunch! It’s a bit excessive considering there were always spare loungers! Thankfully the beach is so close if you don’t want to deal with this grumpy lifeguard! He really stood out as all other staff were so lovely & friendly

The location was excellent with the beach directly across the road, all amenities within short walking distance including bus stop to and from the airport. The duplex apartment had two toilets,one on each floor which was great. The apartment was very clean and the cleaners came in every day with fresh towels given every three days. It was very quiet at night, beds very comfortable and air-conditioning on both floors.

Really couldn't fault the apartment will definitely be staying here again.

Family of four celebrating birthday. Everyone was very happy with the stay and actually everything exceeded all of our expectations. We took the biggest appartment for everyone to be comfortable, I will never regret that. Location was perfect, next to the beach and close to various restaurants and other service. Apartment had very spacious bedrooms and living rooms. The balcony was huge, and the view..... could not have asked for more, just great. Everything seems well maintained, clean and inviting Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Can't think of anything 😃 Bbq on the balcony would have been great, but probably difficult in a hotel.

very small issues (no major issues during the stay) - air conditioning on the ground floor of the apartment was not as good, but the ac in the bedroom on the first floor worked perfectly - Shower gel is provided in very small tubes, initially only 1 was provided for 3 of us. Later we got several replacements which was great and didn't run out of shower gel :) but I guess a better solution would be to install a fixed dispenser in the bathroom which can be replenished in higher quantites.

Great location many shops and supermarkets in area., good size apartment. comfortable beds and pillows. very clean, excellent daily maid service. air conditioning. Pool area very well organised,tested every day, adequete sunbeds available. lifre guards were very friendly and helpful . security apeared to be good.

Double stairs within the apartment so might not be suitable for older people and families with young children. Pool small and overlooked by passers by. View from apartment was of a side strret only

Staff were extremely helpful and very nice. They really helped my family and I in an emergency. Location is perfect, the beach is such a short walk away and it is right at the end of the Playa Des Americas Avenue. A short walk to the Old town and to the other end where all the crazy nightclubs are and it is really suited for all age types. Loads of lovely family friendly restuarants close by and the pool is lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds..no need to get up early to try and get one. Lift at the apartments for buggies and wheelchairs. Air con in all apartments too which is definitely needed after a long day at the beach. Thanks so much for a lovely stay and we will hopefully be back!

Bed was a bit hard but it just takes time to get used to it.
