Stayed the weekend for a festival at Parc del Forum so location couldn’t have been better. Nice rooms with large windows and big comfy beds. Breakfast good and convenient. Pool was small but quiet so no issues.

First hotel i’ve ever stayed where there was no iron in the room or available from reception, only a laundry service for an additional fee. Not ideal when you just want to do a quick iron. Hairdryers in the room you have to constantly hold the button for it to work, and with some force for the higher power. By the time you dry your hair your hand is aching.

I loved the location. The restaurant was perfect, and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The beach is a short walk from the hotel. There is a nice cafe across the road that had lovely coffee. There is also a good shopping centre nearby. The hotel has parking. Taxis into town cost around €12

The pools are small, need a refurb, and are not so clean. A couple of lads were smoking something that smelled very like cannabis! It's not so good. There was no room service menu or guest info in the room. No coffee making facilities.

SwimmingThe most liked was the swimming pool on the roof of this skyscraper and the swimming pool on the 3rd floor, where there is also a restaurant and a DJ who plays music in the evening until 10 pm. Plenty of choice but very traditional breakfast. Paradise for those who like such breakfasts. Speaking of tradition, where did the traditional churros go?

I'm already in the second hotel this week and what didn't surprise me anymore - no iron, no kettle to be able not to miss the afternoon with coffee or tea. Wrinkled clothes, free water and ready to explore the city.

The rooms were lovely, the staff all friendly and helpful and the pool was great if you could get a bed.

For a hotel on 25 floors there were only 3 lifts so there was a lot of waiting around for them. The pool area on the roof was tiny with only 5 beds, the one lower down on the 3rd floor was better but again quite small and not enough loungers for the amount of guests staying. The location was quite far from the centre so be prepared to get the metro or taxis in. That said; it was a lot cheaper than staying in the more central hotels so we didn’t mind so much.

I loved the look of it all, very modern and it felt very comfortable. And the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the views. Very close to everything we needed. Very short distance to the beach. A must to rent a bike and next to the beaches of Barcelona. Couldn't recommend that enough. Pool area was very nice. Plenty of restaurants to choose from just outside next to the hotel and also a mall. Hard to beat this location.

Some of the food we got in room service was not great. And the shower wasn't isolated properly, one of the glass walls seemed to be loose. So it leaked a bit out onto the floor. But the shower itself was very nice and I loved the soap so much that I took a photo of it so I could buy it. I also didn't like that when I asked to extend my visit, I was told it was "hotel policy" that I would need to stay in the same room. We did want to see if we'd get a better room. But I decided not to press on it. The wifi could have been better sometimes and would have liked to see some English speaking tv channels in my room besides the BBC. However, I did discover the Spanish Gordon Ramsay, Alberto, so I can't complain.

The breakfast was amazing! I love that they had non-pork options, which was very hard to find in other hotels after I had left this one to Madrid. They had waffles and strawberries every single morning, along with different options for milk and the view in the morning by the windows was so calming. The staff is absolutely friendly and had resolved the issue I was facing pretty quickly. Another nice thing was everything in their mini bar was on the house. The location was a little bit far off the center, but that's exactly what I liked about it because it made it less crowded than the rest of the places that I have been to. Another bonus for me was having a Primark right there, it was in the mall that's right next to the hotel. We don't have any Primarks in the Middle East so it's one of the places I have to visit when I am in Europe.

When I had initially arrived, the windows in the rooms were closed off. In the sense, they couldn't be opened. The first night, I had called the reception and they arranged someone to come upstairs and manually open the window for us with some screw drivers but on the second day they refused to do that. Their ACs are central so we couldn't switch it on and because I was visiting in winter, they only had heaters on. I am someone who doesn't really get cold and it was a bummer for me so I can't sleep without any AC on. Thankfully, they had resolved the issue by changing up the room with one that had a balcony and I was able to keep it open the entire night just so that I can sleep. It was the perfect solution for me and everything went smoothly from then on.

firstly we were checked in on the 5th floor where repairs were being carried out and we could not sleep during the day after a long flight, but who knew that we would wake up at 8 in the morning from the noise of a drill. This information was not indicated on the booking, and at the reception I was accused that this information was provided and I should have read more carefully. We changed the room the next day and it was much better and the view was better, but I am very disappointed that the hotel left us such inconvenience and stole one of the three days of our holiday. Also, rooms are very stuffy and you cannot open the window, the fact that the air conditioners work is good, but they will not replace the fresh air from the street

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the fantastic pool and the stunning view. The hotel staff were also great, always helpful and friendly. The cleaning ladies were particularly excellent, ensuring that the rooms were spotless and well-maintained.

One downside was that the hotel is located quite far from the main attractions, which meant that it took at least 30 minutes to get to everything. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, but be prepared to travel if you want to explore the city.

Also I specifically asked for a quiet room, there was quite a lot of noise from the outside (music, screaming), not a problem with earplugs though, just don´t want to imiagine how noisy normal rooms would have been. No window to open, you are dependent on the air condition/ventilation. Bathroom is separate by window glass, but view can be concealed by a curtain - just if you are traveling with 2
