It was so central actually right on the British Square so we were worried about noise but once u closed the front windows on a night we heard absolutely nothing. It was typically basic Spanish but very clean & well equipped with full oven,hob microwave,fridge freezer, clean kettle n toaster also had decent size hot water tank which was controlled in the appt & was all just for us. There was a washer but we didn't use but found the good iron & ironing board helpful also hair dryer. Plenty of cookware etc if needed.would go back for long weekend but not full holiday mode due to lack of TV for odd night in.

The building lobby & lifts were dated but you don't stay in there so not too important,only down side is we couldn't get in to use the pool area not sure if it's residents only but looked lovely. Extra for the WiFi which we wasn't aware of and no English TV channels as we only went for long weekend it didn't matter but normally go for 10 days & have a night in so that would of been a problem

Very close to the beach. Great location for walking to the old town (15 mins walk). The apartment was very clean. The cooker/oven was great for making family meals. the pool was always very quiet, so that was great. The staff were amazing, very helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. The lady who manages the apartments really done everything to help us, and she was brilliant to deal with. Fantastic holiday!

The only one thing that wasn't great is the apartment we got was facing out onto the busy nightlife street so stayed loud at night when trying to chill on the balcony, however our 2 year old daughter slept 11 hours every night no problem at all so it wasn't that bad. Also we got given that apartment as it has air conditioning which was amazing as it was really warm the full 2 weeks we were there. All in all, no complaints at all.

the location near the strip and also next to takeaway. loved that the room itself had everything there you needed including a washing machine which was a suprise not that i used it. all cooking facilities was spot on as well. great looking veiws off the balcony as well watching the thunder and lightning and stunning sunshine.

collecting the keys from safety deposit box it was a nightmare as the code i had sent didnt work and because my phone was down i had to find a internet phone shop to try to ring the owner which lucky for me he phoned me back and came out to meet me and sort out the issue as it was out of there hours so i thought i might be stranded on the streets for the first night.no sunbeds or chairs round the pool. no large mugs to drink from i ended up buying 1 as those cup and saucers far to small. could of done with a bigger bin to put rubbish in.

The location was great, its on the strip next to kfc and bars etc. Basic apartment but it's all you need for a short trip. It also had extras which was nice such as a hair dryer, washing machine, iron and board, washing up facilities etc. Liked the security of having 2 doors to enter the building and then another to enter the apartment felt very secure which was nice in such a busy area.

Didn't like being on floor 14 as I'm afraid of lifts so was a bit if a nightmare getting in and out. I hadn't informed the office so it wasn't their fault. Also noise was a bit loud in the night but this is a fact of location, you cannot stay on the strip and not expect some noise.

Great location , very spacious , we were more than happy with everything , a real bargain with it being in a prime location , will definitely try and book this again as I come to Benidorm 2/3 times per year

No air conditioning but luckily we never really encountered a time when we needed it . I would say maybes in the heart of the summer it could be a downfall

The location is brilliant if you don’t mind being right in the middle of the night life. The staff at the property management were exceptionally helpful when I called on to the office. This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely stay again.

The walk to pick up the keys from the drop box is a bit annoying in the heat with suitcases but overall it didn’t dampen my holiday and enjoyed staying here.

Free closed car parking, balcony with sea view, 5minuts walking to the seafront promenade. Very comfortable mattresses, pillows, blankets and bed linens, excellent condition oven and washing machine. Large fridge-freezer. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. Charging point for mobility scooters. Electric heater. 2 bedroom for the price of one. Silent night, no any sounds from downstair bar. We enjoyed during all our stay at apartment.

Amazing location. Lovely clean apartment. Seemed very safe and secure.

Would be nice if the apartment had some sunbeds to use around the pool. And one mirror between three girls was a struggle

Location was brilliant for a lively get away, they didn’t rush us to check out early and allowed us to stay until our transfers arrived at lunchtime

Having to collect the key was a bit of a walk and they had no crockery if you wanted to cook your own meals but we ate out.

Great location , right in the middle of all the clubs and pubs, but only 1 min away from the beach and cafes and quieter areas. The apartment was perfect and could sleep 4. Comes with kitchen, bathroom, and utility room. Very good communication with the management company

The pillows were a bit hard , soft pillows would of been nice 👌 the lift is not for the fainthearted It did stop a few times but worked 😉
