Great location. Rooftop bar and pool were good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfy beds. Good size fridge in room. Coffee machine was good but some complementary milk would have been welcomed. Nice big shower space. Great size TV/mirror.

Not having an openable window so had to rely on air conditioning, which I don't much like. Only a painted wall for a view. Slippery shower floor. No lock on loo door and gap around the edge of it. A couple more of tge popular English channels would have been appreciated, although it's good to have a tv break. Room service food portions seemed rather mean.

rooms were quite large, I loved the bed! the WiFi was really good as we watched a lot of movies each night before sleeping. The location is the best you can find as the metro station is across the street with access to all the metro lines. Many big brand stores and malls within 100 meters and the hotel is above the Apple Store. I like the fact that the shower and toilet are in separate cabins.

The elevators were slow but the hotel staff showed us an elevator exclusive for staff but as a resident you can use it too. Perhaps if you don’t like low bass of music don’t book the rooms with balcony as the rooftop bar has a lot of guests and the DJ is playing until 1am. We didn’t mind as we even slept with our window door open. Good music btw haha. Water can go from normal to very hot sometimes.

Excellent location. Right in the center of Barcelona with direct connections (metro, train bus) to the main tourist attractions; Superlative breakfast, very diversified and varied; Impeccable cleanliness! Very friendly and professional staff!

Everything was excellent. However, I have a recommendation: lift A requires maintenance because it is probably more in demand (Bar, swimming pool, apartments) it has quite pronounced tremors, which during the 7 days that I stayed, have amplified!

This hotel is at an amazing location for exploring Barcelona, right in the city center! Metro, bike, bus, taxi and many restaurants/stores in walking distance. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

For the price of the hotel, I expected a bit more from the location as the pictures give a "luxurious" impression but unfortunately the elevators were really slow and the hallways had stained carpets.

The room with terrace on the roof was excellent, very good beds. The shower is fantastic. The view from the room is magnificent. Moreover, you are in the best place in Barcelona. Very central and with all public transport nearby. The people at the reception are very helpful. The breakfast is tasty and varied.

There are not enough elevators to get to the room easily. The rooftop bar is good when the weather is good but when it rains it is way too small inside.

- AC automatically set on 20 degrees everytime we were leaving the room (very cold in the room) - extremely slow elevator + being shared with guests of the rooftop bar - at pool there are no umbrellas/ there is no shadow and people coming to the rooftop can watch the guets of the hotel (no privacy, a bit uncomfortable) - door at the toilet was terrible - no intimacy - not well noise isolated (you here from outside every thing that is being discussed in the room)

I came here with two friends, we were looking for a nice, affordable hotel in a good location. What we got was an amazing hotel in the best location we could possibly ask for. The service, the cleanliness, the luxurious rooms and the helpful staff all exceeded our expectations. Worth every penny, i'll definitely be staying here again next time i'm in Barcelona. I'll also add that as three young women it was important for us to feel safe in our hotel, it was very pleasant that the hotel staff and security welcomed us with a smile every single time we walked in.

we loved the room, it was spacious, well lit, the facilities were as we expected them to be, meaning very good. Its location in the city center was really helpful, easy to reach by Aerobus(shuttle bus from the airport -we landed close to midnight, so that was great) , easy to get back to the airport (30 mins from the airport to T2 on a Monday with the same shuttle), close to all major Metro lines and bus lines, easily connected with the sights and other points of interest. Definitely would recommend going to the rooftop bar, the views are stunning especially during a clear summer night.

Fantastic rooftop bar and pool which we spent a lot of time at. Cool modern contemporary styling throughout the hotel. Nice shower in the room. Staff were really nice. Good location

2 very small lifts for that many rooms meant we spent a lot of time.waiting for a lift or in the lift. Random outsiders that weren't guests coming to use the sky bar made this worse. Staff used the patron lifts when I was in there. I usually don't mind about this but their staff card overrode my floor and I had to leave the lift at the bottom and go back up. Some mould in the roof of the shower in the room. Not a level of cleanliness you'd expect. TV wasn't really responsive to the remote.

Everything , I’ll always stay at Iberostar when in Barcelona it’s do well located for everything and the clothing store - DESIGUAL is only two doors away — my fav. brand! The assistant Manager was so helpful in any way she could and was always on hand in such places as the restaurant during breakfast to give advice .

the elevators , on check - out trying to get one to stop at your floor , when there’s great demand and all those leaving by final check - out time are using them to get yon the lobby direct means that they don’t stop at intermediate floors on the way down .
