The location was great, its a quieter area than central but still with loads of bars/restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly.

Way too overpriced for a tiny room you can barely walk around. The bath had a screen which was basically like a window you had to climb in and of, totally unnecessary and potentially dangerous, a simple screen covering a third of bath length would have sufficed. A small fridge would have been nice with space to put in drinks etc, instead it was filled with overpriced drinks offered by hotel. They should offer free bottles of water in the room daily for guests, its a standard practice for 4/5 star hotels. The pool is a joke, it's rather small and pointless. Rooftop bar area really small too. If you looking for spaciousness, this really isn't the place.

We loved our stay at Granados 83! The room was small in comparison to rooms you would find in the US. But, we loved the intimacy the space provided, it was super comfy and cozy. The hotel was in a perfect location! We were able to walk to many of the main attractions, some were 15 minutes other 45 minutes but it was great for us! When we needed to grab a taxi we could grab one at the corner. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. They were great about assisting us in whatever we needed and answering our questions. Overall great experience!

The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help us make reservations, schedule taxis, and provide recommendations and suggestions when needed. The room was always very clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the duplex suite pool was delightful.

Not a lot of table space to put your things when you are in the room unless you are upstairs in the duplex suite. For the pool, we could use more towels as well.

We were very pleased with the staff. They warmly welcomed us and made us feel important. They were extremely helpful in providing area info as well as restaurant and shopping info. They even booked couple of tickets for us. The hotel is centrally located to various tourist sites and many great restaurants. We walked to many places and took a few quick taxi rides. The hotel is modern and clean. Room is not large but met our needs. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely building, very nicely presented and intimate. Breakfasts were good and not over complicated or wasteful. You never really saw other guests so felt very quiet and peaceful.

Rooms were quite small and with this meant no space for a coffee machine or kettle, no glasses or cups in room (had to request), no complimentary bottles of water unfortunately either. Gym is non existent (just a small room with an exercise bike).

Every thing!! all the staff were exceptional, pretty much faultless, room perfect, toiletries exceptional, towels large soft , dressing gowns and slippers too! breakfast, superb, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, even chocolate left! and the ambiance of the place, the beautiful aroma every time we entered the reception area just so lovely. we will be back!

My only complaint, or rather disappointment was, that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, A hotel of such high quality and standard , was really really disappointing . We thought , feel this is a must for most people and really should be offered . it would make a stay complete!

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was reasonable size for a single room. The location is brilliant- with metro within 5 minutes of walking and most of the attractions were within 30-45 minutes by walking which I preferred to see the city. Spoilt for the choice of food and drink round the corner and in the hotel itself. 8th floor roof top bar is a seller.

It can do with a slightly bigger size but I guess that would add to the cost of the room. Also not sure if an iron in the room would have been helpful to quickly iron some clothes which have been wrinkled in the travel.

Luxurious feel to this boutique hotel . Atrium design , glass elevators , floating balconies . Chic well appointed rooms , if on the small side . Fabulous location , on a tree lined quiet street . Cherie restaurant two blocks away . Quiet , cool and dark room at night . Perfect for me .

My only issue is that pillows were very big and very firm . Uncomfortable ! It would be great to have some feather/mix pillows .

- location is fantastic - the pool is awesome - the decor is funky. modern gothic roman boho vibe? - the beds were very comfortable - great bathrooms - very clean - we asked for a chair in our room to work at the desk and got it within minutes

wifi is terrible do not book this if you’re working remotely. I had to work from my room and we asked for help as the internet was cutting out and at 3mbs download speed and got a tiny router from reception which sometimes made things better but didn’t really help. I asked for additional help and the person at the front desk told me that she would give me the technicians number and that I had to call him.. I told her that I’d prefer that she’d call the technician herself and politely explained why. I don’t think she ever called and she never followed up and I ended up paying 50 euros to get a 100GB SIM card and tether to my laptop.

This is my second stay at this property -the 1st was 16 years ago. I really like the property, location and amenities. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast.

The room could use a refresh - the grout in the bathroom needed to be replaced; the a/c did not work unless we called the front desk and had them adjust for us - they did this willingly; there was no complementary water - we had travelled for a month and had gotten used to this amenity at other properties; there were no USB ports in the room. Seems like fairly easy things to correct.
