The hotel was great and in amazing location about a 15min walk to the beach, the mall is 10mins away and cabs are cheap to the main location, we bought a 3 day travel card for around £20 each and was able to travel around. The hotel was clean and accommodating. It was my friend's birthday and they made up the room which was beautiful.

The only thing I would say is for the price the spa facility should be included. As it was a friend's birthday we did get 1 hour free. But seeing that the spa is why we chose this hotel we didn't see that you had to pay to use it.

Clean, welcoming, good size room with microwave, fridge, iron/board etc. Gym 24/7 and Pool. Access to lounge quiet lounge on floor 15 was a treat!. Free spa session upon arrival was appreciated 😊👍🏼

Location too far from city centre, short walk to nearest beach (extremely busy and narrow) becomes very long during very hot days (August). Room AC was on very low with first 2 nights being like in a Sauna but later temp controlled from reception with remaining stay being cooler. Pool very small with limited loungers and becomes very busy with no space however, managed to a get couple of mornings at opening time. Breakfast very average with no suprises. Gym was very basic with some dumbbells missing from collection and rest of the equipment was enough for a short stay.

If you have business at the Barcelona Convention Center, it is a perfect location (right across the street). The friendly staff gave my a free upgrade on arrival, so my room was really huge with a whirlpool in the middle and view to the sea. I am sure the breakfast was good but I had my coffee outside in a small bar. Taxis and Public transportation as well as a shopping mall are right in front of the door.

Since the hotel is mostly used for business travellers in this part of the city a small desk with a chair would have been nice in the room.

Very-very good location. The hotel is situated right in the end of av. Diagonal with great transport options: trams, buses, Metro. Right near the hotel is the shopping mall Diagonal Mar. Having the rest with the child the Museum of Natural Sciences of Barcelona is a greatest option to spend the time. Also several children playgrounds are around in the Parc del Forum,. Beach is in a couple of minutes to walk.

Check in went not so smoothly, we came at 16, that was an hour after official check in starting time, and the room was not ready still. The host at the reception desk apologised several times and provided a coupon for free complimentary entry drink. We left the bags and went to the beach. Strange thing is that there are kettle, team, sugar, milk in the room, but there was no spoon to mix the sugar :(. Really no spoon or wood stick. I requested some from the reception (The telephone was answered for the 6th or 7th time) advised to wait until the room service will bring, but still needed to go downstairs and ask for spoon by myself after an hour. Not so critical things, however they could do our stay a bit smoother.

The hotel is really nice. The location is not very central but there are tram and metro stops very close by so it’s really easy to get to other places! The room and bed were very comfortable. The SPA centre was excellent. The bar and terrace were great. But by far the best thing about the hotel was its staff - they were so friendly and helpful that it was a genuine pleasure to chat to them!

I booked the room with the hot tub and quickly realised that it would take hours to fill it because the tap was very slow. Also, because the hotel has such a great SPA, this was a really unnecessary extra and it was my mistake to choose this option. Other than that, my stay at this hotel was so pleasant that I have no other complaints!

I was offered an upgrade which was a nice gesture of the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially the reception staff was helpful. The rooms are very clean. We were there for an event at Parc del Forum so the hotel is a prime location for this occasion.

I stayed in this hotel twice, the first room I stayed had a shower issue which every 30 seconds the water was boiling hot for 5 seconds until it went back to normal. The second room I stayed in did not have this issue. The interior design of the hotel is a bit outdated. I was also surprised that there were shampoos, shower gels, etc. but no hair conditioners (which I did not bring with me assuming that the hotel would provide this)

The room had a smell of smoke when we checked in .... the fire alarm in the room was covered with a maskshowing that someone was smoking in it . We told reception who sent someone up to air the room ... but after a while the smell returned.. was really unhappy with this .

Perfect bed and pillows, super clean, nice view. 3min to the metro station, 12-15min by metro and you can get to center. Spa small but good, for short relax after exploring city perfect. Pool on roof we don't use because too cold in early spring. Staff is helpfull. Around hotel a lot of bars, shops, bakeries we use them for breakfast.

In the shower hot water jumps like crazy, you need almost dance. When we came room was too hot, thermometer showed 26 and air condicioner can't help (maybe because it's spring), window opens just a bit, because it's 14 floor.

Even though rooms are a bit older, they were not small and they were clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet was plenty and tasty, but most of the food you can find in Barcelona is very good. Location was good, right next to metro station and shopping mall. So it is easy to find anything you need. Rooftop swimming pool, and view is good and it it nice for relaxation. Elevators are a bit slow but it wasn't crowdy when we visited so it was okay. Bar and backyard of the hotel are also very nice. Also, this hotel is at the end of Diagonal street (big street that cut's trough many city locations) so if you like to walk, it is easy to navigate. We did a lot of walking and it was a great way to explore the city. Spa is okay, small but fine.

Check in was longer then expected, even though I wrote the time of arrival (and arrived two hours later - 11pm Monday). When we entered the room, room was not ready. We had to go back to the reception. After long travel and some other troubles we encountered (delayed flight, troubles with scheduled taxi), this felt a bit more stressful. Once again, we had to wait in lobby, they had to check next room, that wasn't ready also. But after some time, they found the room for us. Since, we had troubles with arrival, and had a long delay with check in, we haven't had a chance to eat. And Monday midnight, there was no place where we can find food. Luckily, next four days of our stay were great.

This hotel is perfect! Clean and welcoming. Staff are helpful and friendly and was able to help us with any questions we had. They had a fantastic spa and roof top pool should you find yourself with a spare few hours on your trip. The hotel is located just down the road from the metro which is super easy to navigate into the city and main sights. The room was spacious and very clean. Would most definitely be visiting again in the future.
