I booked a short break away and did not want it to be too expensive however despite several communications with the property owner I have not received my security deposit back of 150 euros even though she said she had returned it. I am very disappointed as the holiday was lovely.

The location is fantastic, it's right in the middle of where the old and new town join, the supermarket next door is AMAZING!! It cost us about 80 euro for all our food and alcohol for the week, they also have a hot counter so if you fancy something while your by the pool, it's great and really cheap. I did find it more expensive in the bars, it was averaging about €4 a pint, but I paid €14 for a gin on the main strip!! Loads of people said how expensive it's gone, so don't expect a really cheap holiday!! Visit Ians restraunt in the old town, pricey, but the food was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

WiFi signal by the pool was non existent, really expensive for alcohol in the bar/restraunt. Could only pay the balance of the room and €150 deposit by card and got charged £17 in fees to use it

the view was amazing and the balcony was very clean and you had everything you needed

the only critisism we had was the blankets on the beds ,it would have been better with a duvet, although the beds were very comfy, that was the only fault get duvets and it would be perfect

Excellent location, sea and park view next door to Mercadona and within easy walking distance of Old Town and beaches. Lovely large balcony, very clean kitchen and utensils, utility room with washing machine, lots of hot water. Large fridge freezer. Pleasant pool area with plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Very helpful staff. Safe in room at extra charge. Air conditioning fantastic as it was so hot. TV with British channels.

Sunbeds were not very comfortable as they had no reclining backrests. Towels were very thin. All the pillows were too thick and hard to sleep on for us. There were a few noisy and inconsiderate guests who stayed up talking and smoking until the early hours (approx 3.30am) with noise and smoke wafting upwards from their balcony.

Lovely apartments, basic but very well equipped, air conditioning and shower both fab, kitchen facilities good and there’s an ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, towels. Free wifi. Quiet apartment block a short walk into the town centre. Pool was fairly small but deep and there’s a little kids pool too, lots of sun loungers and chairs. We stayed end of august, there is no mad sunbed rush, no music by the pool so nice and quiet. There’s a cafe/bar attached that is run by a Peruvian couple, they don’t speak English but use google translate and are really lovely. The owner of the apartment is English and all the staff were really friendly. There’s a big supermarket right next door, really reasonably priced so you can stock up. Would definitely return.

These apartments are in an ideal location, close to Levante beach, old town and about 15 from new town. Apartment had everything needed for a self catering holiday, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, iron board & iron, oven/hob, microwave plus hairdryer. Great supermarkets next door. The staff are all really nice, this was our 3rd visit, we paid £350 for a 7 day stay over Christmas, great value for money

Teresa made us so welcome. Her beaming smile from arrival to departure was a pure tonic. It felt great to be back from the minute we entered the building. Everything about the apartment was great. Good quality hairdryer, iron, kettle, fridge freezer and washer all as new and all cooking/ kitchen facilities fully functional. Walk in shower is like new and a good powerful shower. Good closing doors on shower meaning no wet floor in bathroom, perfect Everything brilliant. In the past we have paid far more per night in other apartments in Benidorm for less quality. I highly recommend these apartments and feel Teresa could easily charge more for her rooms.

Would have spent time around the pool a while but there weren't any tables / chairs to sit around the pool and socialise. Tried to sunbathe on loungers but unfortunately the loungers were hard plastic and uncomfortable with no cushions provided.

These apartments are a little hidden find .. Great value for money , comfortable , clean and handy enough to the old town with a fabulous supermarket next door for all your needs ! .. Teresa and Carmen are just great , and there if you need them to answer any queries , or sort anything that's needs sorted .. so friendly and Carmen is a wee gem always chatting and smiling .. view from our room on the top floor was fantastic . We have stayed here before on a previous occasion and will definitely stay again .. Thank you all .

My sister left her handbag in the apartment on day of leaving early so we made arrangements to go back and get it , the bad thing was everything was in side the handbag except some euros Told receptionist to alert her. , but we did,nt take it any further as was very happy with everything else.

Location of apartments is excellent for all areas of Benidorm. Great view across the sea to Benidorm island as well. Flat was nice and clean and staff at door Teresa was a very nice and helpful person. Only gripe is there were no basics in the flat we had to go to supermarket for pan scourers washing up liquid and toilet roll

Lack of basics we left these for next tenent.
