Amazing hotel. Spotless and comfortable. Brilliant rooms and housekeeping. The staff where just fantastic too. Fantastic food and excellent location. Couldn't fault it all except the lifts seemed to have a mind of there own at times

The lifts where a tad slow but still wouldn't put that down as a fault. Every last thing exceeded expectations and I wouldnt want to stay anywhere but here when I return. I stayed here 3 times. 17 days in total over a period of 6 weeks.

Maybe evening dinner could start hour earlier but thats just my preference

excellent room, restaurant, entertainment venue on site, secure parking underneath the hotel.

The room safe was not secure, i.e. it was bolted on to the shelf it sat on with four bolts which were all accessible from underneath the shelf and two of the bolts did not even have the end nuts on the bolts, so it was only actually held on with two bolts. The other two nuts were loose so I could have removed them in under a minute then taken the safe off the shelf.

The bedroom was large and comfortable. Food delicious. Facilities in the hotel were good and most of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel close to the sea and shops

Mix up with the rooms initially. We requested 3 rooms on the lower floor, close to each other earlier in the year and the receptionist insisted that we hadn't, so decided to put us on the 5th and 6th floor, splitting our family up, even though I had email as proof.This caused us unnecessary stress! Anyhow, after a lot of complaining, they finally put us close together on the 2nd floor.

The beds and pillows were really comfy and all areas were very clean. Good balcony overlooking pool. The food was exceptional and enough variety for the fussiest eater. Despite the location being right in the thick of things, the soundproofing stopped it, a godsend! Drink price were very good and nightly entertainment., Free road parking outside the hotel till July in the blue zone was fantastic for Benidorm.

Petty for a 4S hotel to charge €4 extra a day for the safety deposit, and €20 per day for parking. Note no mugs in the dining room or bedrooms. No pool towels provided. None of this was an issue.

The Hotel is spotlessly clean, lovely and bright and modern inside. All the staff are wonderful and special shout out to Dani in the restaurant who always greets you with a smile. The food in the hotel is absolutely delicious and there is so much choice, plenty of British favourites. The pool area is wonderful. I love the way there are no steps into the pool, you can just walk into it as it goes down in a gentle slope from ground level.

I cannot fault this hotel in any way

Great location, definitely a top end 4 Star hotel. Very friendly staff. Great food in the restaurant (even English Bacon) Rooms lovely and kept clean. Bathrooms amazing, best shower EVER !! Drinks well priced in bar and a bonus to have Philippines 10 under the hotel. Some amazing acts in there. The only thing, and this is not a negative point, the majority of guest are "mature" So families with young child may find it not geared to them.

Choice of food was very good. reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The service in the hotel bar did not impress me.I joined a queue at the bar One member of staff was serving,The other was washing cups and glasses and then stacking them oblivious of the queue which was increasing.

food was very good quality and the selection was good, I enjoyed a variety of dishes as we stayed half board and never had a bad piece of food. Staff are all friendly and very welcoming and I am hoping to return. The pool facilities were perfect as were the gym and inside and outside bars. To cap it all off, they have a huge function room where really good quality acts perform. Love it there
