The location was great, just literally around the corner from the metro. The young girl at reception talked us through getting to the metro and how to make connections. The room was lovely and the bed incredibly comfortable. Lovely bathroom and loved loved the gowns and slippers provided. Breakfast was lovely and food was freshly plated in the buffet. Plenty of choices, hot meats cold meats, fruits, juices, breads, pastries, plenty of variety. I am vegetarian and had no bother filling up! We ate dinner there on two evenings. Again, I was given a vegan menu with lovely choices. My husband is a meat eater and ordered beef ribs on both nights. Unfortunately a little under done on second night but he decided not to return it.

I loved the bedroom but feel there could be a full length mirror somewhere in the room. I had to wait to see my outfit in the lift!! Also, in our room there was a step up to the beautiful bathroom which maybe could use a strip across it as in the dim light ir was hard to see!

All in all the hotel is super value for money, Bogatell station right around the corner, with quick connect to other lines. Really nice spa area, and great cafe/bar with the nicest staff :) both to me when working and my kids when hanging around.

There is a rule that kids under 16 can only go in the spa from 9-13. I understand small children like 5 years and under should maybe have an allotted time, but i have an 8 year old and a 12 year old, and all we really wanted was to go relax (quietly) after a long day in the city and were unable to do so as they were not allowed. I sincerely hope this timing frame is changed in the future.

The location was great close to bus station, airport and attractions, hotel is beautiful with excellent finishes and great staff, always willing to help and are at your beck and call no matter the time nor the issue you have, absolutely great.

The room was too small in my opinion considering the price, the shower also very small but these things are manageable, the main thing is the whole city has a bad odour as the sewer isn't piped properly hence the shower and toilet more often than not had a sinister odour of which they counter with chemicals but still you can get that odour which is unsettling to say the least given you are staying in a 4star hotel, bed mattress was too thin would have expected a much more comfortable mattress.

the hotel was very clean and well located near to the Bogatell metro station where you are only a few stops away from the main city centre. overall the staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially the staff at the bar, who remembered our morning coffee order and just made it when they saw us coming down in the morning. the spa facility is very relaxing and they also have it as adults only after 1pm, you get 1 hour per guest per day, which I found to be plenty. the only area for improvement is the housekeeping, we had to keep asking for items which were either not put there to begin with or were not replenished when used. apart from this our stay was very comfortable and we will most likely use this hotel again when in Barcelona

The hotel was clean, smart and well presented. The room was a good size, bed was comfy and bathroom was nice. Spa was nice to have access to, but nothing to write home about.

Walls were very thin, and the neighbouring rooms were very noisy. Spa was far too busy and didn't feel very peaceful with so many people in there. Finally, the breakfast was terrible and I almost asked for my money back.

the breakfast was amazing, our room was beautiful, location is a little out of the main attractions roughly a 15 minute walk.

We went to the spa as it was included in our room price but it was just a cold pool. Taxi was hard to get we always had to pre order one.

Everyone very friendly. The pool & spa were eclectic and a nice bonus. Room service was excellent. The one night we ending eating at the restaurant in the Hotel and the food was Superb and the drinks at the bar were great.

Locations, I felt it was out of the way, Yes, Close to the yellow metro line (if given the right directions) but When asked for directions they didn't seem to be able to explain. (PS I speak Spanish, so no language barrier) Yes, they gave us a map & told us about the hop-on hop-off but when given direction to the Metro we walked 30 mins to the wrong station. The food at the restaurant was excellent but the service was lacking, only three tables in use and it seem to take forever. But the food did arrive hot.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel bar did amazing cocktails, and the restaurant food was good. We didn’t have breakfast included but ended up eating there three days and it was a fantastic buffet. Would definitely recommend getting breakfast included. The pool was smaller than we imagined but still fantastic for our children to splash around. It had designated hours for children so we felt very welcomed. We didn’t get to use the rest of the spa but it looked really nice. The hotel were very accommodating for young children E.g. providing a cot and highchair. The area of the hotel was great. Not too touristy but very accessible to everywhere by foot or metro. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by.

Modern design, fresh, clean, friendly. Excellent location with walking (1-5km) distance to all main activities to see/do with kids.

WiFi was dropping every few minutes. we were too busy to complain, there is a chance staff would fix this issue if we did. Air-conditioner was set to 19C and was a bit too loud when sleeping. we could not turn it off as it was preset or smth.

Our appartment was amazing in the top floor. We had ante-room, a living, a large bathroom and bedroom and the top was a huge balcony from where the city view was frenetic. We shaw the Sagrada Familia, mountain area and the sea as well. We spent unforgettable moments on the balcony. The breakfast was good, but in every evening we tasted a new dish in the restaurant. All meal was fantastic and prepared in a gourmet way for a very reasonable price. We didn't think in a moment to eat somewhere else. The beach was relatively close, the water was perfect and we walked to there as we did in a holiday village because the city was empty in this area.

There is just one the juices for the breakfast were terrible they were watered up.
