the palm trees , pool , close to restaurants and cafes

for staying one day and night it would have been lovely to use the pool and had it open longer hours.

Excellent location, close to the hop on hop off bus stops outside casa bastilo, also accessible for walking to most tourist sites Decor of the hotel was fabulous Pool area is petite but nice and shaded Super comfy bed Our room had a balcony at the front overlooking the street but we wouldn't have known, it was so quiet when the windows were closed! Staff had technical issues with check in but were super cool and calm and professional

Couldn't find access to the solarium above the pool level but I also didn't ask anyone for help, I was just exploring the hotel 😂

Hotel was modern and very clean. Reception staff were very polite and friendly. The location is great, close to the main shopping areas.

The pool was quite small but it didnt deter us from using it. Our room was very small, but again we didnt stay in it only to sleep! The bar didnt open until 5pm, the only drinks available in the day and around the pool were by ordering from reception.

Great location, staff were fantastic and a lovely terrace area and pool which is rare in a city!

I thought our room was a little tired, the toilet roll holder was loose, shower door wasn’t connected at the base and some damage to skirting area plus the skint needed bleaching (lots of stains) … it was fine for a night but these are very small fixes and would have made it 100% execellant

The pool and outside areas were great, the rooms were beautifully decorated, the hotel was very clean, the toiletries provided were high-end, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the location was excellent.

I think we probably just lucked out with a bad room - it was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, with the smallest double bed I have ever had to share with my 16 year old daughter! There was nowhere to put our cases without constantly stubbing our toes squeezing round them, and I fell off the (very high) bed trying to avoid my daughter, bruising my arm badly. To make matters worse we were right next to the lifts and the stairs so it was very noisy. Also, it was a shame the pool couldn’t be used before 11am - which is the latest checkout time. We would have loved another swim in the morning before checking out.

The breakfast was Ok, not much variety. The location of the hotel was perfect, all the main attractions were walking distance from the hotel such as Ramblas street, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, Gothic Quarter, Segrada Familia, La Boqueria, and many more! The rooms are clean but not very spacious, it was acceptable for me since I didnt stay much in the room anyway.

The breakfast needs more variety

Friendly service & great size rooms with lovely amenities incl. coffee, tea, water, fresh towels & robes. Location is incredibly central to get around Barcelona by foot or train. Approx. 7min walk to closest station, which is very well connected incl. airport line. Also approx. 20min drive in a taxi from the airport. Very clean rooms, great water pressure in the shower & comfortable beds.

We stayed in the poolside rooms; which were great size & close to hotel entrance, though no lift access. Mindful if you have heavy bags or require accessibility. Also would prefer firmer pillows to aid with great sleep. Curtain in the room (005) didn't fully close so light crept in during the morning.

The location and historical look to the building whilst working with a contemporary interior work well. The room size was a good size, bed extremely comfortable, bathroom size was great too. Very friendly helpful reception staff.

Room 506 corridor dark near door needs further down light nearby. The dark laminate wardrobe very poorly lit in this area, couldn’t see inside to organise and hang things up and had to use phone torch. Safe didn’t work and bedside lamps and light switches were confusing and need to be more user friendly, there were too many remote switches to use rather than one bank of switches.

The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. It’s quiet even though it’s close to the street. Very close to a good shopping areas and metro.

Sofa bed for a third person is not very confortable
