We got a warm welcome and everyone was helpful. The breakfast was exceptional so much choice and all tasty. The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed, including a fridge. The restaurant was wonderful with really excellent food, Max our waiter was very nice and helpful. And all the staff at breakfast were so nice.

For the first few days we had key problems which was really difficult as I was with my disabled sister, but after 2 days it got sorted.We kept running out of toilet paper which never seemed to be replaced so had to keep asking. The roof top pool was great, but had no shade, so they could do with putting up something for the customers, only the staff behind the bar had shade. The revolving door was a bit fast so each time it was difficult going in and out of the hotel with my disabled Sister.

Very good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms .Excellent breakfast compared to other hotels esp. in Barcelona.Helpful staff. Classy decorated lobby and related areas.We really enjoyed staying at H10 Marina

WIFI Internet services must be improved immediately .We already gave feedback to the front desk.This is not OK for H10 Hotels...I am sure they will take into consideration .

The Hotel is well located, just a few minutes from the subway station and the beach and has an excellent infrastructure. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and kind. Amazing experience.

On our last day at around 7pm we were at the pool with several other guests and an employee was a little rude when asking guests who were enjoying the pool to get out of there saying that in 10 minutes no guest could be there because there would be an event private. Theoretically, when we stay there, we are informed that the pool is available to guests until 9 pm. I believe that it is not fair to other guests and that if the option to reserve the pool for private events exists, at least we should be informed in advance.

I really enjoyed the room, it was very comfortable and spacey, the bed was great and the shower was very nice. The staff at the reception were very helpful, very kind and welcoming. The staff at the restaurant were also very sweet and made sure that you feel comfortable. The SPA was also really relaxing, I booked a massage and while it wasn't the greatest massage I've ever had, the staff was very nice. The actual pool part was also nicely done, very clean, diverse and relaxing. Overall a good experience, however maybe a bit expensive for what it had to offer (especially just to visit the spa, not the massages they were fairly priced) The breakfast was fine. They had a diverse selection, however the price was insanely high for a hotel breakfast. If it isn't already included i'd recommend just going to a cafe near by. The restaurant was really good, we went there for one night and it tasted great, just what you'd expect from it. Overall a pleasant stay.

Although the staff at bar and restaurant were kind, their service was truly horrible. It felt like they were very understaffed, although there weren't that many people at the bar at nights. The waiters would not come for half an hour and then never check up afterwards. Again, they were very sweet and once they were there it was good, however that just didn't happen a lot since they were never checking or taking orders. We went to the bar every night and it happened everyday and just so happened the one night we ate at the restaurant. Our bathroom was also not very clean when we arrived, hairs everywhere and the toilet was broken.

The hotel, the room we stayed in and the facilities are top notch, we stayed in a Junior suite with a terrace which was beautiful and came with some privileges that we weren't aware of when we booked like free minibar and access to the rooftop pool. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in in a hotel and the breakfast area and amount of variety of food available was exceptional. Also there was a small area exclusively for privileged guests with snacks and drinks in also.

When we left to explore Barcelona we put the please tidy room sign on the door but when we came back 4 hours later nothing had been done so had to call reception about it. When we asked for milk at the bar so we could make tea the request was met with confusion and negativity.

Smart, modern, clean hotel with excellent facilities. Staff and service was very good, and a couple of small room problems were fixed straight away. Room was spacious and comfortable, bed and shower were great. Public areas had lovely decor. Spa was really nice and great to relax after a day’s walking.

The surrounding area, it’s on it’s own in what felt like a rundown area although the beach and metro were only a 10 minute walk, and only a couple of stops to the main attractions in Barcelona. Had to pay extra for the spa (€16) and a kettle (€4).

Location to beaches and buses or metros for city centre could walk to Plaza central in 20 minutes

No kettle or tea coffee making in room had to request and pay more

The privilege room facilities were above what we would have expected A very comfortable bed, and a good shower

The cooked food at breakfast was at best only slightly warm The privilege breakfast cube was more of a gimmick We were surprised to see a coffee machine in use at breakfast in a four star hotel There were only espresso cups in our room which were not suitable for cups of tea The sound insulation needs improving in the room especially the bathroom where you could hear other toilets and showers being used I got an electric shock from the bed side plug. This was reported but was still unusable when we checked out

Late check out is possible for an additional fee per hour. However, during check in I requested a late check out immediately. and I was told this is not possible and can only be requested on the day of departure. So 1st thing on day of departure was to request my late check out, which was only possible to extend by 1 hour. Which does not add a lot of value. Reason was the hotel had booked a large group of tourists. So they could have told me when I asked for a late check out during check in already. Rooftop poolbar is very nice. Not large though so it looks crowded rather quickly. Cozy little bar but unfortunately it is not possible to put your drinks / food on your roomnumber when you're a guest. .

The lobby is surrounding areas are fab, Decor is amazing!!! Our room was spacious and very clean. Location is very central, not to far from any of the main attractions in Barcelona. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing!! Its a really lovely hotel, suited all our family needs. Don't have anything I didn't like about it.
