Excellent breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Location was also good. Beautiful pool bar.

They refused to take my Hilton Honors card because I’d booked through Booking.com. Pool bar had a beach club vibe and the beds nearest the pool seemed to be for paying outside guests, so it wasn’t easy to watch the kids in the pool. And there was no life guard. Only 4 lifts for the whole building and lift stops were ‘booked’ by a computer. It was not unusual to get a message to say that no lift was available and to try again in 30 seconds. This wasn’t a problem most days, as we were happy to take the stairs but when trying to leave with heavy luggage and a need to lake transport connections it was frustrating and dangerous to consider the stairs. There needs to be a better system for anyone with luggage.

This was a fantastic room with a fantastic view. The requested ocean view didn't disappoint. We appreciated the availability of water with ice in the hallway, this was the only hotel in our 15 days in Spain that offered this and it was invaluable! The staff was amazing and very helpful! Every interaction we had from the breakfast staff, room service, front desk, maintenance and maid service was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was diverse and had something for everyone. The room itself had everything we needed, was large with a lighted closet and a very comfortable bed. It was a perfect home base for our visit to Barcelona!

I honestly cannot think of anything that we didn't like.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was both delicious and varied. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and some peaceful spots. Our room? Clean, quiet, and with an amazing sea view. And let’s not forget about the on-site restaurant – it’s Michelin-starred, and the food is absolutely top-class!

The only slight issue was the wait for the elevator, but that’s probably because the hotel was quite full.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning person throw away also stuff what was not in the bin, which was inconvenient as among it were some bills which we wanna keep and also they left one day our room door open. This should not happen.

Quiet zone, as much as I loved everything about my stay, the staff and facilities. The one thing the hotel pool area needs is a quieter zone! Even though the pool area music was loud and catered for the younger crowd. Those who like to enjoy the energy need a quieter zone where a book can be read, or just quieter space rather that the constant boom, boom, boom.

1. Pre check in with digital key but then had to go to check in desk anyway to register my credit card. 2. The New elevator system with touchpads. But one out of four elevator was out of order. Maybe that was the reason for delay. 3. Very high noise level indoors in the breakfast area. Only went there once due to that.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Near beach and fair view from room. Clean and cool rooms. Also nice mall across the street.

Very expensive buffet breakfast and restaurants, especially for area as outside food is significantly cheaper. Electronic concert near by till 2-3am was annoying. Guest lack of knowledge of elevator function causing significant delays.

The staff are what makes the difference, everyone greets you with the biggest smile and makes you feel at home. Also breakfast was amazing. Loved the vibe, and the location, it’s pretty far from the center but in a lovely surrounding and has great sea views. Also there’s a mall near by which makes things much more accessible. PS. The executive lounge is worth to invest in, better than other Hiltons I’ve been at.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Good sized room. Friendly staff. Pool - when sun beds are available. Good menu for poolside dining. Right next to variety of outdoor restaurants and a huge shopping centre. Easy access to taxi and centre of town.

Poor metro connection - approximatley 45 minutes to the centre. If youre having a rest day from fabulous city touring, be early to book a sunbed by the pool as the pool is managed by a private comapny and there are limited sunbeds for the hotel guests.

The staff are very friendly and professional from the front desk and the supervisor to the room service and The location is perfect and just across the street you will find Daigonal Mare Mall with all the shopping area and different types of restaurants . Perfect and convenient hotel

Only one comment to inform the hotel's clients for the events at the swimming pools in advance and NOT to book all the swimming pool area for the outsiders coming for the event only and not allowed to the hotel's clients to use the swimming pool during the event (more than 8 HR) ! and my idea to provide a clear sign for the event at the swimming pool area with clear small separator and let area at the swimming pool about 50% of the hotel's client and the other 50% for the outsider for the events without Difference (i-e NOT to let the outsider for the event on the front area and badly treatment for the hotel's clients on the back area and this was what happen during 3 days !
