I could not recommend this place more! The people at the reception were so kind and welcoming, helping us with all of our questions/needs along the way. We have 3 young children all under the age of 4 and the setup in a 2 bedroom apartment was great. There is a shallow kiddie pool, portable crib and portable high chair all for use. There is also a large grocery store a 2 min walk away, which was quite convenient, a large variety of restaurants and the beach an easy 10 minute walk, and a beautiful park (Parque de la Paloma) with a playground a 15 minute walk, all doable with a stroller.

Only downside traveling with small kids is there are a lot of stairs to get in/out of the unit with no elevators available and not always guaranteed parking close by. In my opinion the pros outweigh this downside though!

Everything! I extended my stay here because I didn’t want to leave! Something that I have never done before! Emil at reception was fantastic! organising and making everything run smoothly when checking out and moving into yet another fantastic apartment, for the rest of my extended stay! I’m returning next year for sure and I have already booked for 2024, can't wait!

Excellent location, everyone very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Great facilities on site,lovely pool , 2 great bars, food in caesars fab, great pizza pasta and salads, everywhere spotlessly clean. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you'd need and excellent housekeeping . Always someone around if you needed anything and nothing was a problem! We will be back!

Nothing except the hill up to reception to check in and out but it's a short distance and I'm just not fit😉🤣.

Newly refurbished apartment, close to amenities and the beach. Great facilities with a BBQ on the terrace, washing machine, a bar and restaurant on site. Very close to a Mercadona for food shopping. Also convenient to bus route and train station to Malaga.

Ongoing refurbishment work was a bit noisy on times. Lots of steps, no problem for us but would be for anyone with mobility issues. Staff keen to invite you to a session to sell part ownership.

We love the Spanish Style layout of the complex. Loved the pizzas from the restaurant. Close to most facilities - beach, restaurants, supermarket, buses, etc. Complex well maintained. Easy out of hours check-in and check-out facilities.

Recycling facility within the complex and rubbish disposal would have been useful, as it was not clear what to do with it.

Location is good 10 minutes to the Beach or bus station and 12 minutes to train station with connection to airport or Malaga city Center. Rooms are pretty big and equiped with air conditioning. Kitchen has all tableware, big fridge. It does not have dishwasher but has washing machine. Balcony has built-in Grill and has table and four cheers. We have used pool almost every das because sea was still a bit cold. Near to pool you can find two Café with Italian and english cuisine. Architecture is really interesting.

There was no Elevator in our Block - I do not know If there were some in other Blocks. So if you are traveling with small children or people with disabilities - try to book Appartements in ground floor.

Clean and spacious apartment - lots of storage space for clothes and products. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location - only a short walk to beach, restaurants in vicinity.

Queuing for sun beds in the morning isn’t ideal. If you didn’t get one then, you’d have no bed for the day.

Very good location for access to beach and local bars and eateries. Marcedoa Supermarket directly opposite was great and their fish counter was brill. We got early check in which was a god send as we had small kids with us, had to pay an extra nights charge for late check out as we wanted to leave the room at 6.30pm. Fair enough though.

the beds were a little hard for my liking and the pillows also i found uncomfortable.

Appartment Lovely staff friendly not far from amenities

Too many steps unless on ground floor by pool. Disappointing to see towels on sun beds and people not returning for an hr or so. Beware that pueblo evita is at the top of a very steep hill

Stayed in peublo for a week with family ,fab clean spacious apartments with everyting u need , fab big balcony with a bbq pit, sun loungers and table and chairs if u wanted to chill there for d day/night instead off going out, the pool and baby pool was fab always clean my little one loved it ,lovely restaurents and bars also on site ,staff also lovely all over ,supermarket right across the road ,would deffinly go back there
