The hotel is amazing!! The staff is really nice! The cleaning ladies (Yanira), the restaurant staff, the animators and kids monitors... Everyone is really really polite and kind! The facilities are amazing. Apartments have all you need, are clean, modern and comfy. The pool area is incredible. The spa is great. There are activities for kids and adults everyday. The beach in front of the hotel is also precious. This is the best you can get for a family holiday. My only suggestion: parking should be less expensive because it's not always easy to find parking very close to the hotel and the hotel parking is sometimes full, is a bit expensive and needs to be pre-booked. Other than that, our stay was really perfect. We stayed for a week.

best place ever for kids. a full timetable for all ages of children, lovely indoor and outdoor pool, football pitch. very friendly staff who care for kids.

I wouldn’t go as a couple in school holidays. it’s a child take over. it lends itself to all inclusive because it’s a climb up from marina

Our 4th time as a family to return we just love Benalmadena Palace. Hotel is modern and super clean and fresh, the room was spotless clean and has everything you need as we where self catering Room made up everyday and fresh towels given when asked. Pool towels can be borrowed and changed daily for a deposit of €5 per towel which is super handy Sunbeds can’t be reserved for the whole day unless you stay at them so it gives everyone a chance to get one at anytime of the day, the lifeguards are so friendly and good with the kids Dia supermarket is a 5min walk down the back path of the hotel and has a range of everything Beach is beautiful and is 5 min walk away Lots of restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away, the marina is 25min walk or €8 in a taxi Free bus leaves every 30mins during the day to the beach and strip etc if you don’t want to walk You can also enter through the car park if you don’t want to walk up the full hill All the bar staff and reception staff are so friendly and accommodating Benalmadena has a special place in our heart

The entertainment for the children wasn’t as good as the last year (water basket, football on the Astro and pool games) during the day it was mostly adults games which my kids really missed.

Apartment was clean and spacious, beds made up and new towels every day. Pool and pool bar area was nice with plenty of activities. Indoor pool also available with jacuzzi.

There is a hill from the main road up to the hotel. This wasn't a problem for us but something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

The hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff work so hard to keep the hotel very clean. The breakfast buffet is enjoyable and caters for everyone. With a wide range of foods to satisfy all ages and many nationalities. Within the kitchen area of the apartment it would be nice to have a little more shelf space for food if you were not having breakfast in the hotel. The pull out beds/couches could do with some updating/ refurbishment but other than that we had fresh towels when we needed and rooms were cleaned everyday. The entertainment staff work tirelessly to engage with holiday goers and they have an excellent work ethic. Lovely hotel for young kids and teens alike.

Some people hog the sun loungers but staff are always very attentive and the poolside was always maintained to a very high standard.

The Spa and swimming pool area. Plenty of loungers to choose from. Lifeguards kept everything tidy and clean. Childrens entertainment was brilliant and all the staff were very tolerant and friendly. Overall the hotel was perfect for families and we hope to come back next year.

The food was good to average. Could be better. Also presentation of the food was difficult....e.g cold deserts beside main courses and salads beside cheeses....the flow wasn't good. I am allergic to some shellfish and it would have been better if the sea food dishes wwere together rather than mixed in with meat dishes.

Lovely spa and indoor pool. Easy access to beach, supermarket and local buses.

Staff were excellent and friendly, very helpful. Travelled with young family. Room was clean and had everything you need (hairdryer, iron, microwave, fridge, toaster, cooker), short walk to the supermarket. Indoor pool was very nice, very warm water, you can get fresh towels and robes everyday from reception (you pay a deposit and its returned when you give back at the end of the holiday) There is a children' club and night time entertainment even in winter for kids

Lovely and clean with lots of facilities and pool area lovely. Majority of staff were really lovely.

The hill is pretty steep but discovered near end short cut through car park Whilst most staff were lovely was an overly zealous lifeguard - came over one day to tell me we couldn’t eat crisps If hadn’t bought at pool bar! Thought this was ridiculous and I we had bought drinks food etc at pool Bar everyday. On last day I had left towels on bed for about 1.5 hours - whilst we were having breakfast etc. When we returned he had removed all our stuff ( beds were still free as were 40-50 more !) totally bizarre as we were back to them Before 11 and there were so many free !
