Our host was amazing, taking care of us and giving us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and helping us with the transfer to the airport and not only! Our studio was amazing; very clean, very quiet, amazing terrace amazing bathroom, amazing kitchen with everything that you need, all the comfort and a beautiful view. The pool is amazing ,warm, clean, and with a lot of space and available sun beds. There is a bar near the pool, with drinks and food where the services are amazing. Location is amazing, everything at walking distance ,starting with restaurants, shops , bars and beaches . Altogether, everything was beyond 5 stars. Thank you for an amazing holiday. See you next year, or maybe sooner.❤️

Nothing to dislike.

I had a fantastic stay here for a week at the end of May. I stayed in B block in a recently modernised room. The finish and furnishings were excellent. It even came with two huge tv’s, walk in shower and a nice sized balcony that got the sun throughout the day and overlooked both the sea and the pool. The apartment was spotless and nothing was not thought of. Even little things like washing up liquid and cloths to clean were there. The walls are thick so can’t hear any noise from other apartments. The whole complex is very clean and well maintained and is in a fantastic location close to some great shops and restaurants. Roberto, Georges and the team are always on hand if you need them and the process of booking and paying was seamless from start finish. I can not recommend this property enough and will definitely be back soon

We stayed mid September 2023, we have visited tenerife many times and this honestly was the best apartment that we have managed to find in Las Americas. We arrived late due to a delayed flight but the information provided about locating your room and accessing the complex was clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and spacious and provided everything you needed in the kitchen, nice size TV, comfy bed and a good size balcony with sun beds and a table. The complex is kept clean and tidy, plenty of space around the pool and a good size pool to have a quick swim in. It was a nice and relaxing stay and I would certainly visit Tenerife Royal gardens again.

I visited here with my Mam for the week and we had a fantastic time. The complex is so close to everything , ie: restaurants, shops and the beach. Roberto and his staff were all extremely helpful and assisted us whenever we needed them. We loved the pool and the cleanliness of it too. Ideally it would have been great if there were some parasols at the pool but there is plenty of shade if you need it. I am already planning my next trip to Tenerife and will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!!

Everything - the location was excellent, near the beach and close to our favourite pubs and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and very modern/updated and very well equipped, on top of that we had a lovely large balcony, beautiful swimming pool and we liked the private gated entrance so it felt very safe. Staff (Roberto) was very friendly and efficient, we will definitely be coming back next year and have highly recommended these apartments to our friends best we've ever stayed in

Nothing everything was perfect

We were here 9 days and it was great! There is everything we need, good bed, living room with tv for cozy evenings, kitchen and a nice balcony! Nearby you find everything, beach, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and roomy, the people at the office were friendly and always ready to help. It was a nice holiday we are going to miss!

Swimming pool closes at 20:00, sometimes we wanted to be a little bit more, but that’s ok, there was always the ocean on the side)

First I like to thank Roberto and his team. They do an amazing job. I had a slight problem which was fixed within one hour. Thank you for the shower mat as well. The apartment was nice and clean. As I was staying 20 nights they changed the bed linen and the towels once a week. They were enough bath and kitchen towels during the week. I liked the washing machine and clothes rack. The location is perfect. Close to Camison and Las Vistas Beach. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in the area. I visited the pastry shop and heladeria (great ice cream) at Vista Sur at least once a day. I had a great time.

The apartments exceeded all expectations! We had amazing ocean view. Location is great, with 2 cleanest beaches nearby, and nice Italian restaurant just around the corner. The apartments were equipped with everything we needed. Pools at the property were kept crystal clean with safe guard presented at working hours. All in all, highly recommended!

Perfect location and apartment for first time visitors to tenerife. The hotel is not locates in the party side of the island but this suited us well with lots of fine dining options close by. The TRG complex is very clean, well maintained with two main pools, one is heated and separate one for children. There a lifeguard in attendance and 24 hours security with CCTV and locked premises. Our room, B3-3 had a large balcony overlooking the pool area and sea. The balcony had two sun loungers, table with two chairs, clothes rack and a pull out canopy. Access to balcony was through a locked patio door. The open plan kitchen/living room was large for a studio. The kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils, working oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a filter coffee machine. There was a three seater sofa bed, large tv and excellent WiFi within the room and balcony. The bathroom had a large main shower head plus a hand held option and three body hight directional jets. In the sink cabinet you will find a hairdryer, iron and shower mat. Next to the shower is an ironing board and a washing machine which we used to freshen up the towels as this is a self catering apartment and not a hotel. The bed was firm but comfortable. Lots of storage throughout the apartment. There is a safe that is cemented in one of the cupboards, you will need to ask reception for the key. The apartment was clean on arrival and we maintained this ourselves using the supplied mop, bucket and broom. If you arrive outside of the office hours, Monday-Friday, 9-1 then you will given instruction how to access the complex and retrieve your key from a coded lock box outside the room. Remeber to request a key to the safe before arriving at the hotel otherwise you will need to wait until the office is open. Surrounding the complex there were two beaches literally across the road inopposite directions. We had a preference for one beaches where the sand was more yellow.
