Absolutely fantastic staff always happy to help and location was ideal for the centre but far enough from noise and hustle and bustle. Great value for money

The beds are rock hard(fussy sleeper) but the place was cleaned very well. I ended up with bites from the sofa bed which was actually more comfortable than the beds but all in all wouldnt hold that against the hotel considering the overall stay

Fantastic Self Catering Apartments with all the amenities you will need to make your holiday a Great one. There is a 24hr reception in the front lobby to greet you no matter what time you arrive at. All the staff are professional and Curteous always greeting you with a smile to make your stay at the Apartments a memorable one. The Apartments have wonderful walk in showers and are spacious and very clean .Pool area is great with lovely swimming pool and the area has plenty of sunbeds and is a real suncatcher when the sun 🌞 is out. They also have two jacuzzis at the swimming pool area as well which is fantastic for self catering apartments. There is a lovely bar/cafe area which has very reasonable pricing and their atmosphere is fantastic complete with pool table .Would definitely stay at these apartments again had a Fantastic time.

The property had a great location and had a very nice pool area with a well priced pool bar for drinks and snacks. There were also two cold water hot tubs which were enjoyable with the jets. We also had a very large balcony and the room was spacious for two people. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was powerful (I hate ones that dribble water).

Check inn could have been a bit clearer with information as it was all very quick and we had to go down to ask questions about the lockbox and the pool times ect and some of the glassware in the cupboard hadn’t been washed properly but these aren’t overly huge things for us, these were literally the only two negatives we could give.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable apartments. Friendly staff, great location and a good price. The towels and sheets were changed twice in a week. The room was spacious and warm and the beds were comfortable. Microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a two ring hob. Lovely balcony with table and chairs. Five minutes walk away from the beach and all the bars, but quiet at night for a good nights sleep. I've been to Benidorm over a hundred times and these are probably one of the best apartments I've stayed in. I will definitely be back here. Highly recommended.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The apartment size was great, and the size of the balcony was amazing with fab views. The pool area was so clean, and the bar played great music. Bar staff were very friendly and great prices. Reception staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, and we can't wait to go back!

The apartment was very clean on arrival. However, we had no cleaning service or sheets changed during our 10 days, we were supposed to get fresh towels every 3 days, and we had to request them and toilet paper from reception who were helpful. We would add, however, that this would not stop us from returning as we loved the apartments and will be back next year.

Fabulous apartments, kettle toaster microwave, shower gel/soap/ hairdryer supplied. Iron on request.we have stayed here many times. It is in an ideal location, close to everything.this time we stayed for a week, towels changed 2nd day, asked about change of bedding on 5th day. Reception ssid it would be done that day and change of towels. Arrived back at 6pm, no change. I spoke to receptionist, who then sent a Nigerian lady to our room, who proceeded to shout at me, unfortunately I don’t understand Spanish. She then used the phone and shouted for another 5-10 mins, then thrust phone at me, the lovely person on the end of the line, said the bedding had been changed, I told her it had not. Nigerian lady back on the phone, 🤷🏽🤷🏽 eventually she changed our beds, but no towels. I spoke to the receptionist, who was really nice and had towels sent to our room. Apart from this little incident, everything else was perfect.

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times but this time had a bit of a bad start with one of the staff her name is raquel when we got to reception she asked for a €200 deposit from a card I didn’t know this as it was always €50 cash when we went before. I got an email the day I arrived in Alicante about this and had only cash on me I paid for the hotel by card, she wouldn’t accept it in cash she told me she is known to be a b****h and tried to refund me my money I spent on the room so I could go else where after, begging and pleading with her to ring the manager she finally did and within seconds he told her the cash was ok and not to turn us away. Other then that it’s spotless clean, greeted with smiling friendly staff beside Raquel😅only a couple minutes walk from strip and beach

Liked everything

Facilities were great and clean we had everything we needed. The location was close enough to the night life (5min walk) yet close enough to quieter areas. The markets are just outside the hotel. When we stayed there were lots of stag and hen dos there which was fine for us as a couple but I wouldn’t recommend taking children. Vanessa behind the reception desk is Angel who helped us change rooms when the high floor was a bit too much. Thanks Vanessa!

We had to ask reception for sheets/towels to be changed. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with us changing rooms though. However personal option I would have preferred them to be done more often. All the staff were absolutely fantastic- apart from one guy behind reception.

The reception was clean and tidy and staff were helpful. The apartment was roomy and comfortable with a large balcony. There was more than adequate kitchen facilities and the bathroom was up to date and clean. Sheets and towels were changed in the week also. Could not fault this apartment. Location close enough to walk everywhere but just far enough away that noise is not an issue

The bar facilities in the block were only open till 18.00 - this could just have been because of the time of year (November)
