I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The hotel is just gorgeous! They put a lot of thought into every little detail from the comfort and beauty of the room to the service and the restaurants and how helpful the staff was at all times!! The breakfast was outrageously over the top. They had absolutely everything you could ever want to eat! I love the bathroom and how the toilet is separate from the shower and how the entire bathroom can be closed off from the bedroom! Genice was super sweet and helpful to us when he was working along with all the rest of the staff. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations as well. I will be looking for this Hotel everywhere I travel! Thank you:)

Thanks to the lovely front desk ladies Ari, Emily and especially Vany (as well as the manager lady!) for their warm welcome and help throughout and also a special thank you for making our check out as seamless and accomodating as possible by offering a very late super comfortable check out process in our suite after our amazing one week stay,so kind!! Concierge team consisting of Tiago, Mischa and Roger are also amazing and very thorough in their work and helping in the birthday organisation for my parents (also thansk to Yanina and Janira for helping with the prep and check out accomodation, super!!) all perfectly on time and very cinsiderate. Bellboys super helpful and professional, thanks Gabor. What a perfect stay, can't wait to stay at this perfect hotel and enjoy all the fantastic new and clean top quality facilities yet again, see you soon!!! 11/10 recommend. what's not to like!

This is a hotel that accepts dogs. We wouldn't be in this hotel if we weren't. Our Lola felt great! Nice and professional service. Everyone was kind and helpful. That's 5 * service! There was no problem with changing rooms during the stay. Perfect breakfast. We are very allergic to the quality of the hotel. This was not our first 5 * hotel in Barcelona but we will come back next time!

I'm not saying that I didn't like it, but I set the water temperature in the shower longer than I took a bath. I also have the impression that either the air conditioning service is ineffective or it was out of order or we were unable to operate it.

Very clean, spacious & with lots of amenities. Can walk to some parts of the city. We took advantage of the rooftop pool/bar area. The fitness center & the buffet breakfast hours. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Always an attendant outside to make sure you get a taxi quickly. They have adjoining rooms for stays with younger children. Beautiful balcony views. Restaurant/bar looked nice.

Non-alcoholic drinks & breakfast buffet were pricey.

From the moment we arrived the service was above and beyond what we'd hoped for. Check-in was quick and friendly, they had a room ready for us an hour before we should have checked-in. From that point on we were treated like royalty. All requests were welcomed and met quickly.

The pools were not open due to the time of year and the recent opening on the site. We would have liked the option to access them due to the good weather, but understand why this was not possible.

the only bad thing was we had come from America and got there at 9:30 am we tried to get early reservation and they did not budge ! we didn’t get into our room until the official check in time! we were so exhausted we fell asleep in the lobby waiting until they kicked us out of the lobby with two drink vouchers which we did not want. it was not a great introduction to this hotel.

It’s newly upgraded property and very nicely done. Every facility I can think of was provided. The Bed, TV the audio and the bathrooms were all very good

The pool should have been temp control which is very common in Dubai

The property was beautiful and clean . Great location and next to Barceloneta beach . It was our first time in Barcelona and Brandon and Tiago at the hotel were the most helpful .

The hotel provides high quality services, is perfectly equipped, clean and with quick access to both the beach and the city center (everything within walking distance, or the metro station is 5min walk). The staff is willing to help whenever I needed. The breakfast at the hotel is perfect throughout the morning, constantly refilled, tasty and plentiful.
