We had a great experience. Bed was comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were always clean. Nutsa (staff) made us feel so welcome, gave us clean sheets when we wanted and helped us out when we had some trouble with our door. Perfect for if you want to explore the city and just need a good clean room to sleep and shower.

Our room was the room without balcony, and it was facing another part of the building so there was very little airflow and got really hot. Easily fixable by opening the door and the windows in the hallway, but then there’s little privacy. I’d recommend getting the other room, but everything else was great!! We did have some trouble with the lock on our door, but a technician came really late at night and helped us out so we were very thankful! We did figure out that if you put in the code and don’t lock it after, people can just come in while you’re in the room. Was not a problem for us, but I can imagine it wouldn’t be nice if you’re alone!

The location was great, building easy to acces with a lot of shops, supermarkets and cafe's to be found in the surrounding area. I was especially impressed by the fact that i got the opportunity to leave my luggage behind on my last the of the trip, so that could walk around freely and pick up my bags later in the day before departure. Staff was really friendly. I would definitely recommend travels booking this accomodation. Thanks for the great hospitaly

Maybe make doing the laundry free of charge, this would be perceived as an extra service, which i think a lot of travellers would appreciate.

The elevator is old and somedays it might work but on some days not and it’s a 5th floor. There is no AC so some days may be hot in a room. I got a fan but had to ask for it. The extra fee for late check in - you can leave the keys in a safe box and not let someome wait for the guest’s late arrival.

Location, they answer the phone promptly, early check in was possible, the apartment is taken care of, remodeled and very clean. You can clearly see that is managed by people from Eastern Euro, they really try and work hard to keepnit up, definitely not the indifference that you often get in Spain from hosts in cities with a lot of tourism.

It can be expensive sometimes but if booked ahead of time it is not.

Everything was clean, room met all our expectations and the facilities were tidy and had everything you could need. The lady that took us in was nice, didn't speak good english, but it was enough to pass all the necessary info. The location is also good.

It was a bit difficult to sleep without an air conditioner, as it was quite hot mid summer. Maybe not an issue for local people...

Good location, quiet, very little disturbance from other guests. First time staying somewhere with a shared toilet and pleasantly surprised how well it went. I paid a fraction of what my friends paid to be in Barcelona and was delighted by the value and great transit links. I’d stay there again for sure.

Simple, clean, no fuss.

Nice room, well set up and spacious. Large windows, large shared spaces and a full kitchen. Two fridges in kitchen. Bathroom cleaned daily .

One shower wasn’t on, so was a lot of people to share one bathroom. Stayed in June, got very hot in the room and very noisy with the windows open (but closed was much quieter).

The place is located perfectly , all the public transport and main sights are not far, a lot of supermarkets and cafes nearby.

I had a room on a sunny side so all the time it was hot in the room , ventilator helped a little

The place is very nice! The location is great, my friend and I (2 girls) stayed here alone and we left very safe walking alone late at night. We left very safe in the property itself. The staff was excellent! Super easy to communicate with and they respond right away! Very friendly people!

One room window didn't open so got very hot. Another had a very noisy door.
