We traveled with our 4 year and 2 year kids. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the appliances of good quality. We used the microwave, the oven and the stove and everything was working well. It is super well located and very close to the center, metro and restaurants. We reached out several times to the reception and they have been very helpful and kind. There is a small playground right down the apartment that we used several times. There are several supermarkets around the corner, which is valuable when you want to quickly pick up some food and bring back to the apartment.

1/ We didn't manage to have really warm water for the bathtub (hear me: the water was warm, so no problem there but not "hot" as you would like to have a really warm bath). 2/ We could hear our neighbors through the wall, not much but that made us a bit concerned that our neighbors would hear our small kids play as they can sometimes be loud. 3/ The apartment feels crowded/packed when the guest bed is out. For the price and based on the pictures, we had expected a slightly bigger apartment.

Digital access to main building and apartment worked great and was super convenient. The apartment itself was super roomie, had great view of the cathedral, location was very convenient to in Gothic quarter to access tourist attractions, transportation and grocery. It was surprisingly quiet though also even being in the heart of Gothic quarter.

We had a water leaking incident in our bathroom - although, the response of the management staff was EXCEPTIONAL to come address is so we understand things happen and were impressed by this service when something did. I hope they were ultimately able to fix the leak for future.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping, felt safe, spacious. Nicely appointed kitchen. Quiet location at this time of year.

We never could get the door code to work for our apartment or the rooftop pool, so we never saw it. Door keypad code worked for entry door, but for our apartment we needed to use the mobile digital door link on the web. If there had been a bad internet connection or phone unavailable we wouldn’t have been able to get in. Attempts to use the dryer on washer/dryer did not work, just very hot and wet clothes, but that’s kind of typical for those.

The location was AMAZING! Couldn't of wanted a better location. The size of the apartment is brilliant, so much room for our family of four. It was very, very clean and the welcome package was such a fab help - espthe water in the fridge! The splash pool was brilliant too, yes it's shallow but it was perfect to cool off in the late afternoon after walking miles. Very secure and the app is an excellent way to communicate. Having a washer was brilliant too, really helped us out. I'd definitely be returning to this apartment!

The small bedroom window needs better secondary glazing, as the noise in the street woke my children up a few times.

Great location, apartment quite comfortable. Great having a washing machine but there was no airer.

It would have been good to have a clothes airer after washing clothes, as there was no where to hang washing (these are not expensive). We didn’t like being locked inside the apartment once door closed, with the only way out by using code on phone and needing wifi to do this, if there was a blackout or wifi was down there was no other way out that we knew of.

Location was amazing, apartment was clean, modern, quiet and felt very secure, beds were firm and very comfortable, air con was super effective, and staff that we met were very welcoming and accomadating. Wonderful apartment - dont think we could have done better for the price!

Nothing major: Dishwasher was a little fatigued, and we could have done with more dishwasher tabs and toilet rolls for a week stay. Dont get too excited about the pool, it is about 60cm deep. These were all easily outweighed by the things we loved about the apartment.

Great and very central location, not noisy, easy access to apartment, clean, enough space for family of four, has all what was needed for 4 days stay. Great wifi, well equipped kitchen, etc. Thanks for little sweet arrival gift :)

Few more dishwasher tablets (for 4 days we received only 2 tabs), few more coffee tablets / tea bags would be indeed great. Also we missed smart TV - with Youtube, Netflix or at least some English channels, as majority channels were Spanish, but ok, that is not the big deal.

Christian was very helpful and waited for us to arrive to hand over the keys. My pocketbook was stolen in Madrid, so the credit card payment was not able to be done online and we were able to process with him. He was very kind and patient and helpful. We needed some extra supplies and were given them without question. The apartment was exactly as described and the location was excellent. Our 2 BR, 1 Bath apartment was clean, modern, with Bosch appliances and having a washer/dryer combo unit was wonderful. In our apartment there was some sign of wear and tear especially on the headboard of the main bedroom with larger bed. It was nice to be greeted with a bottle of water, tea and coffee supplied to us. We enjoyed the little balcony. The street is quiet but you will hear some street noise but that is expected in a city. The apartment was well-equipped and would be good for business or leisure travel. I would recommend this apartment and we would stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating. Check-in was simple, and the location was perfect. Our room was ready early, which was awesome. They have storage for your luggage. The building was very secur.e. The apartment was clean and had everything that was advertised and more. The office arranged for our taxi to the airport at 3:30 am and the driver they recommended was on time and very pleasant.

There were only two things we did not like, but they were not a big deal. The first was that the king-size bed was actually two twins put together, causing a slight dip in the middle where the mattresses met. The mattresses were very comfortable, though. The second was the curtains in the room were sheer like, letting in too much light in from the street lights and park across the street.

It was the best location for exploring the city. There were many large and small supermarkets around. The heating was good and the house felt very cozy. Everything you think you might need, from laundry detergent to new kitchen towels and scrubbers, was provided. If I go again, I will choose this house.

They responded very quickly and kindly, but the process of receiving the number key was inconvenient.
