What a lovely hotel! The staff were so lovely from the reception to the bar staff. Always service with a smile and a lovely welcoming drink too.The pool area was a welcome treat on a very hot day, and the outside bar area was a really pretty spot to enjoy an evening drink. Our room was cleaned every day wand stocked with fresh coffee and complimentary water, which was very much appreciated.

The pool became quite murky on some days and there were parts of the pool which could do with a little tlc and repairing. The hotel is quite a walk from the beach too but the area was still lovely and close enough to some of the main tourist points.

We were welcomed with a bottle of Cava, chocolate covered strawberries, and two small boxes of artesanal chocolate. Loved having our own robes and slippers. I accidentally left my wedding band and engagement ring in the room and I wasn't sure it they would be there when I came back into to the room given Barcelona reputation of pickpockets and things missing in hotels but needless to say they were both there. 100% will come back to this hotel. Best hotel so far during my 2 week trip in Europe.

We were greeted at arrival with a cava and smiles – we had a lovely clean room which was comfortable and slept very well. The room was on the smaller side than we had originally envisioned. The hotel is beautiful with art installations throughout. This H10 is located a 15 minute walk north of the main tourist attractions and shopping area so it is less chaotic. It is located in a hip area of the town that boasts of loads of new restaurants and bars nearby.

We would have liked a fridge which the room we were in did not have.

We loved the art , the pretty rooms, the friendly service, the suggestions and the bikes on the property. I can't say enough how gracious and helpful the staff were.

The pool was very cloudy - not inviting. but we accepted this because we visited during a drought. Small suggestion: one mattress had a big depression on one side and just needs to be replaced. But these are relatively small concerns given how lovely the hotel was, especially the staff

We're always impressed with H10 as they always offer very professional service and comfortable stays. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and generally well appointed. Being Brits, we'd have liked a kettle and some tea bags but that's the only thing we found to be missing. Well stocked toiletries and complimentary water each day were appreciated.

very good hotel, located in the quiet place of center of Barcelona(15-20 min to Ramblas street, 3 min walk to Province metro), you can easily find different cafes and restaurants nearby to hotel. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful(special thanks to Paula!). Room was really pleasant, comfortable and cleaned daily. Highly recommendable hotel! I would certainly stay here again.

The location of the hotel was superb. It's right in the middle of the city with easy access to all areas. Additionally, the street it's located on is full of bars and restaurants for everything from breakfast to a late night feast. The room was exceptionally cleaned everyday, and the overall look and feel of the hotel was excellent. The rooftop pool was also great, as well as the gym, the only downside was that the rooftop bar was not open (though due to Covid restrictions this is fair!). The staff were extremely helpful and overall very polite, greeting you every day when both leaving and entering the hotel. Additionally, they were more than happy to help with any queries regarding both my stay and around the city. I'll definitely be staying in this hotel again!

If the rooftop bar was open to be able to get some beverages while relaxing, it would have been great. The size of the room was a little small, however in reality you only need the place for sleeping.

Several times when I asked staff for assistance ( like more coffee pods or a kettle for tea in the room) they promised but did not send it up when promised. I had to go collect things from the reception myself .other help was great - reservations for a show, Restaurant etc.

Great room, perfect location and overall had a very good time.

The coffee machine was not working but that was not a problem.

classy, great outdoor bar and rooftop pool. close to Provencà metro ( 1 stop from Placa Catalunya) really nice restaurants on the doorstep. comfy bed, great shower and nice little balcony overlooking the outside dining area ( surprisingly quiet).Perfect for chilling out with a bottle of cava. Shout out to the younger guy on reception, nothing was too much trouble for him 👍🏻 Really enjoyable stay for Primavera weekend 1. Highly recommend this hotel.

the aircon was feeble, ended up sleeping with the balcony window open.
