Location is excellent for the ones who don’t want to be bang in the middle of touristy area but still within walking distance to town centre. There’s V15 bus going down to Barceloneta beach from the next block. The apartment itself is sufficient for 3 people, has a balcony and is surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants. Lots of kitchen equipment and even a tiny dishwasher! Big supermarket literally opposite the property.

Although you are probably not going to spend much time indoors while in Barcelona, the size of the apartment is a bit cramped for 3 people, including the bathroom. Or that might be just my personal opinion. Also, they have coffee machine but no pods provided. At check-in, the keys were not in the box by 3pm as advertised as the cleaners were running late. But on the day of check-out, we had a knock on the door 10:40am (check-out at 11) from the housekeeper. There are few luggage lockers in the building but not suitable for large suitcases.

There are everything needed for the family of 3/4 people. Two bedrooms and common area, kitchen with all needed staff, smart tv, washing machine. Cute French balcony and good location with all the activities around. Easy digital check-in and check-out. Parking nearby.

The shower is too weak, it was the biggest issue for me and my long-hair daughter. There are teapot and nespresso machine, but neither tea nor coffee capsules, it’s a little bit strange.

Small but cosy apartment

Barcelona never sleeps so don't forget to bring your ear plugs so you can sleep (city noise gets in during the night, the apartment windows are not insulating at all the street sounds, even the kitchen fridge is so loud at times and of course the neighbors might make loud sounds during the night).

Welcome kit is a nice touch. The apartment is really clean. Contacted the property for some medical information, and they were really helpful. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher available.

Rooms are not really soundproof. We could hear our neighbors and people coming into the building from the smaller bedroom(sliding door). The bigger bedroom also has a huge sliding door that needs lubricating. It doesn't fully slide closed.

The location is perfect and walking distance to everything! Apartment is clean and comfortable, many restaurants and cafes around. Since I arrived early before the check in time, but they have the locker services in the building so that I could store my luggage. I had a good stay with my family and highly recommend if you are travel with friends or family.

- getting/leaving the key was super easy - there are lockers to store your suitcase - close to metro station - very clean - very quiet even though in the middle of Gracia - lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops around

- ventilation in bathroom didn't work - there was no dish soap or sponge in the kitchen on arrival, somebody put it in our room while we were out after our first night, but had already bought our dish soap etc. - we stayed 7 nights, but they do not come to clean once - there was not enough toilet paper for a 7 night stay - on our last day we were woken up at 9 am by house keeping trying to come inside to clean already

The apartment is very conveniently located closed to a main train station and also walking distance (15min) from old town. Access the the apartment is easy And hosts are extremely responsive to solve any question while in the facilities.

Prices are high, but not only for this apartment I guess, but for the entire city in general.

If anything, the management company should consider providing minimum cleaning facilities. A mini vacummer would be especially helpful.

Friendly staff who were prompt when answering questions. Clear instructions on how to get in and what was expected of us. Found the lidation very convenient

We spent 2 nights in this little apartment in Barcelona. As in most large European cities, you can't really expect large apartments given the price of the property and the popularity of those places. We got an apartment which was on 3rd floor and it was what the Spanish call: 'interior' which means it doesn't have the windows on the street but onto the backyard. This actually was an advantage as it was really quiet at night. Also the location is perfect. It's in the centre but also not in the most touristic centre which gives you more of a local feel with restaurants and bars full of Barcelona residents rather than just tourists. It was really nice for the hosts to let us check in a bit earlier than 3 pm as the flat was already cleaned up. It is also very useful that there are lockers in the hall where you can store your luggage when your plane is late in the day and you need to check out till 11.00 Finally, there is a terrace at the top floor which can compensate a bit for the lack of views in our flat.

The only real downside of this apartment are beds. They are really narrow and the one in a small bedroom is more like a convertible bed which can (and did) fold down and you land on the floor. And I don't mean when you jump on it or do any other activities :-) So beds are definitely the downside and of course the size of the flat itself but that could have been expected.
