Being a fairly new hotel, Room and public places were smart and well maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided great service. Air con in room, great, shower, great, breakfast, great - good selection, hot (mix of English type breakfast foods and Spanish/continental Europe). Located 5mins from centre of the Old town, 5mins from Beach and right next door to a Mercadona :)

The main Swimming pool was extremely busy, pool too small for so many people, especially when inflatables are used in it! Sun loungers packed in so you feel like you are laying quite closely next to strangers. No one supervising the pool, so lots of diving etc that technically isn't allowed but as no one from the Hotel is supervising anything seems to go.

Fabulous rooftop pool with comfy sofa sun beds and adults only was a bonus. Great choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Staff were amazing. The hotel was immaculately clean. 5 minute walk to old town and beach. 15 minute walk to start of strip. Would definitely stay again.

We booked a junior suite but what we got was a large double room with a sofa, it felt a bit misleading. Having to buy a drink with evening meal when half board, should have got at least one drink with your evening meal. It said we had a mini bar in the room, this was not the case, it was a fridge with 2 small bottles of water that did not get replenished, neither did the tea or coffee.

To say we were in Benidorm the hotel pools were family orientated and lovely and relaxing. Nice friendly staff all both pool bars. The breakfast was outstanding everything you could want and more there was a chef 👨‍🍳 making spanish omelette and other fresh dishes.

Our room was great the only draw back no brew facilities in the room and the balcony felt a bit dark and gloomy. It wasn't inviting to sit on the balcony. There is a vending machine to buy coffee but ots all in Spanish but it only costs a euro but you spend 5 euros trying to work it out. Then the coffee wasn't great.

First time in Benidorm & we thoroughly enjoyed it despite lot of reservations & bad press ....A fantastic holiday spot. Stayed for 4 nights in Primavera Park , in November'22. and unbelievably warm for November we were in shorts most of the time. This is a fairly new property-And what a fantastic property!! Quiet area set back from the noise. Initially we were in the lower floor with city views, luckily our room was upgraded upon request for a sea view room for a a very resonable amount. I would recommend a sea view high floor room and it is stunning view definitely worth it. Beautifully decorated hotel with excellent facilities. Comfortable bed and excellent shower & good Wifi. Rooftop infinity pool with sunabthing areas & bar is a state of art, with sweeping views.. Unfortunately we did not use the pool being November. The dining area facing another pool is lovely.Breakfast buffet was a nice big spread with a huge variety. Superb friendly staff who are very attentive and helpful- truly 5 stars !! Very central location walking distance to shops, cafes and old town etc. Beach is also few meters walking distance.One day there was a big storm that didn't deter the local singing group on the beach heard some beautiful group singing- what a treat...Another treat was Balcon de Mediterraneo this place is magical & local artist singing with Spanish guitar was mesmerising. We are definitely returning back in summer to enjoy the pool & other facilities :) Highly recommend it.

I suppose 17 euros /night for parking is ok for a city centre area, but for a long stay discount will be useful.

I have stayed in many hotels (over 20) in this area and this was the best in my view as was a large room with an actual sea view, the buffet for breakfast and dinner were excellent very impressed, the housekeeping was excellent, room was cleaned everyday correctly and the air conditioning in the room worked efficiently.

Ok two things stop me giving it top scores, the shower was hard to get the right temperature either hot or cold and by the time I managed to get the right temperature the shower tray had overflowed, The two members of staff I encountered on the front desk were busy and unwelcoming and in such a good hotel they should have friendly staff on the desk

This is a beautifully renovated and upgraded hotel, well located for both Levante and Poniente beaches and the Old Town. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and a good sized balcony, including a large, well designed bathroom with powerful shower. Breakfasts are excellent, catering for all tastes and relaxed in the spacious restaurant, with helpful staff. The rooftop pool is well designed with stunning views across the bay and houses a bar designed to provide a party atmosphere well into the evening. The lower pool is also well designed, gaining full sun in the afternoon.

As a new hotel, with staff seemingly settling in, customer service varies from excellent and helpful to indifferent. Rooms are beautiful yet minimalist; the presence of a fridge confirms four stars, yet not furnished with glasses, 'pampering' toiletries, or robes as seen in some other hotels of this high category. Also, something which should be dropped is the two euro daily charge for pool towels.

Breakfast was excellen,however the coffee is too sweet.

I was surprised to find large groups of young men,who were at the bar without tops and very loud.I guess stagg parties which has put me off staying there again.

Hotel location is very good - few minutes to the old city and to the Levante beach. Hotel itself is also very-very good, two perfect swimming pools - one of them on the 17th floor with brilliant panoramic view. Entire hotel design is great and modern. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were also pretty good, however sometimes it was a lack of variety.

Main disadvantage for us was a hotel personnel. Of course, everything is about specific persons. I can't say that entire hotel team is bad, of course not. Most people were welcoming, polite and professional, but one lady at reception and one manager at the restaurant were absolutly non-friendly and non-client-oriented, making additional troubles. It's a pity that few people can ruin the enjoyment.

This hotel is beautiful, newly refurbished to a high standard. It is absolutely spotless and staff are always cleaning, the toilets in pool and lounge areas are immaculate. We had a premium room overlooking the pool and had a separate sitting area and fridge which was a bonus. Tea and coffee making facilities as well. It’s in a great area within a few minutes walk of old town and shops, bars restaurants. We had bed and breakfast and there was a great choice, something for everyone.We will definitely be back again

Towels in the bathroom are quite small and thin

Everything! Location close to all bars, restaurants and shops in Old Town and not far from beach. The hotel has been finished to an exceptional quality. The staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant had great selection of food and drinks at both breakfast and dinner. Sunbeds always available throughout the day. Drinks in the bar reasonably priced. Rooftop bar beautiful.

People reserving beds (especially with parasols) then leaving for the day sometimes not returning till late afternoon. Standard rooms are placed to the rear of the hotel. If you require a balcony with pool view you have to book a superior room at a higher price. This is not made clear at time of booking.
