Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk to Placa Catalunya and La Ramblas, metro. There was a coffee machine and 2 bottles of water in the room in a mini fridge, in the small communal area there was access to 2 kettles, microwave, cups, cutlery teabags and sugar. Nice to have a balcony and black out curtains, bathroom was very modern and the whole room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage and were given a key to to re enter the building.

Was unsure if we were at the correct entrance of the building, had to press a buzzer , think this could be highlighted more in the arrival information better.

The hotel had a wonderful location in a nice area filled with anything that you would need. Restaurants and shopping are all around. The site has many amenities and is very clean. The admin staff were very friendly, helpful, and assisted with any questions that I had. The room and bath were large. It was quiet for the most part. Noise was only from some guests not being respectful of the other guests, but overall, it was quiet.

The mattress was bad, very old and hard, and sagging, but sleep able. Bathroom walls had splatters around the sink that need to be cleaned off. The patching needs to be completed and painted. None of these issues impacted the stay at all and are purely cosmetic.

The location was excellent. Very close to Aerobus station, city bus, and metro, and not to mention many of Barcelona's attractions. It was clean and included everything a traveler might need. Airco was especially helpful during hot summer days. The staff were nice and helpful. In sum, it is good value for money.

The street below is noisy, and the door to the balcony is a little tricky to properly close. If you can hear the street very well, then you've not done it right. Pay attention to the locking mechanism at the top of the door. Also, soundproofing is far from good, and you may hear the noise from other rooms or the lobby.

The location was great - a short walk from transport connections to airport and city as well as main a sight seeing attractions. Lovely to have a balcony to watch the world go by. Above a bakery 😊. Felt safe - first floor of old apartment building. Key to building and then key to hostel and then key to room. Made arrangements on last day to be able to leave bags.

Not 24 hour presence though did feel relatively safe. Couldn’t make safe work and wasn’t able to be sorted til following day. Bathroom fully working but but tired.

Central, walking distance to airport bus and underground to visit the city. Walking distance to the old town for restaurant. Room clean and comfortable bed.

No mug and kettle in the room to have a tea. A coffee machine only and I don't drink coffee unfortunately. But lovely coffee and pastries places next to the hotel and all around the city.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, no request is too small for them. They really went the extra mile to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The location is absolutely perfect - very central, less than 5 mins walk from Plaça de Catalunya and La Rambla. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the street corner and a well-equipped, modern bathroom. The guys very kindly allowed us to leave our bags with them on our last day, so we were free to continue exploring the city after check out. This property represents excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona.

Nothing - this property exceeded our expectations!

The location is central and very close to the plaza de Catalunya where the aerobus takes you straight from the airport. There was no need to take any public transport as all the interesting places, including the old town we at walking distance. There was security downstairs and an elevator to reach the hotel floor. The checkin was quick and smooth. The room was clean and bright. There was a tiny balcony with a good view. The bed was comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The apartment was quiet in the night and we didn't hear anyone from the outside.

We opened the balcony window but couldn't close it again. The strong wind made it worse. The receptionist also struggled to close it. We didn't open it again for the rest of our stay to not have to go through the same struggle again.

Location is perfect.

Walls are pretty thin so it can be a little bit noisy from the outside noise and from the other rooms so maybe I wouldnt recommend it to people with small kids and light sleep but for young people its not a problem at all. Also it could be a little more cleaner but all in all it was a pretty good stay.

Excellent location a short walk from Placa Catalunya, the Gothic Cathedral and La Rambla. Many bars and restaurants in the locale and access to transportation links. The rooms were clean and spacious with a balcony to sit of an evening with a drink and watch the world go about its business. Good facilities such as a kettle and mugs available and fridge in room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, decent size bathroom and large shower. Julie balcony so you could enjoy a breeze and listen to hustle and bustle of the city below. Location was fantastic as was the communication from the hotel.

Hairdryer seemed to have ab over heat timer so took 3 times longer to dry my hair as I had to wait between. Sound proofing could be a little better between rooms - however I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend!!
