Lovely central position and a lovely apartment. All the staff were first class and helpful when needed.

There was a little noise from the surrounding bars but nothing to complain about Will definitely be staying there again

Very central to everything so perfect location Room was clean and big balcony. Staff were friendly. Handy having a washing machine. Was giving fresh towels half way through our stay. Pool area clean (no bins tho) check in and out was smooth. Reasonable priced for beers at the pool bar.

We didn't realise the difference between standard and Superior rooms as it doesn't state on booking.com but if you like old, dated and Mahogany go for a standard as they haven't been refurbished. My friends had Superior and they were lovely and fresh looking. I did book 2 standard rooms We had Mahogany and my other room was refurbished. We were offered to upgrade for 45€ but didn't want to as it was handy to have us all on the same level and to be fair when in Benidorm you only need a bed and a shower.

Location was fantastic, we were on 4th floor . Very spacious apartment. Noise was not a problem.

We stayed in room 14b from 26th october-3rd November 2023 and it was just perfect. We had sea views and sat on the balcony every morning. It was handy to everything! Had everything we needed including utility with washing machine & very large airer.... it was just great. Came home with all clean clothes !

We had no negatives. Everything was just great! Have booked again for June & hoping we can book for August again. Staff were all lovely and there was always sun loungers available at the pool. Didn't have people out putting towels on sunbeds

Located smack in the middle of the nightlife. Friendly staff. On site bar. 24 hour reception. Safe rented at €2 per night. Washing machine, little cleaning pack provided, washing up liquid, sponge, cloth, bag, washing machine tablet. One small soap and shower gel provided in bathroom. Stayed for 8 nights, towels and bedding changed once (which is more than I was expecting). Lovely big rooms and balcony. Good powerful shower. Aircon.

Even though in a refurbished room it's started to get a bit tired. The bedroom door didn't close, one of the dining chairs broken. Little things. Quite noisy at night until 5am due to location, but is to be expected.

The staff were amazing helpful&friendly💕 Loved the key system we all had key card that even worked inside your phone case& was great you could get in& out of the front door& outside gate👍 The pool area T.V was fab when it worked,swimming up&down watchin fab videos💕 Loved the separate outside tho enclosed wash room with washer cleaning utencils& large clothes airer💕& nice big kitchen/dinning/ lounge room💕👍

Allways the biggest gripe!! Not enuff sunbeds😪there was a massive area at the back where they could have put more or move the pool table& the tables& chairs🤔in the Appartment there was no full length mirror🙄we had one on the wall above The sofa but it was stuck to the wall🙄an was too high to see anyway😪 would have been better in the hallway length way🤔( it's a women thing)🤣 Lack of plug sockets especially in the kitchen now where to plug the coffee machine or even a kettel🤔 in our superior room,our daughter had one in the older Appartment🤔🙄🤣

It’s location is perfect. Nice property. It does miss a few essentials like cleaning cloths and tea towels for washing and drying cutlery and cups etc. Also you have to provide/ buy your own toilet rolls ?? I know there was a crisis at one point with these items 😂 but come on. Otherwise our stay was great

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and everything look fresh & new. The pool was very clean we saw them cleaning & testing it every morning. I liked the outside door entry system it made me feel safe late at night. The toilets were very fresh & clean around pool/reception & the staff were friendly. The Rooms were lovely too & well equipped. The shower was fab one of the best I've had in all the years I've been to Benidorm. The balcony was big plenty of room and the utility room with the washing machine in it was great not that we used it also the complimentary cleaning pack made it easy to clean up around the sink and the cups & plates and they even included a washing tablet for the washing machine all in all well pleased

There could have been more sunbeds available and having to wait until 10am before we could get in around the pool . We would have bought breakfast there as it looked lovely but find after 10am is too long to wait when you're an early riser also sun went behind building infront of us so you couldn't sunbathe before 12ish really so we would have been down earlier if we were allowed

Right in the heart of the nightlife, clean & comfortable, great location, reception staff very helpful. Everything you would need, even a complimentary pack containing cloths, sponge, washing powder and washing up liquid and a bottle of water. Large balcony. Felt safe staying on my own.

A little noisy at night due to being so close to the main strip, nothing that a couple of vinos and earplugs didn't cure!
