The staff was amazing. They made us feel very welcome and the hotel is super comfortable.

One receptionist called Mila is very rude and is not fit to work with people face to face. She is very cold and not very friendly. She should have more compassion and not act like a robot without feelings when she give out information. Never met a person like that before working in public. And i have more than 20 years of experience in costumer service. I work in a hotel too so i know that this is not the way to treat people. We had problems with the payment and she acted horrible. Everybody else were excellent but she acted like a cold robot. I dont understand who she can be the first person a guest meet when arriving. Maybe the hotel owner should give her a class in how to communicate or replace her.

The room we were told on arrival was basic but we found it very good. The situation, on the level with the pool and dining area, was excellent. The fact that reception was 4 floors up was unusual but not a problem as there were plenty of good clean lifts.

The only room not up to scratch was the bathroom. The hand shower should have been attached to the wall but wasn't but it was still usable. A non-slip mat in the bath would have made it less slippery when wet but if an octogenarian could manage it was not too bad. The lovely mini-kitchen was missing both kettle and toaster; essentials for English occupants! None of these faults detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. Very good ****.

The studios suit me very well as there is a kitchen area, table for eating/working and a settee as well as bedroom area with en-suite. The rooms are super quiet at night which I think comes from it being a slightly older hotel and built with good insulation. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The pool is a great size for having a decent swim. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which has plenty of healthy options. Location is good for beach and bus goes to Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Malaga from stop very near by. Staff at reception and dining room all fabulous.

Met my expectations for a cheap hotel though I’ve had many better. Room was a suite and very comfortable but the chairs on the balcony wer v hard. Light on balcony needed to be brighter to be able to read and it goes off automatically in the middle of the evening. Only 1 mug which is not washed up. Seems housekeeping is make the bed and clean bathroom. Not washing upndirties. Shower left a lot to be side sided - soap stuff is useless so take your own soap and shampoo. No shaving/make up mirror. Reception has good selection of drinks and munchies. I had a street view room which was fine but street noise is more than occasional in the evenings. Breakfast very adequate

Full set of crockery would be good and maybe cushions for the outside chairs. It would be nice if they did the washing up etc

The studio apartment that I was given was much larger than I imagined - a suite with sitting/dining area, fully fitted kitchen and spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath. I had a large balcony with a side sea view. The furniture is of classic design and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fresh food and healthy options. All the staff I met were very polite and professional. Great quality to price ratio.

Air conditioning I got in the room was sort of old style, no choice to regulate the temperature. Water faucet in the shower didn't work. They sent a guy and he fixed it the same day tho Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Mirror in one of the elevators was cracked Many pool loungers and umbrellas are old and not in great shape Weird building layout where u need to take 2 elevators to go from some rooms to the pool This is a 4 star hotel that you can tell is struggling to keep things running at 4 star level. I am not complaining tho considering I paid way under 4-star rates for this room and all issues I encountered were minor details.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was cleaned daily to a good standard. The location is excellent for beach, bars & restaurants. Although the hotel is in need of modernisation & the lay out leaves a little to be desired ( you can see the pool from the breakfast room, but there is no door leading to it) I would advise you to look beyond this. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean hotel. In a great location & at excellent value for money. This hotel is for you.

The elevator system was very strange, depending on your room location. There is one elevator for the restaurant and reception & a separate one for swimming pool & car park.

Great hotel which was very decent value for money. It is a little bit of a walk to the main parts of Benalmendia, but taxis are pretty cheap. It has a great view of the sea as well. The hotel is a little older, but very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were very polite. For a budget hotel I would certainly recommend.

Freakfast good, location great. Like ever one and every thing in the hotel The people in the reception were extraordinarily and very cordial

Been able to enjoy more the hotel, swimming pool and rest more due to the fast that all my family live there and we have a lot to do and see

Clean , tidy, accommodates, spacious room, pleasant staff, big breakfast selection.

Hot breakfast slightly cold, air con needing serviced as not as cold as previous stay pre covid.
