The location is fantastic. The hotel Itself is immaculately clean and the staff could not have been more helpful.

I would probably ask for a room on a higher floor with a sea view next time. I was on the second floor with a street view which was a bit noisy.

Everything in hotel was good. We came with rent a car from Valencia and used hotel garage. This is great advantage of hotel, since that parking in Benidorm is not something easy to do. Hotel is really ****. Lady on reception was very kind with dose of personality which was more than pleasant. She was the bright side of hotel staff. Maids in the rooms was also very polite. Room and bathroom are big enough, clean and comfortable. Bed and bed linen good quality and we slept very well. Beds are really big (never saw so big beds) so we used this opportunity to sleep together with our daughter. That was perfect. We was on 15th floor and view from terrace is amazing. Simply, you are using every moment (while you are in the room) to go out on the terrace and enjoy what is in front of you. Food is another thing which make this hotel very good choice. Breakfast and dinner is on the level of hotels *****. Food. Not the staff. We haven't use hotel pool. Sea temperature was 26C :-) Very good value for the money. Hotel for recommendation!

Only complaint we have on staff in hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, but all of them, like they were racing to take your plates from the table first. And they do it without any restraint. Literally, while the food is still in your mouth and the fork in your hands, they take the plate in front of you. That was very unpleasant.

Hotel was in a ideal location to the old town, lovely buffet breakfast with English breakfast available porridge was also very nice. Would stay again but all inclusive as I looked at the food and it looked really nice. Rooms spotless pool spotless as was whole hotel, nice entertainment but I’d say more suited to couples and older clientele which I what I wanted. Amazing view from the 11 floor and quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful, there is a safe place to keep your luggage as well on day of departure.

I like to train even when I’m on holiday and literally the only thing I could say is that the gym could have had more equipment, but the hotel is first class

Reception staff (Christina) noted it was our birthday and anniversary and arranged balloons! Thank you! Breakfast buffet was excellent, so much choice, all well cooked, hot and tasty. Superior rooms have 2 4ft beds and lots of space! Also they seem to be in the middle floors of the hotel, having great views of the town and sea. Has secure underground car parking, entrance is tight but taken slowly, its fine. Location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to the sea and old town, 20 minutes to the main strip road. Bar staff, dining staff, reception and cleaners all friendly and helpful.

The lifts! With 19 floors, and only three lifts, meal times were chaotic. Only two were operational most days, waited nearly 20 minutes once! We walked down 9 floors but couldn't walk up many so waited and waited and waited...

Room nice and modern, bathroom outdated which is a shame, staff great and very central location. Food buffet was nice and dining was very good service. Staff are friendly and can't do enough to help.

Bathrooms let the rooms down, they are dated. Hotel very clean but the cleaner didn't clean under the bed and let it go dusty. Also, food - soup on 3 nights was tasteless and just tasted of water, bacon was Spanish streaky bacon, and English mostly like 'back bacon' which is less fatty. But otherwise very clean and very good food and service.

Check in was very simple and fast. My room on the 10th floor had a fantastic view and all the amenities I needed for my one night stay. I didn't actually spend a lot of time in the room to appreciate it more but it was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great! The sausages in particular were lovely! Over all, really nice and loads to choose from.

I don't have anything to say that I didn't like. The hotel is very nice, friendly, clean and hopefully I will get to spend more time there on my next visit.

We loved the location, cleanliness, food, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We have stayed there multiple times before and will definitely be back.

As non drinkers, we didn't like having only wine glasses provided during breakfast and lunch to drink out of, it seemed awkward. So a better selection of glasses at lunch and dinner would be appreciated. A small detail though in an otherwise impeccable service.

Fabulous hotel. Couldn’t fault a thing. We visit Benidorm on average twice per month. We have recently been booking without breakfast as we don’t enjoy the bun fight. RH Victoria was fabulous for breakfast - food was hot, no queues for tea and coffee, proper orange juice, not watered down and whoever made the porridge done a superb job - best porridge ever! We had a slight issue with parking but the fabulous staff sorted the issue without any fuss - thank you.

The area was ideal for our age group no loud noise or large groups . The hotel was spotless clean and modern and nothing was a bother for anyone . Staff were just lovely Eva , Marcos and Paula at reception were so helpful and cheerful made us feel so comfortable . Bar staff were always smiling and attentive . Our spa experience within the hotel was just amazing Eva was there if we needed anything and we were so relaxed by the end of our appointment. Really just a lovely hotel all round. Thank you Victoria Spa Hotel for our lovely wee break.

Cant fault anything.

The food is very good and has a wide variety of choice! The personnel is very nice. The amenities are top.

The cleaning of the room was not being done. Only towels were changed, but the floors were never cleaned from the sand. The coffee was not refilled and the shampoo/shower gel was also not refilled.
