First of all, I have to say that I’ve read a lot about this hotel before staying in. And it’s obvious that they improved some things after bad reviews. So the hotel is really trying to make your staying as pleasant as possible. - People that are working here are really nice and helpful. - The hotel is located near the sea (10-13 min of walk), also the commercial center is around the the corner, pharmacies, small supermarkets and metro station (4 min of walk) are near. So in general the location is quite good especially if you’re here for the sea and beaches. - I really enjoyed breakfast here, they have different options for everyone and the products and food was good. Lot of fruits, vegetables, there were options for vegetarians.

So, aside of the good part there is also some disadvantages of this place. - The biggest problem is no sound proofing from the corridor to your room. I heard people passing by if they were talking, laughing or crying (ex. if that’s a baby), that’s okay through the day, but at night it was a bit disturbing. - The problem for me was a safe box locking with a credit card. But I’m a bit paranoid, so it’s for you to decide if that’s okay. The safe box with a PIN is way better for me.

Front office Receptionist Andrea was more than helpful. She explained everything about the facility, and told us about many nearby attractions, how to get there, what to look out for. She was excellent to deal with, and we saw here almost every day. Location is close to beach, many little cafes and restaurants, and the very large modern mall. All within walking distance.

Drinks and meals were expensive, we chose to go out for meals and entertainment.

It's an OK hotel, small, clean, can provide you a paid parking space, but if you are not afraid, as it does not look very safe, you can leave your car for free across the street. Really good breakfast.

The main problem I have with this hotel is the price. Way overpriced. But as we were looking for the place to stay the very last minute, there wasn't a lot to choose from. And location, maybe not the location itself, but what's around this hotel, looks like sad, poor and not very safe neighborhood.

Location is good, close to Metro Line 4 Selva de Mar direct line to Barcelona City Centre. Clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. Janet (housekeeper) does a very good job in making sure our fresh towels are provided and rubbish is cleared out daily. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Marta (front desk) took care of us even though we arrived 2 hrs early before checkin and gave our room with no questions asked. They were all polite upon our arrival. We stayed in a double room and it was very spacious.Sleep well every night and very quite neighbourhood. Loads of room to manouvre around our room. We stayed for 7 nights, (laundry is a bit expensive), we used La Wash @ 8 Avingunda Diagonal. Under €10 wash and dry. All in all.We loved our stay and enjoyed the sights Barcelona had to offer. Definitely recommend this Vinncihotel to anyone. Super friendly staff.

Nothing. No faults at all.

Fast check in and out. Breakfast was good and a in a nice and bright spot. Good to enjoy the evening outside during the dinner.The food was ok. The room was perfectly clean and a good size. Nice the extra food in the room, I really needed that

The room layout. The pillows were too high for my taste and I would hace need an iron which was not in the room. Same for the cotton disks for the make up remover. Also the price was quite high for the season, especially considering that there was no swimming pool or spa.

The breakfast. And the attitude to the guest. E. g., I was very pleasantly surprised when I could get at the reception an additional towel for the beach - for free!

The intensity of the water stream in the bath tube and the bidet was a little bit too weak. The shower in the bathroom was of the fixed-to-the-wall type and that makes the showering not very comfortable in some situations. During the breakfast, the taste of coffee was bad. But none of the above was a big disadvantage and overall did not significantly spoil my stay :)

Reception made sure so i can understand them, despite me as a deaf person. Personal for breakfast were very attentive and always asked me, if everything fine and brought me coffee because she saw me looking for coffee. Bathtup was great hoewever...

... Bath shampoo and gel, i could not figure out how to use them. Delicous snack were placed in my room, i thought it was free, but i looked closer and saw flyer with price on. Quite pricey and had hard time not to touch them....

Overall everything was fine, except for the remote location as well as being a bit pricey. The staff were also very welcoming and the room was large and well equipped.

On our first day of arrival the window in the room was actually leaking, resulting in a lot of water on the floor which we had to improvise ourselves. The soundproofing in the room was so bad that we were woken up every morning by the sound of cleaning. Expensive room price does not include breakfast.

I really liked this hotel. Excellent location: Barcelona Convention Center (I came for a conference), close to the main city's spots (walking distance or you can take a tram), very close to the beaches, shopping malls, etc. Very pleasant and welcoming personnel. High quality food in the hotel's restaurant (plus plenty of spaces to eat nearby) and good breakfasts (they also change menu a bit every day which is nice). I already miss Barcelona!

They charged me with a 200 EUR deposit and haven't refunded it. I reached out to the hotel and asked for the refund and it's been more than a month like that: still no refund.

Location is nice, even for short stay, because it is just 3 minutes from a metro station on popular line. It is on Linea Amarilla (L4) de metro, where most of activities are, be it beaching at Llacuna/Barceloneta, dining at Jaume I or shopping. We were staying at the 4th floor. The room was spacious enough for this type of room. The cleaning was good. The bathing amenities also nice. We rented glasses for cava from the bar. There is a nice brunch restaurant in walking distance.

The soundproofness of the rooms from the hall and each other was really terrible, though we were expecting it from the previous reviews. The bed was a bit too soft for us. The glass of the building was extremely dirty (possibly because of November rains, but a bit too much dirty).
