The wide variety at breakfast was amazing and exceeded expectations. The location was also a bonus as it was walking distance to a lot of the local ammenities with us only using transport for the monkey park and siampark

The beds was definitley the down fall of the stay when booking 1 double bed or 2 single beds where the options. Upon selection we chose 1 double bed and mentioned this again through chat a few days before our stay. it was not until then we were informed the hotel does not offer double beds only 2 singles pushed together.

The hotel is owerall beautiful especially the swimmingpool area and the lobby. Excellent breakfast with everything you can imagine having for breakfast. The staff wery helpful and smiling.

The hotel room needed to be updated a litle bit. The beds did not reach my expectations. The pillows too thin and just a sheet as a duvet, not wery comfortable for my taste.

Lack of information. Our balcony were not washed for two weeks. We didn´t know that we didn´t have access to the roof / pool area. When asked we could go there with one of the staff or BUY a day for 45 EUR. The complimentary joke in the room, coffee and tea just to welcome you, after that EUR 4 per day if you wish. This is a small detail to please as we see it and should without a special charge as in other hotels. One day at the reception I asked if I could get three glasses borrowed to celebrate a name of my week old granddaughter, the answer was NO as they were only to welcome guests at arrival. This did in the beginning of our stay irritate us a lot.

The location is superb, a short walk from the main boulevard boasting a plethora of great restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and the breakfast excellent and varied. We took in the evening show a couple of times and really enjoyed it! Though the highlight of the stay was definitely the UP! terrace with the infinity pool, which is worth every penny of the upgrade as you can escape the noise of the regular pool.

The rooms and bathrooms are a little cramped; it would also be nice to have more than one tiny wastebasket in the room. Unfortunately the jacuzzi on the roof was barely lukewarm so we didn’t get a lot of use out of it. Also, when we arrived we had two twin beds in our room instead of the double bed we booked, which took a trip down to reception to fix.

Didn’t like the pool was like salt water? First time I’ve ever come across this in a hotel always thought the sea was left to be the salty one.

Location, most staff are great apart from one unfriendly waiter, special mention to the helpful customer experience dude.

2 single beds posing as a double. fell down the gap and beds were the least comfortable hotel beds I’ve stayed in for a long while. Had to fiddle with the toilet flush every time to stop it continuously flushing.

Great evening entertainment, great pool area. Pool bar was exceptional. Great dining areas spread through the hotel. Room service ladies did great. Room kept clean by them every day with a smile on their faces.

Receptionists pushing the app a bit too hard and looked like they didnt want to answer questions and refereed to the app which didnt always help.

Location was excellent.

Nothing about property. Fact that you needed pool view room to upgrade to Up area was disappointing. No flexibility here despite us wishing to do so. Needs looked at as customers who have money to spend but who do not book a pool view room at and extra €500 for two week stay are not allowed the three day package! This is discrimination pricing and should be reviewed.

excellent location to all shops, restaurants and beach- only 20 mins to the airport. the buffet breakfast was exceptional!! the rooms were clean and comfortable and the cleaners were so lovely. it was a fantastic hotel and the facilities by the pool were excellent.

I loved everything about the property however the up experience could be changed to a daily fee- rather than 3 day minimum. it would have been €45 per day per person. the spa was also closed on our trip and the towel system at the pool could be better.
